I am so happy with the work that Kyle and his crew did in my home. I had my bathroom retiled and my kitchen floor sanded and refinished. Both were in such bad shape that I thought I was sentenced to "luxury" vinyl plank. But Kyle's expertise saved me from that. I am happy to report my kitchen floor is beautiful and my vintage bathroom has the tile it should have had in 1928. The work was done flawlessly and efficiently. When my husband and I bought our house, there were three layers of linoleum in our kitchen. We added a fourth layer hoping that would suffice for a while, but it just made it worse. After a bit of searching my husband found Footprints Floors and scheduled a consultation with Kyle. As you can see in the photo, our kitchen has 1950s tile that covers all of the walls and extends down to the floor. We were unsure about how to install baseboards with tile like that, but Kyle wasn't even phased! He said his team had done it before and it wouldn't be an issue. The job was estimated to be three days, but Raymundo was able to finish in two days and the quality is still outstanding. Our kitchen looks incredible! Footprints Floors was also able to match the stain in the kitchen to the color that already exists throughout the house, which hasn't been altered since the house was built in 1952. You can see a little bit of the dining room in the bottom right corner of the photo for comparison. We found Footprints Floors on Google and they were one of few who even responded to my inquiry. Kyle was very responsive from the beginning and was able to come out quickly for an estimate. Even with supply chains so backed up right now he was able to get material for our hardwood floors and installed it within our deadline of a few weeks. The work was done very well and the color matching of existing hardwoods was excellent. There was a small area that stained weirdly but Kyle and his team came back and corrected it a day later. He and his team were always on time and were very communicative during the whole process which we greatly appreciated. I could not believe the quality and professionalism Kyle and his team performed. We are very pleased with Footprints Floors! Our kitchen hardwood floor was very much in need of restoration, resanding and finishing. One of the problems for us was that the kitchen and dining room were of the same flooring but the dining room floor did not need attention. Also, we had been dragging our feet because we did not look forward to all of the dust that would ensue from resanding the floors. Kyle came out in a timely manner to give us our estimate and was completely honest about the fact that they could not guarantee that the floors would match by only doing one room but they would come as close as possible if that's what we wanted to do. And also added that they put up tarps to mitigate any dust from traveling throughout the rest of the house. Ultimately we decided on only doing the kitchen and we couldn't have been more pleased! They were able to match the other floor so well you can hardly tell the difference, it is beautiful! And although we had purchased plastic tarps ourselves to cover all our furniture there really was no need. There was very little dust, we were shocked! We would highly recommend Footprints Floors and if we ever need flooring services again we certainly will call them!

Footprints Floors is professional, conscientious, prompt and produces beautiful work. I used them for the first time to refinish badly scratched up maple floors in an apartment that I was preparing to rent and had already painted and cleaned. Kyle explained that refinishing would produce dust but he figured out a way to protect the kitchen appliances and the just-cleaned window blinds. We had both install (kitchen) and refinish bedroom and master closet. We are extremely pleased with both jobs which were done simultaneously. We were concerned about the matching and connection of kitchen and adjacent dining room and it was done perfectly. The workers were meticulous and efficient. They were careful with our recently painted cabinets, covered them all in plastic and made sure to clean up after finishing. In the bedroom they individually hammered nail heads from the old floor ( which took hours) and replaced broken boards and then sanded and refinished. Customer service was excellent. We were out of town while the work happened and Kyle sent updates everyday. They stuck to the timeline and had us back in our home when they said they would. Kyle and his team did an amazing job on the floors at my condo! Kyle came out the day after I contacted him for an estimate and was able to give me a quote in no time. I had a tiled kitchen that needed to be leveled out, carpeted living area, and carpeted stairs that I wanted to replace with hardwood floors. The team did a phenomenal job on all of it.
