Excellent workmanship, price and customer service/communication. Martin showed up, was extremely knowledgeable and on his game. I accepted the bid, and we hammered out a start date. He and his crew showed up and the job was done in 2 days like he said. The two-man crew left behind to do the job where both quick, polite and professional, they even took the time to line up lines in the tile which really made the cheap home-depot tile pop and look good. Would absolutely use again, it was an honor to work with such consummate professionals. I can't believe I wasted my time talking to others.

We thought about having our floors refinished for quite some time but weren't sure who to go with. The floors were solid wood that had been stained and prefinished prior to installation. We were told that this is process would be tricky, time consuming and that possibly we wouldn't be pleased with the outcome. Our project was new tile in several rooms. Rebecca was clearly committed to the success of this project from start to finish. She was very prompt to reply to any questions, had her team on site when she said they would be there, and had no surprises on price or timing. Footprint flooring is a top notch co. I called Footprint to see when we could set up a consult to have our hardwood floors refinished expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks or longer . Justin came out the very next day to measure and give us a bid .He was prompt and fair with his bid. The wood was delivered the next day and work began three days later. We added to our existing hardwood and you would never know that the original was down for thirty years! It was seamless. Chris did an amazing meticulous job which was very much appreciated. We were incredibly impressed with the work done by Footprints Floors at our home in Louisville. After having the carpet removed, we discovered some highly unusual "remodeling" work done in haste from the home's past, damaged wood, but what seemed to be a potentially salvageable hardwood situation. Footprints was quick to respond, and thorough in their assessment of what needed to be done. We were thankful to learn that our red oak floor, mostly in reasonable condition, could be saved. We felt the price was reasonable, and appreciated the quality and frequency of communication from Brian and the team. The work itself was extraordinarily good, blending in new wood with old virtually seamlessly to the degree that it's hard to believe the wood ever looked differently. The final finish and quality is excellent. At the end of the job, a minor detail (not a mistake on Footprints' part really, but a miscommunication about the door threshold) was evaluated quickly and corrected.

We had LVP installed with Footprint Floors, and we could not be happier. Amanda came by to give an initial quote, along with some flooring suppliers they recommend (one of which we purchased from). The pricing was good, along with the fair warning that if the subfloor was not level, they would need to level it that would come with additional cost (labor plus materials). Once we had our material, we were then booked in for install. Amanda’s team did a tremendous job. They got the floor up quickly, found the floor was not level, and took the time to show me. They leveled it, and got the new floor installed. We’ve had it completed for a couple of weeks, and it’s perfectly flat, and couldn’t be happier. We have a couple more jobs around the house that will be done in time, and Amanda and her team will be who we select for that work. 10/10 would recommend for price, quality, and being great humans!

I used Footprints Floors and I wanted to give a special thank you to Edgar and his installation team who did a beautiful job with the hardwood floor installation. We chose extra long and wide floors which is extra challenging to install. His team provided excellent customer service and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work and came back to do touch ups for a few items. We had 2,000 sq ft installed and I love my new floors!

My wife and I decided to replace the carpet that was on the 2nd floor of our house as well as our stairs. We were originally thinking about LVP. We got several quotes from local flooring companies and all of them installed and sold the flooring — with the exception of Footprints. Footprints only installs the flooring and the more I researched flooring options, the more I realized that the installation was extremely important. Shawna was the representative from Footprints that provided the quote. She is also the one that told us to consider Laminate flooring, which is what we went with. But we only went with that after doing research and deciding that this was the best option for us. Footprints does have relationships with a couple of flooring stores in the area and we were able to talk with a few of the experts in order to help us make a decision. The great thing about this is that neither Footprints nor the flooring stores cared which flooring we chose, plus we were given the discount that Footprints would have gotten if they would have sold it to us. Shawna did preface her quote with the statement that if our floors weren’t level then there would be an additional cost to level them with self leveler that is poured onto the floors. Shawna was the only one that mentioned this but it made sense. And I researched it and it is indeed important to do this because if you don’t then you may have issues with your Laminate or LVP flooring later on. As it turned out, our floors weren’t level so there was an additional cost and it extended the installation. But Shawna explained everything very well and showed me what needed to be done. The installers that she brought in were excellent and it was easy to see that they really cared about doing a good job. And Shawna came to my house every day so that she could personally see the progress and keep me informed as well as answer any of my questions. I think the pictures speak for themselves but we are extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend Footprints!!

Peter could not have been easier to work with and we highly recommend Footprints! We had changing installation dates due to our changing move dates and then Hurricanes Helene and Milton hit and further delayed us. Our home was completely flooded by Helene and we are still trying to recover. The bright spot in all of this is the fact that Peter and his team were able to adjust their schedule to start right after Milton. We had changes throughout the installation and they were so helpful and accommodating and offered great solutions for us. The attention to detail was tremendous and they were so meticulous. Despite all these setbacks Peter came through with every single commitment made, plus the quality of the work is outstanding and the communication just as stellar. I cannot recommend Footprints Floors enough and I will never use another flooring contractor again. I would love to add better photos but since we are waiting for drywall our floors are currently covered with a protective paper!
