I wanted a flooring company to install Karndean Glue-down LVP in my kitchen so I got quotes from a couple different companies. I decided to go with Footprints Floors for three reasons: the quote was lower than the other company; they got great reviews online; and Kyle, the owner, seemed extremely knowledgeable about glue-down LVP installations. It also helped that he was very responsive whenever I had any questions. In the end, Kyle's team did an amazing job preparing and installing the plywood underlayment, filling in huge gaps in the subfloor, installing the LVP, and making the transition pieces. My expectations are pretty high when it comes to quality of work, and if anything didn't look right, I would have asked for it to be redone. The good news is that the installation was perfect! I plan to use them again for my basement floor (when the time comes).

Kyle responded to our request for a quote immediately and when he visited, he also saved us a significant amount of money by pointing out that we had been over sold by our flooring dealer. When it came to installation, Kenni, who was our installer, provided excellent service. He was reliable and paid a lot of attention to detail. He also was careful in his use of materials so that in the end we had 3 boxes of flooring and extra sound barrier to return to the dealer for refund. As to price, Footprints is great value for money, the bid was reasonable and was exactly as promised. The finished floor looks great and I can only recommend this company as one of the best home improvement companies that it has been my pleasure to work with!
