I have used footprints floors twice after having them recommended to me by a friend. I’m so very pleased with my floors after they’re finished. Freddy was my technician this time and did an amazing job refinishing, staining and varnishing the floor. He was efficient, speedy while maintaining quality work. He cleaned up everyday and there was very little dust even though he had to do a lot of sanding. James followed up after Freddy had finished and answered all my questions. If I need any work done on my floors I will be calling this company again

I contacted Scott Campbell of Footprints Floors through Angi’s List. I was determined to obtain five bids at least before I made any decision. I wanted to have my main bath converted from a bathtub to a shower. Scott gave me a very reasonable bid and his presentation included many choices pertaining to labor and material. My choice of contractors was an easy one and I give the highest praise to Scott, his foreman Marcus and his entire crew. The workmanship was excellent and communication was outstanding. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and use them again.

I went through a bit of a journey with these guys. Overall, they are great, but they got burned a bit by one of their contractors who didn't do a great job on part of my installation. It's uncomfortable telling a vendor that the quality of the work is not right, but they agreed, re-ordered materials, put a different crew on the job, and made it all right in the end. These things happen, part of life, whats important is that it was rectified in the end. They're good people with a good business and in the end I'd recommend them and will return to them for my next job.

Footprints did an INCREDIBLE job for us at our new place. Floors are like new! On top of that I shopped this job around to probably five local places and footprints price made it such an easy decision. Awesome! That sums up my experience with Footprints Flooring. From the initial call to request a home visit and quote, to the continued communication throughout the project-they were there for support and education. Grant was extremely patient and talked through the options with us, came up with a reasonable quote-that was detailed and clearly laid out. He was always available to answer the questions, provide the stain samples and adjust the quote and work order as we added and removed things. He accommodated our schedule and there was no pressure/no rush atmosphere. Freddy was the man who did all the work-his attention to detail was exactly was we were looking for. He took his time and really knocked it out of the park. James was on site every day-updating and talking through what we should expect next and accommodating any concerns I had. I bought a condo from 1922 and the previous owner did not take care of the floors. I wanted to restore them and Footprints Floors Denver did just that! The guys did an amazing job on my bathrooms + entryway. They didn’t cut any corners, and everything looks absolutely perfect. I also had hexagons, which is way tougher tile to work with / cut. They did awesome!!

Grant came to our house right exactly on time. He was able to quickly see the issue with our floor. Although he could have recommended a complete restoration of our floor, rather he suggested that a good cleaning would remove the film and cloudy appearance. He suggested a do it yourself procedure including suggestions about choosing the best microfiber pad and cleaning solution. It appeared we have been using too high a concentration of cleaner that caused the film buildup on the floor surface. The experience with Grant showed me that this business is professional in providing the best solution to your floor problem without regard to them capturing a quick sale for unnecessary work. My experience with Footprints was fantastic from beginning to end. I needed an estimate appointment ASAP since we had a limited window of time before we were moving into our new home and the Footprints team got someone out next day to measure my project. Our project manager Jesse was SO helpful throughout the entire process, helping me with a specific shopping list for all materials needed (advising me on what i didn’t need and was trying to be sold at retailers!), helping me with delivery and even talking with me about how to stay on track with my budget every step of the way. The finished results of my floors are perfection! LVP and engineered hardwood on two different levels and all done within a a week and a half!! Jesse made sure any imperfections were replaced and corrected before ever discussing payment, and was consistently available for communication regarding the project the entire time. If I could leave more stars, I would. Footprints did an amazing job on our house and the price was amazing compared to three other companies I had come look at the floors. The color and finish were perfect! It was a bit dusty during and afterwards, but that's to be expected when you're sanding indoors.

I had a wood floor repair done. I found this company to be responsible, reliable and reasonably priced. Namita Khana was my first point of contact and I found her to be well informed and professional. I would recommend Footprints floors or use for future projects.

I contacted Footprints Flooring to get a bid for repairing the oak flooring in our kitchen damaged by water. Unlike other companies I contacted, Footprints Flooring responded immediately by sending one of their project managers, Jesse, to assess the damage. Their bid was provided the same day. It was detailed and, unlike the other bids obtained, very competitive. Jesse was very responsive Tony questions and we selected Footprints Flooring for the job. We had a great experience with Foot Prints Floors when we decided to remove old carpet and install fresh hardwood. Our estimator Grant did a walkthrough with us for free and provided us with so much guidance and information as we are first time homeowners. Grant had a lot of patience with us as we asked for multiple estimates with different options. Once we decided to move forward the process went quickly. Jesse was an excellent project manager from start to finish. When I needed extra help deciding what to put in, he sent me links, brought by samples after hours and then matched me up with a showroom for another expert opinion. We had a tile floor installed, Rimiro was our installer. He did an amazing job, high attention to detail and the floor came out beautiful. Not an easy job as the tile was natural stone that had to match up to a wood floor, came out perfect. No job is without a few hiccups and the few that we had were handled by Jesse without any problems and handled quickly. Very happy with our decision to use Footprints Floors!

I was very satisfied with the whole process. Jordan explained everything and there was no "hard-sell." I appreciated that James checked each morning to check on progress or questions. I was very impressed with the tile setting as there were two very difficult areas and he did them perfectly.

Loved working with these guys! From working with Jordan on the sales side, he was super knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to come to a fair agreement that worked for both sides without too much back and forth. During installation, we spoke with Dustin to cover what Jordan and I got discussed. All was heard by Dustin and we were on the same page for the duration of the project. During walk through we identified a couple minor things to get taken care of and they fixed it in a highly expeditious manner. I highly recommend this group as they’re very friendly, fair, and knowledgeable while providing exceptional service from sales to final product. As an added bonus, the vendors that were needed throughout the course of the project were also very communicative and also very friendly to ensure we got our selected finishes delivered in a timely manner prior to starting the project.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our project. We had existing tile, laminate, and carpet removed in half the house, laminate installed, and baseboards replaced throughout the entire house. Our sales rep, Grant, was responsive and went above and beyond to help resolve an issue of our own making. Our project manager, James, was attentive, listened to our concerns, and quickly jumped into action when issues came up. There was a disappointing issue regarding the quality of our baseboard installation at first; HOWEVER, James saw the problem and quickly found a solution. Communication is key and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Lastly, our installation crew, Escalera, did a phenomenal job, not only fixing the issues we had, but overall providing an excellent touch to the finishes. They suggested things on the fly that ultimately made the finished project look better. They truly acted as the professional with the expertise to foresee what would or would not work and what may or may not look good. While there was a hiccup in the middle of the project, the excellent communication with Grant, James, and Escalera made the finished project a great outcome.

Footprints Floors did a great job on our floors. We used them to install LVP in our basement and lace in as well as install new hardwoods upstairs. Dustin was really excellent: great communication, on time, and he even went out of his way to help us fix and install our new vent covers in our hardwoods. Highly recommend

Footprints Floors installed new laminate flooring in our home and we couldn't be happier. Jordan Murphy our estimator and sales manager is an absolute pleasure to work with and advocates for all of his customers. James Dowdy, the project manager is very hands-on and great at overseeing the progress of the job. The crew lead, Fernando, is an extremely hard worker who showed that he'll do whatever's necessary to do right by the customer. Footprints Floors did a restoration on our main floor hard wood flooring, and we are overwhelmingly happy with the results. We had water damage on a 20 foot square area in the kitchen and an old damaged carpet inlaid in the living room. Footprints Floors replaced the damaged area in the kitchen and replaced the old carpet with hard wood flooring. They sanded the whole wood floor - old and new - and applied new stain everywhere. They laced in the new product into the existing wood flooring, and you can't tell the difference anywhere. They whole flooring everywhere looks new! I worked with Jesse on my tile project & he was amazing!! I was so impressed by his professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional project management skills.
