The crew was also super fast, efficient, and did high quality work! They flattened out a few dips in my subfloor, refinished existing hardwoods, installed new hardwood and finished to match seamlessly, and also installed tile in my laundry. They were quick to resolve any concerns I had throughout the project quickly and professionally. The Footprints Floors team was amazing from start to finish! I’ll start with saying I don’t leave reviews much if ever. But if you are looking for advice on this company I say they are solid. Started with having the hardwood floors expanded into the kitchen. They matched the existing perfectly and stained the entire house so they were all one color. Turned out amazing! Then decided to have them replace all the baseboards and now the space is completely transformed. Saul was great managing the process the entire time as well as other members of his team. For such a large job it was stress free the entire time and damn do they work quick. Save yourself the overthinking and give them a call

Fantastic company. Gayle and Saul were amazing to work with. We needed three fireplaces to get tile and replace old tile. I called these guys. Got in touch with Gayle immediately. We got a quote and were put on the schedule for the following week. They showed up exactly when they said they were. It was not cheap but it was done very very well. They were very respectful and clean while working our home. We plan on using them again. Also - Gayle is hilarious.

Josh and his team did an excellent job installing luxury vinyl plank flooring in my basement. They took pains to ensure the floor was prepped and leveled prior to installation. The floor looks so good! They were great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Footprints worked as a 3rd party tile installer for the plumbing company who replaced our broken cast iron pipes under a shower. Every person on the staff we interacted with was professional, and the work was amazing. I don't know about cost, as they billed the plumbing company, but will use them in the future because of their work and professionalism!

I’ve used Footprints Floors several times. I was at ease from the initial estimate to meeting the foreman and crew they are transparent about costs and expectations. From the initial meeting with Gayle to the finished job with project manager Saul, our kitchen floors and our entire house was transformed beautifully. We purchased our flooring and they had it delivered and began work the next day. The kitchen and dining room was first with tear out and all new tile. The job was done quickly and looked wonderful. A few days later, the crew, led by Miguel, began upstairs. They moved the furniture, ripped out carpet, and finished the upstairs in ONE day. The next day they did the lower level including the task of removing some seriously difficult and stubborn old wood flooring. The job was also done in one day. The third day was just clean up and the little things... Saul kept in touch the entire time. Footprints 👣 I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. No need for additional bids.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. What a great experience. I'm so happy with the work. I bought my fixer upper 2 years ago and have done a lot of work myself. I'm a bit of a perfectionist. When I started on the upstairs bathroom remodel I uncovered rotten subfloor everywhere. It had also creeped into the bedroom. It was a huge undertaking and they did such an excellent job. I went with vertical subway tile for the bath surround and penny tile for the floors. They were even able to replace and tie in new hardwood in the bedroom. It looks amazing. I am so happy with this experience and would absolutely recommend these guys and plan on using them in the future. Gayle you are awesome. We had Footprint Floors repair damaged parts of our 30 year old hardwood floor, add new pieces of hardwood and then sand, stain and refinish the whole floor. They did an excellent job! We were very happy with the end result and I’m glad that we chose them to do this huge project for us. Josh Byrd, the owner, was very polite and professional to work with and he was also flexible with the schedule since we had to move our date out a couple times. I also liked the assistance I got in picking the color of the stain for the floor. The guys actually came out and stained parts of the floor with different colors so I could see how it would look. The whole crew was very polite and they came on time. Once they started the work they kept to the schedule. I highly recommend this company for any floor work. And they do other services as well. The owner and project manager paid attention to every detail and asked me lots of questions to make sure they delivered exactly what I wanted. Here’s the thing, I’m a perfectionist with high expectations so I can be hard to please. My new backsplash is even BETTER than I hoped it would be. And the rate we paid was more than fair. I’m so grateful!! If these guys were general contractors, I would hire them to do absolutely every project on my house list. For now, I’ll stick to all floor and tile work. ; )

We found Footprints Flooring through Home Advisor. We were able to schedule a home visit the same day as it was requested and they were able to start the work within two days. Josh and Josh (yes, two Joshes!) were both very professional and responsive to our requests. We did have a small mishap where our phone line was accidentally cut but they wasted no time in getting it repaired. We will be using them again when we decide to get our wood floors installed.
