Tenants left an apartment with horrible black cat urine stains and stench. Kyle and his crew were able to sand out stains and use a stain for fabulous even toned oak flooring that looks brand new. Left them the keys and they did their thing. Any questions or concerns I had were answered within minutes. Very easy to contact. Would definitely recommend.

We worked with Footprints Floors Metro Detroit to install our kitchen's butcherblock countertops. Billy came out to do our initial evaluation and project estimates. He was incredibly professional and knowledgable, and willing to answer all of our questions. From the time of Billy's initial visit, it took less than a week to have the team come out to our home, remove the old countertops, and install our beautiful new butcherblock countertops! Carson and his team did an awesome job installing a tile backsplash in our kitchen. The whole process from requesting a quote to completion of work was only a couple of weeks. Install went off without a hitch. Crew cleaned everything up at the end of the day. We couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. Would absolutely work with Carson again for any future tiling projects.

I had such an incredible experience with Footprints Floors. I scheduled work with them on a Saturday, and they started work the following Monday. They finished so quickly, and everything looks amazing! They leveled our kitchen floors, then installed LVP. They also refinished our hardwood floors, and they look incredible! Justin was so accommodating and worked to get everything done as quickly as possible. I’ve never seen such quality work done so quickly! 10/10 recommend!

We recently hired Footprint Floors to do our hallway. It took us a year before we located the right wood flooring. However, Jesse kept in touch and scheduled the work, within our time frame. Travis Bailey was the technical person on the project and jointly with his contractor Luis, did a professional job, that we couldn't be more proud of. Kudos to the team!

Was so awesome to work with Footprints! Our shower looks amazing and their attention to detail was fantastic. They are super responsive and wanted to make sure I was 100% happy. We needed to have a bath and a half titled. Footprints did a great job! They were fast and the work was excellent! I would highly recommend them.

The estimate was very detailed and since I needed old carpet pulled up and we had no idea what was underneath, I appreciated knowing the options/ possibilities. The work was done quickly and looks amazing. The only downside was having to move all the furniture out, so they could do the work ;) Would highly recommend and will use them in the future

Colton did a lovely refinish of my 90’s oak hardwood floor. He has an eye for detail and did very meticulous work. Excellent correspondence during every step of the process. I’m 100% happy with Footprints Floor!

Fair price for fair work. I hired floorprints to take out carpet and replace it with a wood laminate floor that we purchased. It was one bedroom and a basement foyer, less than 250 sqft of space. I was told this would take one day, it took 2 plus 1.5 hours of a third. This would he a serious issue if i was not off for the summer (I am a teacher). I was not given a call to explain the delays or apology for the inconvenience from management or lead. The install guys were polite but one was on his phone a lot and seemed to contribute to the length of the job. As for quality of work- it was good there were a couple issues noted after the second day and they were fixed by the time the job was finally complete. Payment was easy. I would recommend but maybe ask for a thorough quote before starting. An improvement in quote time and professionalism would make it a 5/5.

We absolutely love our refinished hardwood floors! Dan did an excellent job with answering all our questions before the project was started. Any time I contacted him, he always returned my calls and answered my texts right away. Jonathan, our project manager, always texted us to provide updates as the work progressed. Leo and his crew worked hard to complete the process in a timely manner. We also had Footprints Floors install porcelain tile in our laundry room and an upstairs bathroom. Juan did an excellent job and is a true professional! We are so pleased with how the tile floors look in both rooms! We would definitely use Footprints Floors for any future work. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and so helpful with everything we asked them to do!

Footprints Floors did an awesome job refinishing my floors. They took the time to make sure the floors matched previous color and were very careful moving the furniture. They even came back to redo a spot where my dog left paw prints! Miguel and his crew worked hard and efficiently. They were very polite and cleaned up when finished. Saul was very communicative which made the process easy. I would very definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Kevin and his team did an amazing job restoring our 30 year old white oak floors. They were able to color match the resurfaced floors and seamlessly fix an area of the kitchen that had a long gap. Even our fur kids love our fresh floors!

Gary did a thorough job of explaining the job and addressing concerns I had about unforeseen problems that might arise which may increase the end bill. Joel,the installer did a fantastic job and was able to troubleshoot an issue with a transition piece and also pulled the toilet but didn't charge me extra as initial bid quote was if toilet didn't have to be pulled.i would highly recommend footprints floors to anyone who needs flooring work done.

Jonathan, Juan, and the Footprints crew did an outstanding job of replacing the tile on our front entryway. My father, who had a long career biding construction jobs, had estimated what the job would cost. We were pleasantly surprised when the bid came in several hundred dollars lower than our expected cost. Several of our neighbors have already been over and told us how great the new tile looks!

Just got my father’s bathroom floor redone and I couldn’t be happier. They were so helpful with all of my questions, from the estimate all the way to the end (and there was zero pressure in the sale, which I really appreciated.) Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and they had really good price points. The tile job itself is immaculate, the way it’s cut so perfectly around the toilet and pipes, those guys did 10/10 work. And the place was left spotless! Will definitely use again.

I had a good experience working with Jordan as the project manager at Footprint Floors. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Jordan was always super responsive and always found solutions whenever there was an issue. He's a great project manager and treated my home and experience as if it was his own.

Carson and his team did a beautiful job refinishing our hardwood floors! We have a tricky open stairway they needed to deal with, and they were very patient with me after deciding we needed to change the stain color which added some time. They also removed and replaced our banged up base shoe; it looks like new. We couldn’t be more pleased - thanks to Nelson and crew!

I contracted with Tim at Footprints to resurface our red oak wood floors. The prep and process was easy as he guided us on what to do and what to expect. We thought there would be a lot of dust and at the end there wasn’t! His crew cleaned every day and were super nice. They had to move all our furniture out and back from the garage and damage nothing! The results exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier! I recommend Tim and his team anyone! Stan

Had two bathroom floors tiled by Footprints Floors. Ron had Ben on the job. He demo’ed the existing floor, made repairs as needed, and completed the job in 3 days. Quality of workmanship was excellent.

I needed hardwood floors installed in a 325 sq ft room, and I also needed vinyl floors installed in a connecting 320 sq ft room. Alissa Ruiz was my point person, and she was very knowledgeable, gave a very good price, and stayed with the project to the end. Also, the workers were great...very hardworking, professional, and wrapped up the job in 2 or 3 days. Couldn't recommend Footprints more.

Both the tile team and hardwood refinishing team were respectful and professional. He checked on the work as it progressed in person to ensure it met the Footprint’s high quality standards. I will call this company again when and if needed, and highly recommend them to everyone.

Very professional and kind technician

It can be difficult to find experienced tile professionals who will take in smaller jobs like our powder room project. Or the larger service companies may require you purchase your tiles from their inventory. Footprints carefully removed existing shoe molding trim for reuse, removed the knarly old oak floor, replaced damaged subfloor area, and then did a great job installing the tiles and grout as we desired.

I've been in construction for over 20+ yrs. These guys did a fantastic job. They removed our furniture, installed new hardwood where we had tile, refinished our floors and moved furniture back in place. Saul kept in contact with pics, texts and calls during the entire process and answered all our questions during and after completion. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again.

Purchased this home and it already had new floors upstairs. We bought the same floors through Lowes bc they did the original install. Lowes person came out to measure and told me the old floors needed to be torn out. When I asked questions about the product I was told he was just there to measure and we would be sent a quote. Footprints came out and gave us a quote which was great but more importantly read about the flooring product, called the manufacturer and told us it could be done without ripped out old tile bc it was in good shape. Day one was spent grinding down some high spots and doing some leveling. Day two the flooring was installed. Day three was trim work and clean up. We are thrilled with new floors. Call footprints bc you get a great price and their expertise.
