Recently we had carpet installed in our master bedroom by your company. Our sales representative was Theresa who gave us wonderful service in showing us all the sample types and many shades of tan/beige we needed to see in order to match our carpet to other rooms with carpet. She was very patient with us. It was during the rainy days and she was hurrying in and out of the rain to bring in sample books from her car. The carpet was installed on the day and time we agreed upon with Footprints. Three installers came in and were very professional and had the carpet installed and stretched in an hour. We are very pleased with our new carpet. Footprints took good care of us. We recommend them to future customers.

General adjectives to describe this whole team from the Footprints Floors owner and his family members to the Project Manager to each and every sub-contractor: enthusiastic, kind, thorough, expert, dedicated, on time, smart, like family, trustworthy, reliable.
The project involved remodeling the primary bathroom and replacing the upstairs carpeting with hardwood flooring. The house is 25 years old and needed updates (after raising kids and animals.)
Our experience began with Ty Cowley, who answered the phone, came out to see us at least twice (once to offer the first estimate; again, to update the estimate as needed.)
Then came Justin Cowley, Ty's Dad, who made sure Footprints had a good understanding of the project and a reliable estimate before beginning.
Hailey Campbell was our Project Manager who came to our home OFTEN, from before the project began to current day (as it's almost done.) Let me tell you, she's GREAT! She kept sub-contractors scheduled and doing what they needed to do daily.
Joe and Jace, a father and son plumbing team, took great care of us, making sure our plumbing updates were soundly installed. Really nice guys. Their drywall team took care of finishing touches beautifully.
Dex Cowley (yes, of the Cowley family) did the lion's share of the electrical. Another fantastic human being. He didn't cut corners and even found a loose wire in our attic we had no idea about and took care of it for us. We met his wife, as well, who helped out. All in the talented family!
Jason Jens, who tiled the bathroom, did such a beautiful job it looks like artwork. He is gifted and expert in his craft. Great guy, too!
Santiago, Sr. and Santiago, Jr. of SG Hardwood Floors LLC did a spectacular job installing the hardwood flooring. I met Kathy, one of their family members, who also has a hand in the family business. The two Santiagos are expert craftsmen. They even fixed all of the floor creaks we've been living with for 25 years.. SUCH a nice family!

We had two areas where our 3-year-old laminate flooring was separating and one was creating a tripping hazard. Aaron came out twice to help with a direction, as the pattern had been discontinued. We agreed on method, price and schedule and within 48 hours Santos appeared on time, had the tools he needed, diagnosed and repaired both problems and did so courteously and quickly. For flooring issues these are the only folks I’ll call or recommend!

Peter and Footprints Flooring were great to work with. I love their model- I choose the flooring and they do the install. They recommended places to shop, and worked their schedule around mine. They showed up on time every appointment- from the estimates, to the install completion. They installed LVP throughout the entire home on my vacation home. I was unable to be there. They were completely trustworthy, and amazing with just the code to the garage. They sent progress photos, and kept me updated all along the way. The floor is gorgeous. The seams are flawless, the transitions perfect. The baseboard trim is installed so carefully there is nothing needing a touchup. They left the house spotlessly clean! Peter was quick to respond to texts. The estimate for materials was so carefully calculated there is no extra flooring to return, just 2 boxes to keep should a repair be needed in the future. I would absolutely use Peter and Footprints flooring again. Highly recommend!

If I could give Footprint Floors a 100 star rating I would! Mike and his team were amazing to work with! Our floors were 8.5 years old and with 5 dogs in the house at any given time, our hardwoods were a bit worn. The restoration process was easy and not messy at all! At the end of the project I only had a very thin layer of dust, which you couldn't see until you wiped it up. I love the color of my floors and the quality of the work! First of all we bought our flooring from Floor and Decor and Josh handled all of the ordering and shipment info. They gave us a 5% discount from Floor and Decor too. The workers were on time and very efficient. They did our whole house in 5 days and it turned out beautiful. There were a few minor issues but Josh sent his workers out again and had it finished in no time. Also, Josh was always in communication with us. He kept us informed, took pictures during the process and I can’t say enough good things about Footprints flooring. I highly recommend Footprints flooring. Note: We sourced the flooring material from another contractor as they had exactly what we wanted before contacting Footprints for the installation. Charles, from Footprints, performed the work, which included removal of the existing LVT flooring along with the quarter-round, prepping the bare concrete flooring, installing the wood flooring with adhesive, installing new quarter round and cleaning up in a very long 12 hour day. Charles was very professional and knowledgeable about the flooring installation.
We would hire Footprints again if we ever have another flooring upgrade to do.

I recently had new floors installed by Footprints Floors Miami / Broward, and the experience was outstanding. We are always extremely thorough when selecting companies to work in our home, and they were the clear leaders throughout our selection process.
Mick, the owner, personally came out to provide the estimate. From the start, he made us feel completely comfortable patiently answering all our questions, presenting multiple options, and clearly explaining the pros and cons of each material and approach. We never felt pressured, and he was always available whenever questions came up.
The job itself was completed flawlessly. They met every expectation in terms of quality, timeline, and budget. Our city is known for being especially “picky” with permit paperwork, and Footprints Floors handled the entire process seamlessly.
