Recently we had carpet installed in our master bedroom by your company. Our sales representative was Theresa who gave us wonderful service in showing us all the sample types and many shades of tan/beige we needed to see in order to match our carpet to other rooms with carpet. She was very patient with us. It was during the rainy days and she was hurrying in and out of the rain to bring in sample books from her car. The carpet was installed on the day and time we agreed upon with Footprints. Three installers came in and were very professional and had the carpet installed and stretched in an hour. We are very pleased with our new carpet. Footprints took good care of us. We recommend them to future customers.

Not only was their pricing very competitive, but the entire process was astonishingly fast. From the first estimate to the final project completion, they managed to get our floors done in less than two weeks. In fact, they were completely finished before another local flooring company had even gotten back to me with their estimate!
The customer service was excellent. Aaron was super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. And when it came to the work itself, Orlando and his team were incredibly professional and did a truly beautiful job—our old floors genuinely look brand new.

We recently had two stairways done by Footprints Floors Denver and had a great experience. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and provided guidance throughout the entire project. We had one staircase refinished which required meticulous hand sanding by the crew. We also had new treads and risers put in another stairway, along with tile on the landing. I chose Darius and his company to do a flooring and stair project in my sunroom that was complicated and needed expertise - it was clear from the get go that Darius knew what he was doing and had the experience to handle a unique project that another company didn’t fully think through (ex: another company’s quote did not consider parts of the project that needed to be done such as concrete smashing under steps). Footprint Floors did an excellent job tiling 3 rooms for us ( 2 bathrooms and the laundry room.) The estimate they provided was the best price of all who responded and it was also the most thorough. So best of both worlds! We are very happy with their overall process and especially impressed with the hard work and special care provided by Sabino, who did virtually all the work from removing existing linoleum, to rebuilding flooring, cutting and laying tiles, and cleanup. 5 stars and highly recommend Sabino and Footprint Floors!! One other thing that impressed us: Our tile selections were all Marble Mosaics. Some who bid on the job said they would not work with our tile because it was too difficult to cut and install. Footprint Floors did not shy away and Sabino did an outstanding and professional job.

We had a really difficult project involving an old original barn floor. Sean did a lot of research and came up with an incredible (and historic) solution, and talked us out of flooring over it. The end result is gorgeous and really preserved the original character beautifully.
We engaged him again right away to replace another floor with some locally-milled wide pine. It was an unusual material and an odd space, but again, the end result was amazing and we love it. I’m sure Sean and his team could handle any standard flooring or refinishing project without breaking a sweat, but if you have something unusual or historic to deal with, call Footprints right away.

We had our living room and hall floors refinished and new hardwood installed by Footprints Floors. Our original floors were in horrible condition-stains everywhere. These guys were able to make them look brand new. We feel like we’re living in a new house! The communication on the part of Clint(owner) and Brian(project coordinator) was excellent. They were prompt in returning texts and calls and upfront about all costs. They even hooked us up with a hardwood flooring supplier who was also very good to work with. Their hardworking team descended on our house Wednesday morning-on time, and by Saturday afternoon the work was finished. I really can’t say enough about this company and highly recommend them. So hard to find contractors that take pride in their work and in the way they treat their customers. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Dariusz is extremely efficient and professional. I had vynal flooring installed in my kitchen. The process was extremely easy from my end. Dariusz texted me a photo of floor samples and I texted him my choice.
Darius and Jose arrived on time and completed the job earlier than expected. The work quality is excellent and they left the work area neat and tidy and all in working order.
The new floor is very handsome with tight, clean joints and very tidy corner round where needed. It looks great.

I am renovating a small, 4-room 1930’s cottage with original narrow maple floors downstairs and original pine floors upstairs. The downstairs floors were very worn; the pine floors upstairs had many coats of paint, and one of them had a very ratty carpet over the painted floor.
Ralph came promptly to give me an estimate and some very good advice. The job was scheduled rapidly and the team did a beautiful job of refinishing all four rooms plus the oak staircase.
My little cottage has been transformed, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job.

Last week we had our hickory floors refinished by Footprints Floors, Castle Rock. Dan the owner, was professional, fairly priced, and took the time to answer all of the questions we had. His crew, Genaro and Marvin were also professional, responsive and highly skilled. They taped and hung plastic as needed. The sawdust was kept to a minimum and when they left the area was clean. Our hickory floors had some water stains and had yellowed over time. Triple levels of sanding and triple coats of sealing turned our floors into a masterpiece. I highly recommend this company!

I had an amazing experience with Footprints Floors of Fairfax. David came for my estimate. He spent 2 hours explaining in detail what needed to happen, how it could happen, and why we could trust FFF for the work. He offered multiple solutions, explaining the costs and reasoning for each potential approach.
Of course, things were worse once we opened the space and he was quick to reach out, discussing the problems encountered. His crew was able to adapt and managed to take out the cabinets without messing any of them up or the quartz counter top! They kept the area covered, minimizing dust from reaching other parts of the house.
The final result was amazing. We elected to only replace the affect portion of the floor but one can barely tell that half the floor is 3 years old vs a few months. I highly recommend this company.
