Erwin Lopez is proud to be the owner of Footprints Floors Roseville / Folsom. Born and raised in Mexico City, his professional journey began when he embarked on a life-changing journey in 2004, when he moved to New York City to pursue his passion for photography. There, Erwin honed his skills while working alongside some of the world's top fashion and advertising photographers. In 2008 Erwin met his wife, the love of his life. They lived in New York for a few years, and in 2015, with a baby on the way, moved to the Mexican Caribbean, where they built a thriving photography business from the ground up.

After spending several years establishing a solid foundation in business ownership, customer service, and community relations, they felt a tug on their hearts to return to where their family was, and to move back home to Sacramento. Erwin and his wife decided that one of the most impactful ways they could help benefit their community was to establish a small, family owned business. And there began his journey of owning his flooring business.

Erwin believes that everyone values their homes, and knows from experience that many of life's most impactful moments happen right within that sacred space. Because of this, he is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, along with personal oversight of each flooring project.

Erwin loves the details, and loves building relationships. He strives to use all of his skills, abilities, and knowledge to achieve his highest business goal, that of ultimate customer satisfaction. In his spare time, he still enjoys photography, family time, travel and lots more.

Ron and the entire team were amazing!!! We got so many quotes for our floors… we bought a house with random spots and rooms needing to be replaced and the whole floor restained. Most contractors told us we needed to completely rip out the floors or what we wanted couldn’t be done. The Footprints Flooring team was amazing. We actually found them on Instagram. We reached out for a consult and estimate to get our 1950s original hardwood floors refinished. Making the appointment for the estimate was very easy and we got the quote for the work, including some additional options back very quickly. Once we decide to move forward, we were scheduled quickly as well. We had an area where an old wall heater was removed as well as a fireplace that were both not repaired with hardwood as they were carpeted over. The crew did an amazing job removing the awful patch jobs done by previous owners and lacing in hardwood to match. There was some old termite damage found and quickly addressed by the team as well. Work commenced on Monday 2/13 and we received the text Saturday night that the job was complete. They even stayed late to wrap up the work so it didn’t carry over into this week. We never felt pressured to make any choices from a sales perspective. Ron is amazing at keeping you in the loop even if you (like we) were not easily reachable during business hours. Communication is key and they nailed it. I never felt like we had to chase them down to see what the status was or how things were progressing. Anytime a change was made or additional work was needed we promptly got an updated invoice tracking the changes. I would HIGHLY recommend Footprints Flooring to anyone in need of flooring. The whole experience was amazing and we LOVE our new floors!

By far, the most outstanding floor we every had! This was our 4th entire house floor installation job. The concrete slab in this house had cracks and damage which needed to be dealt with so that the luxury vinyl planking could be installed.
