We are very happy with their overall process and especially impressed with the hard work and special care provided by Sabino, who did virtually all the work from removing existing linoleum, to rebuilding flooring, cutting and laying tiles, and cleanup. 5 stars and highly recommend Sabino and Footprint Floors!! One other thing that impressed us: Our tile selections were all Marble Mosaics. Some who bid on the job said they would not work with our tile because it was too difficult to cut and install. Footprint Floors did not shy away and Sabino did an outstanding and professional job.

We had a really difficult project involving an old original barn floor. Sean did a lot of research and came up with an incredible (and historic) solution, and talked us out of flooring over it. The end result is gorgeous and really preserved the original character beautifully. We engaged him again right away to replace another floor with some locally-milled wide pine. It was an unusual material and an odd space, but again, the end result was amazing and we love it. I’m sure Sean and his team could handle any standard flooring or refinishing project without breaking a sweat, but if you have something unusual or historic to deal with, call Footprints right away.

We had our living room and hall floors refinished and new hardwood installed by Footprints Floors. Our original floors were in horrible condition-stains everywhere. These guys were able to make them look brand new. We feel like we’re living in a new house! The communication on the part of Clint(owner) and Brian(project coordinator) was excellent. They were prompt in returning texts and calls and upfront about all costs. They even hooked us up with a hardwood flooring supplier who was also very good to work with. Their hardworking team descended on our house Wednesday morning-on time, and by Saturday afternoon the work was finished. I really can’t say enough about this company and highly recommend them. So hard to find contractors that take pride in their work and in the way they treat their customers. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Dariusz is extremely efficient and professional. I had vynal flooring installed in my kitchen. The process was extremely easy from my end. Dariusz texted me a photo of floor samples and I texted him my choice. Darius and Jose arrived on time and completed the job earlier than expected. I highly recommend Ralph and Footprints Floors. I am renovating a small, 4-room 1930’s cottage with original narrow maple floors downstairs and original pine floors upstairs. The downstairs floors were very worn; the pine floors upstairs had many coats of paint, and one of them had a very ratty carpet over the painted floor. Ralph came promptly to give me an estimate and some very good advice. The job was scheduled rapidly and the team did a beautiful job of refinishing all four rooms plus the oak staircase. Last week we had our hickory floors refinished by Footprints Floors, Castle Rock. Dan the owner, was professional, fairly priced, and took the time to answer all of the questions we had. His crew, Genaro and Marvin were also professional, responsive and highly skilled. They taped and hung plastic as needed. The sawdust was kept to a minimum and when they left the area was clean. Our hickory floors had some water stains and had yellowed over time. Triple levels of sanding and triple coats of sealing turned our floors into a masterpiece. I highly recommend this company!

I had an amazing experience with Footprints Floors of Fairfax. David came for my estimate. He spent 2 hours explaining in detail what needed to happen, how it could happen, and why we could trust FFF for the work. He offered multiple solutions, explaining the costs and reasoning for each potential approach. Of course, things were worse once we opened the space and he was quick to reach out, discussing the problems encountered. His crew was able to adapt and managed to take out the cabinets without messing any of them up or the quartz counter top! They kept the area covered, minimizing dust from reaching other parts of the house. The final result was amazing. We elected to only replace the affect portion of the floor but one can barely tell that half the floor is 3 years old vs a few months. I highly recommend this company.
