I can’t tell you how HAPPY we are with our floors! James, Todd, and Ivan’s guys were able to get the perfect color out of old, ugly, beaten up wood floors and perfectly matched it with the new floors added.

I have used footprints floors twice after having them recommended to me by a friend. I’m so very pleased with my floors after they’re finished. Freddy was my technician this time and did an amazing job refinishing, staining and varnishing the floor. He was efficient, speedy while maintaining quality work. He cleaned up everyday and there was very little dust even though he had to do a lot of sanding. James followed up after Freddy had finished and answered all my questions. If I need any work done on my floors I will be calling this company again

I contacted Scott Campbell of Footprints Floors through Angi’s List. I was determined to obtain five bids at least before I made any decision. I wanted to have my main bath converted from a bathtub to a shower. Scott gave me a very reasonable bid and his presentation included many choices pertaining to labor and material. My choice of contractors was an easy one and I give the highest praise to Scott, his foreman Marcus and his entire crew. The workmanship was excellent and communication was outstanding. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and use them again.

I went through a bit of a journey with these guys. Overall, they are great, but they got burned a bit by one of their contractors who didn't do a great job on part of my installation. It's uncomfortable telling a vendor that the quality of the work is not right, but they agreed, re-ordered materials, put a different crew on the job, and made it all right in the end. These things happen, part of life, whats important is that it was rectified in the end. They're good people with a good business and in the end I'd recommend them and will return to them for my next job.

Footprints did an INCREDIBLE job for us at our new place. Floors are like new! On top of that I shopped this job around to probably five local places and footprints price made it such an easy decision. Travis the project manager was super helpful through out and Freddie, who actually did the floor, was professional, helpful and an absolute craftsman. Great experience from start to finish! Jordan was very honest, direct on expectations, and communication was quick throughout the process. Marcus and his team did an amazing job at replacing stained wooden slats, and lacing in new wood where a wall had been. No more high traffic wear areas. Looks as good as new! Awesome! That sums up my experience with Footprints Flooring. From the initial call to request a home visit and quote, to the continued communication throughout the project-they were there for support and education. Grant was extremely patient and talked through the options with us, came up with a reasonable quote-that was detailed and clearly laid out. He was always available to answer the questions, provide the stain samples and adjust the quote and work order as we added and removed things. He accommodated our schedule and there was no pressure/no rush atmosphere. Freddy was the man who did all the work-his attention to detail was exactly was we were looking for. He took his time and really knocked it out of the park. James was on site every day-updating and talking through what we should expect next and accommodating any concerns I had. He did the final walkthrough and was very pleased with the work as were we. Honestly the floors look brand new. Such a drastic improvement. I wiped highly recommended Footprints and would not hesitate to use them again.

I bought a condo from 1922 and the previous owner did not take care of the floors. I wanted to restore them and Footprints Floors Denver did just that! I worked with Jordan and he was so amazing and helpful. They made the floors look almost new! I am going to suggest them to anyone who ever needs their floors restored/refinished!

We are delighted with the work completed by Footprints Flooring. Our good experience began when Todd Park came to our home and gave us the estimate, which was very reasonable. The field manager, James Dowdy, was on top of things all the way. The father and son team (J and A Crew) did a spectacular job. They went above and beyond what was required. The guys did an amazing job on my bathrooms + entryway. They didn’t cut any corners, and everything looks absolutely perfect. I also had hexagons, which is way tougher tile to work with / cut. They did awesome!!

Grant came to our house right exactly on time. He was able to quickly see the issue with our floor. Although he could have recommended a complete restoration of our floor, rather he suggested that a good cleaning would remove the film and cloudy appearance. He suggested a do it yourself procedure including suggestions about choosing the best microfiber pad and cleaning solution. It appeared we have been using too high a concentration of cleaner that caused the film buildup on the floor surface. The experience with Grant showed me that this business is professional in providing the best solution to your floor problem without regard to them capturing a quick sale for unnecessary work. Very hard working crew, made sure we understood everything they had to do, and what we should not do right away. The floors look brand new. The supervisor James inspected it and had the crew do some touch ups, quite the perfectionist! We are very happy with the work and highly recommend Footprints floors. Jesse helped me with a Tile and LVP installation in our new home. He was super responsive when I had questions, he gave great recommendations on design, and went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed. The tile and LVP install came out great, I 100% recommend him!!

New Shaw LVP was installed in 1200 sq ft of our house. Sales Consultant Grant was easy to work with and knows his product lines. Installer Douglas is a gifted craftsman of flooring and baseboard. Floors look super.

My experience with Footprints was fantastic from beginning to end. I needed an estimate appointment ASAP since we had a limited window of time before we were moving into our new home and the Footprints team got someone out next day to measure my project. Our project manager Jesse was SO helpful throughout the entire process, helping me with a specific shopping list for all materials needed (advising me on what i didn’t need and was trying to be sold at retailers!), helping me with delivery and even talking with me about how to stay on track with my budget every step of the way. The finished results of my floors are perfection! LVP and engineered hardwood on two different levels and all done within a a week and a half!! Jesse made sure any imperfections were replaced and corrected before ever discussing payment, and was consistently available for communication regarding the project the entire time. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, highly recommended Footprints Flooring!

If I could leave more stars, I would. Footprints did an amazing job on our house and the price was amazing compared to three other companies I had come look at the floors. The color and finish were perfect! It was a bit dusty during and afterwards, but that's to be expected when you're sanding indoors.

I had a wood floor repair done. I found this company to be responsible, reliable and reasonably priced. Namita Khana was my first point of contact and I found her to be well informed and professional. I would recommend Footprints floors or use for future projects.

I contacted Footprints Flooring to get a bid for repairing the oak flooring in our kitchen damaged by water. Unlike other companies I contacted, Footprints Flooring responded immediately by sending one of their project managers, Jesse, to assess the damage. Their bid was provided the same day. It was detailed and, unlike the other bids obtained, very competitive. Jesse was very responsive Tony questions and we selected Footprints Flooring for the job. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work. Jesse served as the project manager and Freddie performeded the installation and finish work. The quality of the work was excellent and was completed ahead of schedule. The crew was prompt in showing up and was courteous. Jesse was involved from start to finish and did an excellent job of keeping us informed. Overall the work was excellent.

I had a very bad experience with a contractor and had to redo everything. Footprints Floors came to the rescue. Todd the salesman came over and gave me an honest quote and went out of his way to make it affordable. James diligently managed my project and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He would send me pictures and check in with me to make sure that I was happy with the progress. Gabriel, the tiler, is very skilled and precise. I didn't see any flaws or things that bothered me. First I want to say I apologize for reviewing this almost a week late. I have such a hectic and busy life at times with two small children and one with needs. With that being said, there is something to be said about how professional, humble, honest and understanding Todd and his team were with handling our situation and schedule. Being that we are so busy, they were very helpful and flexible with how they approached my family and the task at hand. Swift, punctual, and friendly. It seemed like they took extra care with replacing/upgrading the floors and Todd made sure the job was done correctly and neat to our liking, as well as his. We had a great experience with Foot Prints Floors when we decided to remove old carpet and install fresh hardwood. Our estimator Grant did a walkthrough with us for free and provided us with so much guidance and information as we are first time homeowners. Grant had a lot of patience with us as we asked for multiple estimates with different options. Once we decided to move forward the process went quickly. Scheduling, installation, sanding, and staining was efficient and very well done. Our installers were very polite and friendly and got the job done. We are thrilled with our new hardwood floors - it feels like a new home! I would highly recommend Foot Prints Floors!

Jesse was an excellent project manager from start to finish. When I needed extra help deciding what to put in, he sent me links, brought by samples after hours and then matched me up with a showroom for another expert opinion. He was in direct communication throughout the entire project, and helped to address a couple areas that didn’t flow with continuity the way we wanted. He was always the consummate professional & made us happy with our decision to go with Footprints for our floor replacement.

I hired Footprints Floors to do my backsplash in the kitchen. Jesse the project manager would stop by to check in the project, told me how much tile and grout we needed. I also wanted to add the backsplash in the bar area and he said it wasn’t a problem. They did excellent work, clean, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. We had a tile floor installed, Rimiro was our installer. He did an amazing job, high attention to detail and the floor came out beautiful. Not an easy job as the tile was natural stone that had to match up to a wood floor, came out perfect. No job is without a few hiccups and the few that we had were handled by Jesse without any problems and handled quickly. Very happy with our decision to use Footprints Floors!

I cannot say enough good things about Footprints Floors! First of all, their pricing is so reasonable and the work they do is incredible! Jesse was the one who I was in communication with and he was nothing but professional, kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. He was prompt with getting us an estimate and they were able to squeeze in our job the next week while we were out of town! Jesse truly went above and beyond and would text me updates and pictures throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for the floor company to go with this is the company ! They were tremendous and so patient and helpful ! Jordan answered my 1000 questions and was so patient during the process of finding the right floors . Scott was the project manager and he was also great ! He sent pictures during the whole week process and was very involved . Luis , who put the floors in was spectacular and did phenomenal work . Again , use them !! They also put my parents floors in as well and they are we recommend them .

I was very satisfied with the whole process. Jordan explained everything and there was no "hard-sell." I appreciated that James checked each morning to check on progress or questions. I was very impressed with the tile setting as there were two very difficult areas and he did them perfectly.

Loved working with these guys! From working with Jordan on the sales side, he was super knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to come to a fair agreement that worked for both sides without too much back and forth. During installation, we spoke with Dustin to cover what Jordan and I got discussed. All was heard by Dustin and we were on the same page for the duration of the project. During walk through we identified a couple minor things to get taken care of and they fixed it in a highly expeditious manner. I highly recommend this group as they’re very friendly, fair, and knowledgeable while providing exceptional service from sales to final product. As an added bonus, the vendors that were needed throughout the course of the project were also very communicative and also very friendly to ensure we got our selected finishes delivered in a timely manner prior to starting the project.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our project. We had existing tile, laminate, and carpet removed in half the house, laminate installed, and baseboards replaced throughout the entire house. Our sales rep, Grant, was responsive and went above and beyond to help resolve an issue of our own making. Our project manager, James, was attentive, listened to our concerns, and quickly jumped into action when issues came up. There was a disappointing issue regarding the quality of our baseboard installation at first; HOWEVER, James saw the problem and quickly found a solution. Communication is key and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Lastly, our installation crew, Escalera, did a phenomenal job, not only fixing the issues we had, but overall providing an excellent touch to the finishes. They suggested things on the fly that ultimately made the finished project look better. They truly acted as the professional with the expertise to foresee what would or would not work and what may or may not look good. While there was a hiccup in the middle of the project, the excellent communication with Grant, James, and Escalera made the finished project a great outcome.

Footprints Floors did a great job on our floors. We used them to install LVP in our basement and lace in as well as install new hardwoods upstairs. Dustin was really excellent: great communication, on time, and he even went out of his way to help us fix and install our new vent covers in our hardwoods. Highly recommend

Footprints Floors installed new laminate flooring in our home and we couldn't be happier. Jordan Murphy our estimator and sales manager is an absolute pleasure to work with and advocates for all of his customers. James Dowdy, the project manager is very hands-on and great at overseeing the progress of the job. The crew lead, Fernando, is an extremely hard worker who showed that he'll do whatever's necessary to do right by the customer. Footprints Floors did a restoration on our main floor hard wood flooring, and we are overwhelmingly happy with the results. We had water damage on a 20 foot square area in the kitchen and an old damaged carpet inlaid in the living room. Footprints Floors replaced the damaged area in the kitchen and replaced the old carpet with hard wood flooring. They sanded the whole wood floor - old and new - and applied new stain everywhere. They laced in the new product into the existing wood flooring, and you can't tell the difference anywhere. They whole flooring everywhere looks new! Grant did a great job presenting the repair options. The work crew was so professional and hardworking. If you need a hardwood floor repaired, restored, or replaced we recommend Footprints Floors.
