Peter could not have been easier to work with and we highly recommend Footprints! We had changing installation dates due to our changing move dates and then Hurricanes Helene and Milton hit and further delayed us. Our home was completely flooded by Helene and we are still trying to recover. The bright spot in all of this is the fact that Peter and his team were able to adjust their schedule to start right after Milton. We had changes throughout the installation and they were so helpful and accommodating and offered great solutions for us. The attention to detail was tremendous and they were so meticulous. Despite all these setbacks Peter came through with every single commitment made, plus the quality of the work is outstanding and the communication just as stellar. I cannot recommend Footprints Floors enough and I will never use another flooring contractor again. I would love to add better photos but since we are waiting for drywall our floors are currently covered with a protective paper!

Over the last few months, Footprints Floors has installed tile above the bathtub in three bathrooms of my home. They all turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be more pleased! Absolutely great service properly on time. I I would definitely would use them again. My fireplace was a builder grade tile It was updated to porcelain.

I recently hired them to remove existing flooring and install glued down engineered hardwood throughout the main living areas of my home. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement! From the onset, Josh communicated extensively, thoroughly, and effectively. I never once felt like I had to double check any of their work. He and Jeff, the installer, foresaw any potential issues and asked the right questions to ensure that we were both on the same page as to the scope of the project. Doug and his team were very professional and timely. They worked with us with the product and installation time. Doug even sent out a team to fix a minor issue with a piece of flooring on the weekend. His pricing was fair and beat the bigger flooring companies.

Gene, Vic and his crew did an excellent job on our floors. We had original 100-year-old hardwood floors that unfortunately could no longer be restored. The crew removed them, installed a new subfloor, and laid new LVP flooring throughout our whole house. Great attention to detail, fast work, and great communication! Would highly recommend.

What a great company to deal with. Professional service from the top down. Andy, Jason, Vitor, and Matt really care about quality and craftsmanship. They tore out 1200 sf of tile in my house and replaced it with new tile. I wanted it installed with no transition between my bamboo floors and they made it flawless. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was happy with the results. The pictures do not do it justice. So thankful that I found them.

Sean and his team install a Flooret vinyl plank floor in our kitchen on 10/30. They did a great job and we are very satisified with his work. Sean and team went up and beyond. Installers were accommodating and particular about their work. They cleaned up after the job. Sean stands behind his work. I noticed a small issue with one piece of moulding 4-5 days later. I called Sean and he came over the next day to repair it. He sent about 2 hours and bought materials. Very trustworthy individual. I would hire him for another job.

The hardwood floors in my vintage 1957 house had never been refurbished in all these years. I cannot tell you how beautiful they are, now. Brand new! The team from Footprints were knowledgeable and offered very good advice choosing the final stain color. No surprises, no unnecessary up-selling.

I can't say enough about the top quality work done done by Joseph and his crew in refinishing badly damaged wood flooring. Joseph was very professional, fair, honest, and always responsive. Brandon did a fantastic job sanding & refinishing the flooring to like new condition. Totally satisfied with the results. Most highly recommend them if you want a top notch flooring job done right at a fair price.

I’ve had a great experience with Footprints Flooring. I had my cramped, stained, carpeted staircase replaced with a red mahogany, and I absolutely love it. Tim consulted me on the project, provided an estimate, and gave me some great guidance as I wasn’t sure where to start. I was able to schedule quickly and easily. Saul oversaw the project and provided some of the clearest communication I’ve ever gotten from a renovation/remodel service. He reached out to coordinate all of the details of the project including timing of the project, delivery of materials, and gave me thorough instructions for maintaining the stairs once they were done at the time of scheduling. He even came out to the house to sign for the materials on short notice because I couldn’t leave work at the time of delivery! The day before, he called to give me a time frame and answer any questions. The day of, he stayed onsite to communicate any necessary information while the crew got started and even checked in by phone when he had to check in on another project. He confirmed that the project was what I wanted and stayed reachable if needed. The crew was polite, professional and did a great job! Highly recommend!

This is by far an absolute fantastic experience we had and just completed with the Footprint team (Jason & his son did the tremendous particular and demanding hard work into all the very smallest corners of a house built in 1940) , Billy convinced me fast at his first visit to do more than just the piano room -so we did the entire kitchen, the staircase, the entry way and the 2nd floor corridors!! Our house looks 50 years younger now !! I can’t stress enough the focus to the very details which I was really focused on, as I am coming from a German furniture and Hardwoodfloor family business, and therefore had the highest expectations- but not once did I have to point anything out which wouldn’t have passed my inspection!! We do love the water based varnish- over the oil based - as it lets the real hardwood be alive !! But of course this is individual taste. And the team will do an outstanding service either way a customer decides . The follow up is also fantastic- we had Ahmad coming within 18h of completion to conduct a thorough walk thru inspection, asking for anything g still to be completed prior to closing out our project - so very professional (I worked with BMW & RollsRoyce as customer and feel similar treated) . In summary: we owe the Footprint Team nothing but gratitude and making a lot of recommendations and do advertising to all our neighbors and friends ! A huge THANK You !! Wolf and family

We had our dark oak hardwood floors refinished to a natural wood. They turned out amazing! The entire process went smoothly from the measuring consult to the finish. They completed early & and we were able to move back into our home a day earlier.
