The quote was very good. The workers were extremely quick and efficient. I would use them again if I needed them.

Footprints, and especially Tom, were fantastic to work with! He came out to give us an estimate in a very timely manner and was so professional and kind compared to other companies we had out. He even played with our dog which made us so happy. The pricing was fair and the estimate was able to be modified a-la-carte for our needs. We ended up doing our own demo and having Footprints do the installation of our LVP in our entire downstairs, changing the orientation of the flooring from the builder grade as well at Tom's recommendation, and we are beyond happy with how it turned out! The guys who installed the flooring were kind, professional, and extremely hard workers. They stayed until 8:30pm to get as much done as they could, and completed the job in just 2 days. We can't recommend Footprints more highly!!

I have used footprints floors twice after having them recommended to me by a friend. I’m so very pleased with my floors after they’re finished. Freddy was my technician this time and did an amazing job refinishing, staining and varnishing the floor. He was efficient, speedy while maintaining quality work. He cleaned up everyday and there was very little dust even though he had to do a lot of sanding. James followed up after Freddy had finished and answered all my questions. If I need any work done on my floors I will be calling this company again

Ron came in after 3 other contractors only wanted to put down laminate. He spent time with us and explained the pros and cons of this process. We really wanted to keep the existing flooring, and he agreed. The CRAFTSMAN who came in was beyond what I expected. He made sure every joint, edge, transition and baseboard were PERFECT before accepting it. Spent the time to explain that it was the only way he did things. Ron came every day to check to see if we had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company for repair and refinishing your floors.

Ralph and his team went above and beyond when the work we had planned for the stairs pivoted into a larger job. He always kept us up-to-date on progress and what to expect. Very pleased with our new floor! From scheduling an estimate through job completion, Keith was easy to communicate with. He provided advice and information to help us select flooring we would be happy with. Tierre installed the floor with attention to detail, and stayed on schedule, despite having to repair some unexpected water damage to the subfloor.

Floor came out amazing! Very responsive, on time everyday, Justin was great to work with and our installer Eric did a phenomenal and quick job. Subfloor install and LVP installation for almost 1000’ sq ft in less than a week. We had multiple quotes, they were not the lowest quote, but they were the ones that called back, easy to talk to, returned phone calls promptly, and maintained professionalism through the entire process. That’s was worth every penny. It was worth going with them and not the lowest bidder. Thanks guys and look forward to using you again in the future for all my other projects

It is a rarity these days to find trustworthy professionals to do work in your home. Footprints Floors (Douglas County) is such a company. I had pet stained carpet replaced with red oak floors by Footprints. Beautifully done, they are simply magnificent. The job was challenging in that the stain needed to match existing hardwood in the kitchen. Connor, the project manager, went the extra mile to ensure the color was perfect. Along with Connor, Johnny and Marco were professional and courteous. Johnny’s expertise is obvious by how the floor turned out. I so appreciate the whole team! I wholeheartedly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed should you hire them.

Wow! What a great job Ini did on our floors. We have 19 year old red oak sand and seal floors that had seen better days. The transformation is hard to believe. The oil based original finish had turned the wood an orange tinge, and our dogs had gouged areas of the floor by the doors. The floors are clear and bright now and there is no evidence of dogs anywhere on the floor. Great work. Highly recommend.

Footprints Floors installed a kitchen backsplash for us and did a beautiful job. They came out and did a free estimate of the project's cost and how long they thought it would take. Josh helped us get the project set up and sent us an exact list of the supplies we needed to buy and we had zero issues. Kyle oversaw the work and was very nice, communicative, and easy to work with. Our installer, Marvin, did such a beautiful job and finished the entire project in a little over a day. This was the first home project we've ever had done and Footprint Floors made it such an easy and painless process. We are super happy with the results and will definitely use them again!

Amazing installation crew. Materials delivered on time Tom is knowledgeable and friendly. 1,600+sq ft.. carpet removed, sub floor brought up to snuff, wood floor installed plus quarter round molding in two days. All debris removed and areas broom swept. Did I say AMAZING CREW!! Would give six stars if possible. Highly, highly recommend this company!! I have owned a contracting company for 53 years. First, Brandon responded to our inquiry promptly and was always responsive via text or email. We had a huge project: In an existing, 80-year-old home, level the floor and replace 700 square feet of vinyl plank flooring in the basement with ceramic tile; refinish several hundred feet of *really* beat up hardwood floors on the main; and demo/install 200 square feet of new tile in the kitchen. Brandon was honest and up front about our options, price considerations, deliverable timeframes, and owner costs/responsibilities. He required us to do an asbestos test, which was actually comforting and a reflection of the overall professionalism of the company. He contacted other industry representatives to ensure he was utilizing best practices/meeting minimum code requirements. The total completion of work took about a month. Partially due to availability of the crews, and partially just the scope of the work.. They spent a week on each of the separate project phases. That felt a little long, but it is hard to argue with the quality of the work. The crews were all professional, easy to communicate with, and responsive. We strongly recommend and have already referred other potential customers to FF. When we have future flooring projects to take on, will be utilizing Footprint Floors exclusively.

Footprints Floors did a fantastic job putting a new tile floor in my kitchen. All the cuts and notches were clearly done by an experienced craftsman, and they use a leveling spacer system that helps deliver impeccable results. I could not be more pleased.

Arrived on time as stated in our contract and completed job as promised which came out beautifully. The crew cleaned up afterwards and asked after a walk through of the three rooms was there anything else we required. Excellent service if looking for Flooring installation.

I could not be happier with Footprints! Having 4 dogs, my bedroom carpet was a horrible disaster. I found tile that matched the rest of my house, and Footprints installed it. The installer (I wish I had written down his name) was incredible! I tried to keep my 4 dogs outside, but they weren't having it. The installer told me to let them in, he would be fine. And sure enough, my dogs made a new best friend (one tried to leave with him on the first day). My project started on a Monday morning, and by Tuesday afternoon, the whole room was done and grouted. It looks fantastic! They were upfront on pricing and very clean. Will definitely use them again, and recommend them for sure!

Excellent experience from estimate to job completion. Tim the owner is outstanding to work with. He communicates from beginning to end. His team and he show up when he states and makes himself available for questions through text and responds quickly. He gave us broken down estimates for multiple options which allowed us to make our decision to have him do it all! We added new wood floors added to 2 rooms and upstairs hallway, plus all the wood floor and stairs in the house sanded and stained. He said he would be done in 5-6 days and they did. It was a lot of work. His crew showed up on time in the morning and were done daily at 5-6 PM and cleaned up each day. Tim stopped by each day. What we loved is the communication. We love the floors! Big thank you for a great contractor experience!

Justin and his team exceeded my expectations after I called them up and asked if they’d be able to accommodate a flooring project within ~3 weeks. He came by to give us a quote two days later, and work was underway only a few days after that. Eric did a phenomenal job with both the bathroom tile, and the LVP for our stairs and landing. Communication was fantastic throughout the multi-day project, and he was great about talking us through the minor issues that popped up and helping us determine the best solution. Overall 10/10 experience, and I’d definitely give them a call in the future if we needed more work done 💯

Mitch was quick to respond to set up a meeting to review the flooring project and get it on the schedule. The installation team arrived before 7:30 AM on both days of installation and were able to complete the installation of about 750 square feet of LVP in about 1.5 days including new 1/4 round trim around the full perimeter and moving large furniture and appliances. I did notice a couple issues afterwards that Mitch was able to get the installers to come out and fix within a couple of days. The one negative, if I have to state one is that the project generated a lot of dust and I had to dust all of the furniture and vacuum and mop the floors before I could move the rest of my furniture back into the space. Overall, I am very happy with the results.

My wife and I had to have our backsplash replaced and we were fortunate enough to have Peter Gray at Footprints Floors help us with this project. From beginning to end, he suggested we use Pro Source Wholesale here in Hudson for the materials, gave us a labor quote that we felt was reasonable, got us scheduled and within a couple of days the job was done. We were very pleased with the work that Chris did; he even had to cut the tiles outside while it was raining on the first day and the last day worked nearly 12 straight hours to get the job done. Bottom line, my wife and I highly recommend Footprints Floors.

Incredible experience with Footprint Floors. I got 2 bids before Justin came to see my house. Immediately I felt a sense of trust with him. He got down on the floors and took measurements of everything and went through my options. Footprint floors were absolutely amazing from start to finish!! I had torn out all of the carpeting in my upstairs and had beautiful hardwood underneath but unfortunately there were a lot of stains and scratches. As I was searching for quotes to get my floors done, footprints floors reached out to me and made a quick appointment. Gary, the owner, came out and gave me a bid on the floors. He was so easy to talk to and was very understanding of me being a new homeowner. He was also quick to ease my worries about the big stains. He was one of three people that came and gave me bids but I knew that I was making the right choice by choosing his company! They had an opening the following week and I took it. Gary’s workers did an absolutely incredible job. And they got it done in only two days!! His team was respectful, hardworking, fast working, and incredibly talented. I had the biggest smile on my face walking through the finished living room and bedrooms. The big stains and scratches were completely gone and the floors were stunning!
