We were looking for a company to redo our wood floors. After getting a couple estimates, what made us go Footprints, was Kevin. After nearly 2 years of hiring numerous companies and contractors to do upgrades on my house, Footprints is the first company that I have had a good experience with. Excellent actually. I contacted them online about having the hardwood floors refinished in three of my rooms, was replied to quickly, then had a salesman, Kevin, show up and give me a very fair quote. I scheduled it for a few days out, they arrived on that day and did exactly what they were supposed to do, and actually went above and beyond by replacing several strips of wood that were damaged. The work was fast, clean, and done to 100% of my expectations. I kept expecting a problem or an issue because every single other person who has worked on my house has had one, nope. Everything went very smooth and the work looks incredible. Anxious to get them back out to do the rest of the house when I have the rooms open.

I’m giving 5/5 stars for the overall installation of the floors and for Kevin’s prompt attention to issues I had with the detail work. I had carpet removed and LVP installed in the whole upstairs (2000 sq feet). The price was good and on the lower end of the quotes I got. When I first saw the floor I was blown away. It was beautiful! Then I noticed some sloppy detailing around the door edges (uneven door lip covers, staples and carpet bits still in the wood, missed the entry closet install). I also purchased new baseboards for them to install in the kitchen. To my surprise, they also replaced the baseboards in the entry to the kitchen from the garage (nice, but not what I said) and to my horror, they tried to replace the baseboards in the laundry room. I had not purchased baseboards to cover that so they just removed all the baseboards and left it that way. I immediately reached out to Kevin and he was there that evening installing the baseboards himself. He fixed the door lips (they look great now). And the next day he had his guys come out and do the overlooked closet and get rid of all the staples and carpet bits. By the time it was done, everything looked very very nice. I’m once again very happy and have beautiful floors all around. Seriously though, Kevin’s response to my concerns blew me away. Very professional and very prompt to fix the issue. We had prefinished hardwood installed on the 2nd floor. He was so helpful in helping us match the coloring to the existing wood on the 1st floor. Also had marble tile installed in foyer and removal of stair runner. Then had stairs sanded and stained. Excellent job!

A leak in my kitchen damaged the laminate flooring I’ve always disliked. Kevin provided me with a quick estimate and guided me through the process of purchasing hardwood without pressuring me to use his supplier. Perfect! I had 3 bedrooms and the living room floors refinished. The guys were professional and sanded up to the edge and into the corners. They finished up early so they waited and put the final coat on so they didn't have to come back the next day, which was great for me. Kevin was very helpful, professional, and friendly and the price was good. I don't think I could have found anyone better!

Footprints did it like it should be done. Straightforward, experts, professional, and skilled. We had to rebuild the shower pan after it leaked and the plumber had removed the glass shower doors. I recently used Footprints to repair my kitchen floor after a leak damaged the subfloor. Kevin and team came to the rescue and quickly replaced and repaired the existing floor. From there they sanded and re-stained the floor to match them perfectly with the existing floors in the house. All work was completed on-time and with top notched quality. Footprint Floors installed hardwood flooring to my kitchen (approx. 100 sq/ft). It was a small, but challenging, job because my floors were raised significantly by the previous owner, so we had to bring it back down to the subfloors then install hardwoods the match the rest of the house. Kevin and his team were very professional and communicated quickly whenever I had questions. I am very familiar with the process of installing floors, so my expectations were probably higher than most of their clients. Still, Kevin was very receptive to all of my requests and helped repair the trim work to my liking when the job was completed. Kevin visited my condo to provide free consultation on various options that are available - I thought I had hardwood floor for the condo that I just purchased, but he showed me that it was engineered wood instead. Footprints floors has provided me with the best quote for my LVP installation out of four quotes that I received including CostCo's. Kevin and his crew arrived on time on installation date and provided high quality LVP installation. They provided all necessary paperworks ahead of time and abided by my condo HOA rules. I'm very satisfied with the value and the quality of work they provided in addition to the one year warranty on floor installation! I will definitely have them work on my next flooring project.

My hardwood floors in my living room had been covered with carpet for years and the pad was almost glued to the floor. There are also some pet stains. Kevin and his crew were able to restore the floors to pristine condition and matched the color to the previously refinished hardwood floors that are throughout my home. They also added quarter round to my baseboards giving the room a beautifully finished appearance. They went above and beyond and I am extremely pleased with the final result.
