Recently we had carpet installed in our master bedroom by your company. Our sales representative was Theresa who gave us wonderful service in showing us all the sample types and many shades of tan/beige we needed to see in order to match our carpet to other rooms with carpet. She was very patient with us. It was during the rainy days and she was hurrying in and out of the rain to bring in sample books from her car. The carpet was installed on the day and time we agreed upon with Footprints. Three installers came in and were very professional and had the carpet installed and stretched in an hour. We are very pleased with our new carpet. Footprints took good care of us. We recommend them to future customers.

We contracted Footprints (DMV branch) for a kitchen floor and backsplash. They did very good work at a reasonable price and were easy to work with, with an up-to-date method of scheduling and keeping in contact that was far better than other contractors we contacted. The lead tile installer (David) was highly skilled and did a very neat job including in some awkward corners. We also appreciated franchise owner Lee Becker coming by the job every day to make sure things were going well. We'll happily use them again.

My son Mike, a professional woodworker and cabinet maker, inspected the finished work on his aunt’s floors. With a trained eye and a deep understanding of sanding techniques and wood integrity, he came away genuinely impressed. That carried real weight with us.
After hearing Mike’s assessment, we invited Footprints to give us an appraisal, this after we were nearly committed to another company. Not that the other firm would have done a poor job, but seeing what Footprints accomplished on a floor others wouldn’t attempt made the decision clear. We knew who our go-to would be.

My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Mike and his crew at Footprints Floors of Northeast Ohio. You won't beat the experience. He and his team installed laminate floors throughout our home.
During the planning process Mike was on time to appointments, gave a fair estimate (which was the final price with no hidden costs!) and answered a LOT of emails from us. He provided recommendations for where to buy flooring, what type of flooring would work, maintenance, color... even the direction of the boards within our rooms.
His communication was impeccable. Texts confirming appointments, notification that he was on the way, never a delay, never a question of whether he was going to show up or not. Same for his crew, they were always on time.
The work itself is fantastic! We are very happy with the craftsmanship. Every step was taken to control the dust and dirt, clean up inside and out was as you would expect. The floors look great, the finishing touches were perfect as well - even going so far as to cut away at the fireplace so the flooring would look as if it were installed prior to the fireplace.

Thanks to JR and his expert crew at Footprints Floors, we have gorgeous new LVP flooring in our large upstairs bedroom and game room! Every member of their team was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful at each step of the process. JR brought samples to our home and helped me choose the perfect floor, and his prompt estimate was reasonable and fair in comparison with the other quotes. The flooring came in less than a week after it was ordered and installation took place the next week and was completed in two days. The installation crew was professional and patient despite the fact that they had to carry about 20 heavy boxes of books from the upstairs to the garage before they could start. I am thrilled with their expertise in installing the planks which made the floor look like a beautiful real wood floor. My neighbor could hardly believe it was vinyl and not hardwood. The installers also went above and beyond by placing attractive real stained wood “reducers” to transition from the hardwood landing to the LVP floor in each room. In summary, I give Footprints Floors my highest possible recommendation and I look forward to working with them again to refinish my downstairs hardwood floors!

We had a complicated flooring project that included ripping out tile, carpet, and some sub-flooring and installing new unfinished hardwood flooring adjacent to existing HW flooring that was about 20 years old. The old flooring was sanded down and all of the flooring was stained and finished together. The end result was nothing short of spectacular! You can't see where the old floor stopped and the new flooring started. Completely seem less and perfectly installed. The crew also installed new floorboard everywhere and that was also doing really well! I highly recommend you go with Rebecca and Footprint floors!

We chose Footprints because Shawna was clearly more engaged and invested right from the start. She was a wealth of information about the process and options during our initial estimate meeting, and continued to reach out to see if we had other questions, whereas other companies gave us a quick estimate and disappeared.
The floor work was very well done overall, and Shawna was very communicative throughout the process. When we had questions, no matter how silly, she was willing to talk us through options and explain them. When some touch ups needed to be done after the final walk through, we were really impressed with Shawna's willingness to do them, rather than just trying to get the project done and get out.

Ever wonder where all the GREAT contractors went? Well, Footprints Floors has them! General adjectives to describe this whole team from the Footprints Floors owner and his family members to the Project Manager to each and every sub-contractor: enthusiastic, kind, thorough, expert, dedicated, on time, smart, like family, trustworthy, reliable.
The project involved remodeling the primary bathroom and replacing the upstairs carpeting with hardwood flooring. The house is 25 years old and needed updates (after raising kids and animals.)
Our experience began with Ty Cowley, who answered the phone, came out to see us at least twice (once to offer the first estimate; again, to update the estimate as needed.)
Then came Justin Cowley, Ty's Dad, who made sure Footprints had a good understanding of the project and a reliable estimate before beginning.
Hailey Campbell was our Project Manager who came to our home OFTEN, from before the project began to current day (as it's almost done.) Let me tell you, she's GREAT! She kept sub-contractors scheduled and doing what they needed to do daily.
Joe and Jace, a father and son plumbing team, took great care of us, making sure our plumbing updates were soundly installed. Really nice guys. Their drywall team took care of finishing touches beautifully.
Dex Cowley (yes, of the Cowley family) did the lion's share of the electrical. Another fantastic human being. He didn't cut corners and even found a loose wire in our attic we had no idea about and took care of it for us. We met his wife, as well, who helped out. All in the talented family!
Jason Jens, who tiled the bathroom, did such a beautiful job it looks like artwork. He is gifted and expert in his craft. Great guy, too!
