So glad we got hooked up with Footprints for our wood floor refinishing. Everything went just as Todd and then Jesse, our Project Manager, described. Jesse followed up before, during, and after for quality assurance and to make sure his crew had all the information and materials they would need to complete the job seamlessly. Communication was great. Freddie, our craftsman, was a real pro! You could tell he had lots of knowledge, experience and great technique. He was timely, efficient, and a real pleasure to have around. Dust was minimal, their cleanup was excellent, and my floors are beautiful! I’m happy!

This is the second time we’ve used Footprints Floors for work in our home. We used them for tile prior, this time we used them for wood floor lacing where they refinished our original wood floors and laced in new wood to extend our wood floors to the entire main level. Our project manager, Jesse, was amazing and checked in with us throughout the process with status updates, advice, and helping keep the installers on track. He went out of his way and above and beyond to help make sure we were happy with our stain choice and the final product. He personally checked in with us each day and managed the project well.

Footprints flooring are an amazing outfit. After a dishwasher leak damaged our hardwood flooring I called them, in a very timely manner I received a call from Hunter and came over gave me an estimate, very reasonable, I then scheduled the work. Hunter was very thoughtful and helpful throughout the project. Travis the superintendent insured that the work was completed in a high quality and professional manner. Every thing they said they would do, they did! The floors look wonderful and on every occasion that I contacted them they responded never leaving me wondering what was going on. I hope that I never need their services again but I would recommend them to anyone needing hardwood flooring done!!

I highly reccomend Footprint Floors! They worked on our shower remodel and did some tiling around our soaking tub. Junior was our installer. He poured a new shower pan, installed a new niche and tiled our shower to perfection! He took great care to make sure everything was done right! I really appreciated his kind, respectful personality! He was always willing to talk things through with me. Very professional! I hope to be able to use him on future projects! Jordan was our project foreman. He was extremely kind, professional and very helpful! He came every day to check on the project!!! He continually told me that it was important to him that I was satisfied with the quality of the work and happy with the experience. Footprints installed hardwood flooring in our master bedroom and did a tremendous job. We had concerns in matching the color and finish to the existing floors throughout our home. It turned out perfect! We are moving forward with another bedroom and our office. From their salesperson Todd, project manager Jesse to the installers Juan and Byron we are absolutely thrilled with our experience. Grant was very easy to work with and was able to take care lof ast minute issues quickly. Victor the on-site lead and Abraham were absolutely amazing, they were extremely professional, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and have the strongest work ethic and strive for perfection that I have seen in a long time. Very pleased. Footprints Floors installed two mosaic tile bathroom floors for us (in one they also installed underfloor heating -- kids + cats love it!) and the new floors are fabulous. Travis was our manager and Junior our installer, both were delightful, friendly, great with kids + pets, and super quick to answer my questions. Actually, everyone with whom I dealt at FF were friendly, responsive, helpful. I spoke with many installers and Footprints was by far the most prompt and most professional. Jesse from Foot Print Flooring is amazing. He is so respectful and professional. He is a good asset for the company. There was a small piece of baseboard that did not look great. He came out the very next day himself and repaired the baseboard for us. Our floors look amazing. They were able to match our main floor wood flooring exactly. Thank you!

Jordon Murphy from Footprints arranged to install wood floors in two rooms last year. They did an incredible job. They have the best workers so I arranged another install and Jess was the new supervisor. He had his men out promptly and the floors are amazing. I have never worked with such incredible people and they are also so kind and caring. I consider Jordan and Jess my family now. Jess was an amazing supervisor too. Footprints also was on the spot in the quotes while I had to wait for over a week and a half to get folks to inspect for quotes from other companies and then one company took weeks to send the quote. I highly recommend this company. They are blessed to have the workers that they have.

I needed to have the tile on my front steps replaced. Jordan came over, gave me a very reasonable bid and a shopping list. Being an exterior install we had to wait for the right weather conditions. The project was just completed and looks amazing. Alonso did the tile work and was meticulous. Cleaned up before he left each day and worked hard while he was here (no breaks, errands, distractions, etc.). Jordan was accessible when I had questions and stopped by to check on the progress. No cut corners. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

I can't speak highly enough of the team at footprints floors. We recently replaced all of our carpet in our condo with laminate flooring and they did a wonderful job. We first worked with Scott, who was lovely and responsive. He came over to measure and give us a quote. He also spent a lot of time answering questions my husband and I had (first time we had ever done a project like this before) and was super patient with us. The crew that did the actual work were extremely professional and I was amazed at how fast they got the work done (Diego, Matthew and another fellow that I did not catch his name). I felt totally comfortable with them being in our home. We also worked with Grant (managed the project) and he was wonderful as well. He was extremely responsive and even came over after we had paid the final bill to double check the flooring around the toilet. If you're looking for a great company to work with, consider footprints flooring! We'll definitely use them in the future in our next home!

I am thrilled with the tile work done by the Footprints team. The attention to detail was top notch. They did bathroom floor, shower surround, and kitchen backsplash. The tile cuts were done very clean, and the grout work looks flawless. I was skeptical based on some of the mixed reviews here, but I am extremely happy with the work done.

I have owned a number of homes over the years and this was the first service/project crew that I wanted to make part of my family and adopt! They were so focused. The workers who did the install were so diligent that working on the floor was more important than breaks and lunch, etc., although I encouraged them to take a break. Jordan who did the appraisal and tied the knot with the agreement was so awesome and consistently checked to see how I was doing with the install. Tyler, the project manager was also right on top of things and came by daily to make sure the quality of service and the final product was more than satisfactory. I am very blessed. I will not use any other company for this type of work! They are amazing! The finished product and their ethics speak for themselves but on top of that, they were the lowest bid out of 3 by a chunk of change! I strongly recommend using this company!

We recently contracted with Footprints Floors (footprintsfloors.com>) to refinish our existing hardwood floors, replace the carpet in our living room, dining room, office and main stairwell with hardwood floors and replace the baseboards. This allowed us to have hardwood floors throughout our main level. Footprints Floors did a tremendous job and provided an outstanding and quality product. Todd helped with the original estimate and has very helpful with offering advice and design options when selecting our finishes. The quality of the refinishing and their ability to lace new flooring to interlock with the existing hardwood was exceptional. They were great to work with, very professional and very cost competitive with the 3 other bids we received. We would highly recommend Footprints Floors to anyone considering any type of flooring home improvement as they provided great customer service, was very pleasant to work with, and provide great value.

An employee at floor&decor hooked me up an estimate. We did have to have 2 separate estimates for our floors, and countertops. But they were reasonable, and I wasn't going to let just anyone install marble or our wood floors.I think the 1 year labor warranty was what really sold me.

Chris scheduled an appointment for an estimate right away, as my timeframe for the kitchen floor was very short. Although my description was very clear that I was looking for a sheet vinyl installation, they do not do that product, period, but I listened to his presentation. The second company I had an appointment with didn't show up, so I decided to go with installation of waterproof vinyl planking and had them do the job. The floor was installed carefully and looks great.

My main contact Dustin has been absolutely amazing to deal with! He has been very professional and always puts the customer first. I appreciate his attentiveness and his goal to make sure everything is complete to the customer's satisfaction. I have another project coming up in the near future and I will definitely use Footprints Floors.

Our experience with Footprint Flooring was great from start to finish. Namita came and did the measuring and estimate. She was very pleasant and very accurate. We ended up with two full boards and very little scraps left over. Jeff was great at keeping us informed through the whole process, answering all are questions and concerns. Juan and his crew were on time and respectful. It was amazing how quickly they got it done. They had to come back and fix a couple of spots that we had concerns with. He was back the next day to fix them. You can’t even tell where he repaired it. I was in St Louis watching our grandkids so my wife was home through the whole installation. She kept me updated through the whole process. The only thing she complained about was the noise. But that was to be expected. So I came back to a beautiful new floor.

Footprints floors did a great job in laying a new hardwood floors in our house, they started on time as promised and the crew ( Alex & Freddy ) were very polite and professional. When the work was completed, Jeff contacted us to insure that all the work is to our satisfaction. Minor repairs was needed and Jeff came the next day with Freddy and did the repairs to our satisfaction. Dustin and his team did a great job with our Luxury Vinyl Tile install in a rental unit. They worked with us ordering the correct supplies and were patient with a delay in the shipping of the stair treads. Came back to finish the job and addressed all of our concerns. Was super responsive and did a fantastic job.
