I could not be happier with Footprints! Having 4 dogs, my bedroom carpet was a horrible disaster. I found tile that matched the rest of my house, and Footprints installed it. The installer (I wish I had written down his name) was incredible! I tried to keep my 4 dogs outside, but they weren't having it. The installer told me to let them in, he would be fine. And sure enough, my dogs made a new best friend (one tried to leave with him on the first day). My project started on a Monday morning, and by Tuesday afternoon, the whole room was done and grouted. It looks fantastic! They were upfront on pricing and very clean. Will definitely use them again, and recommend them for sure!

Talented young crew that have obviously laid this type of flooring. Footprints bid came in a little higher, but after talking with them I knew the project would be completed properly - they didn't disappoint. The Footprints team were amazing! I needed new flooring in bedroom, kitchen and repairs to wood flooring and kitchen backsplash. Melissa kept the project moving, their crew were efficient and had a crew of specialists for each part of the project. They are the real heroes of this story, they were all nice, efficient, showed up on time and did good work! I was most worried about how they’d repair/replace the damage so it blends with the rest of the flooring. I only wish I did it sooner. I have my home back! From the minute I submitted a webform with interest to today when I made my final payment, they were responsive, considerate, easy to work with, listened to and understood what we were really hoping to achieve, and DELIVERED! Every time we walk in the doors to our home and see our new stairs we take a deep breath and relax knowing they are beautiful, protected, and done with high quality materials and craftsmanship. They were able to match (as closely as can be expected) the stain of the real wood to our LVP flooring throughout the rest of the home. I even called them back to ask if they could fix a few things that seemed like small misses, but would have bothered me daily, and they didn't hesitate - Edgar even came out on a Saturday morning to button things up. Price was fair - work is outstanding - experience is 5-star! Than you!!

We found Footprints Floors through a Google search. We did their online free estimate request and was promptly contacted through a text to set up an appointment. Matt came within two days, sent a proposal within another two days, and was able to start the work within another week. We chose Footprint Floors to do a kitchen backsplash to upgrade our kitchen. The night before the project start date we received a text from Melissa, who was assigned to be the manager for the project. She detailed what to expect the next day. The day of the project, Matt introduced us to Fernando and his son, who did the work. Melissa, came later in the day to check on the progress and to see if Fernando needed anything. Fernando and his son were professional, took great care to protect the surrounding areas, did precise work, and cleaned up almost without a trace, inside and outside. We highly recommend giving Footprints Floors your consideration for your next project.

Very professional and did a great job

I had Footprints Flooring do our living room area and I couldn’t be happier. We had some damage done to our carpet from our pups and Matt came by to take measurements and set up a time for the new flooring to be put in. He was super friendly and helpful. It took them about 8 hours to do the whole area and it looks fantastic! They checked in a few days later to make sure everything was what we wanted. Awesome experience with Footprint. We replaced our entire downstairs flooring along with the stairs with LVP. Their crews did an excellent job with the demo with dustless tile removal. They even removed our nook and some cabinets when we asked. The flooring came out incredible and we would absolutely recommend them.

I called Footprints on short notice on a Friday needing flooring installed asap in my new office building. They were out right away the following Tuesday. The price quoted was great. More importantly, they have great communication, during install they found a large crack and also an uneven area of the concrete foundation. Footprints called me and explained what they found, they gave me a recommendation and a quote on what needed to be done to fix the foundation so the flooring could be installed properly and up to their standards. Footprints also carefully removed my existing baseboard and reinstalled it when the new flooring was installed. The end result was amazing. The flooring and baseboard looks incredible. Footprints Flooring did a great job on ripping out our old fireplace framing, mantle and brick, and then installing a new fireplace mantle and tiling all the way from floor to ceiling. Matt and Antonio were on time, responsive and understood the remodeling vision. The quality of work done was terrific! We would highly recommend them!

Matt was excellent to work with. He kept in contact during the project. We had them remove built ins and add stone and fireplace. Matt lined up plumbers and electricians for the smaller projects so we didn’t have to. The workmanship was spot on!!

I've known Matt, the owner, for a few years, and originally had him in to do a stone resurfacing on a fireplace. I also had him do an estimate to replace my old tile floors as an add-on. Once I saw how affordable the labor was on both projects I jumped right in. My house, built in 92, looks modern and updated with the wood look tile, updated baseboards, and the new stone faced fireplace. Would recommend to anyone interested in giving their house a facelift from a great local business with an involved owner.

We had 4 different types of flooring in our hot mess house - crusty laminate, hideous tile, yucky carpet and peel n' stick (which we attempted to do ourselves to cover said yucky tile). Do yourselves a favor and just hire these guys to save time, money and frustration! We had another quote from a pretty popular flooring company located in the East valley that was very high. On top of that, they were limited on flooring options and definitely attempted to use some sales tactics to get us to commit. Matt was NOTHING like that - no pressure at all. He made the entire process as simple as possible and gave us step by step instructions/updates to know what to expect. Unlike with the other flooring company, we were able to select from a HUGE variety of flooring and got the most gorgeous luxury vinyl planks I've ever seen. Even with upgrading to a nicer flooring, we still came in under the original quote of the other place by quite a significant amount of money. We had a wait on flooring due to supply chain issues (no fault of anyone and we knew ahead of time there would be a delay), but they had plenty of options also in stock. We just chose to wait and were happy we did! The demo was a breeze (and crazy fast), install went great and communication throughout the process was top notch. Big thanks to Matt and his team! We could not be happier and can't wait to have friends and family see what a big difference these floors make!

My husband and I put off a much needed replacement of carpet for many years because we are busy, not handy ourselves and quite honestly the project was quite daunting. Footprints installed Pergo laminate in our master bedroom and closet. I was able to get a quote the same day as the in-home estimate, and was able to get an installation date the following week. Their pricing was fair and in line with what I expected. They were on time and completed the installation in one day. The laminate that I had selected had planks with different patterns and did not include instructions for how to lay the different patterns, so the installers had to figure out how it would look best and they did a great job. I love how the new floors look! They left everything clean as well. I would highly recommend Footprints!

Very happy to come upon recent reviews for flooring work performed by Footprints Floors of Chandler. My wife and I had purchased flooring for two rooms in our home, but were not happy with reviews we had read pertaining to the company used to install the flooring and opted to find our own, and we are very glad we did. We gave Footprints Flooring a call, and Matt Gilstrap promptly got back to us and an appt was set up to get an estimate for the needed work. Matt was professional, friendly and easy to discuss the job with and answered all our questions. His estimate was spot on for what we had anticipated for the installation, so we signed a contract to have the work done. Matt had an opening the following week and Matt and workers, Ruben and Junior arrived right on time. The job for removing old carpeting, baseboards, prepping floor and installing the vinyl flooring and reattaching the base boards (which had been removed so cautiously by Ruben and Junior that they were able to reuse them)for our two rooms was started AND completed in one day! The rooms look GREAT! Ruben and Junior removed all debris from removing old carpeting, etc, and the rooms were immaculate upon our inspection. So, so happy we made the decision we did to go with Footprints Flooring, and would definitely call Matt in the future for any other flooring needs. Thank you so much for the beautiful installation!

Had Footprints install the backsplash for our remodeled kitchen. Tried two companies and they couldn't handle the project since it was glass tiles and didn't know how to cut them without breaking them. Matt was responsive, timely and professional. After visiting the flooring distributor (Pro Source) and picking the perfect floor I hired Footprints to install my new flooring. Scheduling the date was easy and the old carpet removal/installation team (Junior and Reuben) was very efficient and professional.
