From the first encounter with Gene, i knew he was a great guy with great intentions. Not the contractor or person looking to screw you over but someone who legitimately wants to do great work. We were SO IMPRESSED with how easy this company was to work with! Joseph goes above and beyond and CARES about their quality and your experience! He is honest and is kind! In my experience that is hard to come by these days. We started just using them for the tile and then because they were so trustworthy, easy to work with and fast we decided to use them over other companies for carpet and LVP flooring and then had them come back to do our baseboards because the other company we had planned to do our baseboards WERE NOT easy to work with. This company just steps right up to do the job and wants to work with your schedule. They sure earned our business!! When doing our tile I wasn’t prepared for the questions of how I wanted it laid (naively I didn’t know there were options lol) and instead of being frustrated in impatient with me they took the time to lay out tiles so I could picture it easier and patiently waited as I asked for opinions from family members. It was SUCH a stress relief working with them compared to other companies where I felt rushed— it’s so hard for me to make all of these decisions and they made it a lot easier. They made it enjoyable! They were extremely helpful!! I would HIGHLY recommend them. 👏🏼👏🏼

I had a difficult flooring project that I put off for years trying to find someone who could tackle such a complicated job. I saw an ad for Footprints Floors and read all the great reviews and decided to give them a call. Joseph came right out to give me a bid—He is personable and organized, and remained attentive and communicative throughout the process. They were able to transform my uneven, peeling basement kitchen floor to beautiful LVP flooring. (See before and after photos) Everyone was very pleasant and kind to work with and they completed the project quickly with a great result.

Matt is very responsive and went above and beyond to get me an estimate of floor damages before closing.

I am a picky DIY'er and in most cases, when I hire someone to come in and do things like cabinets, flooring, countertops, etc., I am not totally, completely, satisfied. However, I have to say that Footprints Floors knocked it out of the park with replacing the flooring in my whole condo with a new Luxury Vinyl Flooring product that we got from Floor and Decor. We just love the new floor, and the workers at our place were very pleasant and diligent about making it perfect. I would recommend Footprints Floors to EVERYONE who lives in this area and needs floor work. We are very pleased!!

Remodeled staircase - Very pleased with timeliness & professionalism, not to mention quality of the work.

We were looking for a company to redo our wood floors. After getting a couple estimates, what made us go Footprints, was Kevin. He took the time to come and explain the process and made us feel very confident that we made the right choice. We could have used a cheaper option, but working with Footprints felt right. When we gave Footprints the go ahead, the service from the entire time was excellent. Workers showed up on time and worked non stop for 2 days until everything was done. They also do not make a mess. Lastly, being able to talk to the owner goes a long way. Keep up the good work Kevin and the Footprints team.

Footprint Floors did a phenomenal job on my original 1930’s house hardwood floors. I was at first hesitate to move forward with the patchwork, repair and finish of the floors, but am so glad I did. We had a great experience with the team! They were fair and did excellent work! We love our tile floor and will reach out to them again when we are ready to refinish our wood floors.

Kyle and crew were so great to work with. We had our master bedroom red oak wood floors refinished to a more natural/white finish and they did phenomenal job. Allowed us to see a few different sample areas and were patient while we chose. Will definitely be using Footprints again when we're ready to do the whole house.

Before speaking to Kyle at Footprints I thought it was important for me to speak directly with a subcontractor who would personally be performing the floor installation themselves. In doing so it wasn’t clear that these other contractors really heard or would ultimately act on what I was saying, or whether they really cared, often hearing the common refrain “no problem.” Kyle was very effective at listening to and addressing my concerns throughout the entire process and then successfully passing the information and my concerns on to Rudy and Riamundo who followed through on those details during the installation. Effective communication, listening, understanding and follow through are paramount qualities, abilities and skills to possess and employ in order to translate the many details of the job into a quality, thorough execution of the installation. These qualities are not always easily found. I was out of town for much of the process and had to handle details remotely, by phone and text, making these qualities all the more important to my circumstance. Kyle and Footprints was extremely responsive to my phone calls, texts, concerns and needs and they made themselves available in a very validating, accommodating and prompt manner, directly addressing my concerns with excellent listening, communication and follow through skills that turned my vision into a fabulous result. Kyle will answer all of your questions; respond promptly, clearly, honestly, and concisely. He listens and follows through on the detailed execution. He will allow you to be as involved in the process as much as you care to be or take on matters independently. He stands behind his work and will not disappear. At least that was my positive experience. There exists the art and skill and craftsmanship of a Quality Installation as much as there exists the art and skill and relationship skills of Quality Customer Service. Kyle Battles and Footprints possess both. Many Thumbs Up !!!

Just a great experience! Steve and his crew are awesome! I would recommend using them for any flooring need. We needed a floor laid after purchasing the laminate. They were professional and very helpful. Their pricing was also very competitive and better than other quotes that we received.

I had Footprints Flooring do our living room area and I couldn’t be happier. We had some damage done to our carpet from our pups and Matt came by to take measurements and set up a time for the new flooring to be put in. He was super friendly and helpful. Footprints Floors did a very good job installing hardwood tiles in our family room, including staining & installing "transition molds". They worked with our availability, by a July 4 vacation date.

JR came and assessed the scratches on my laminate flooring. I was thinking that the boards would have to be replaced. He said let me try to fill the scratches first, and if that works you won’t have to replace the boards. I said why not it would be less expensive to do that and if it didn’t work then I could do the board replacement. JR did such a great job filling them that I decided if necessary at a later time I would have him replace the boards. He is very straightforward and professional when he gives you the options on your project.

Very hard working crew, made sure we understood everything they had to do, and what we should not do right away. The floors look brand new. The supervisor James inspected it and had the crew do some touch ups, quite the perfectionist! We are very happy with the work and highly recommend Footprints floors. This is the second time we have used them.
