Footprints Floors did a really nice job. Three guys came. They very carefully moved and returned the furniture in each room. They prepped and leveled the floors and spread two kinds of underlay below the vinyl throughout DR, LR, hallways and closets. The vinyl installation actually took less time than the prep. They also had to remove and replace all the baseboards. The result is a fresh, light, well set floor. These guys also cleaned up after themselves in a neat and tidy manner. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the job done by this firm and would definitely recommend them.

Footprints refinished a 70+ year old floor in one of our federal housing units. It was absolutely destroyed from glued carpet and years of neglect. It turned out amazing. I hired Footprints Floors to do some cleaning and refurbishing work on some old LVP floors at my church. They had received some additional damage from an event and needed some work done quickly before the next Sunday. I got in touch with Brett on Wednesday and by Friday he'd found a way to work us into his schedule and complete the job before the weekend. The whole time, Brett communicated clearly, quickly, and was up front about what I could reasonably expect in terms of the finished product. At the end, it actually looked even better than I'd anticipated. Definitely would recommend and will keep on the record if we need floor work done in the future.

Gene and his guys killed it, they were able to get the floor of this old house leveled and flooring laid within 2 days. Very happy with the results and we’re loving our new floor. His guys were all friendly and very good at what they do , I would definitely recommend.

So happy with Footprints Floors' work! Aaron and his crew are very professional, great communicators, and did a wonderful job restoring the oak hardwood floor in my 100-yr-old Fort Collins home. I especially appreciated their attention to detail. They hand sanded corners and hard to reach areas and replaced cracked floor boards. My house looks completely refreshed! When they were done, they cleaned up so thoroughly that I barely had to wipe down any surfaces. Would highly recommend :)

One of the best companies that I have ever the pleasure of hiring. Tim (the owner) does the estimate and was at my home on the first day of installation and upon completion. His crew of four were professional, courteous, mindfull, cleanly and finished installing 2,000 square feet of LVP in two days. This includes removing and replacing of molding, moving furniture and adding subflooring where necessary. And the pricing is by far the best by almost 50% as compared to similar companies. Skip the rest and go straight to Footprints Floors, they are absoluetly the best!

Amanda & Shawna are constant professionals. They renovated my staircase and did an excellent job. They came to measure and inform me how long the project would take. They inform me the names of their crew members that would be coming by and what time they would be coming to start the project. The day before the project they sent me an email about what to expect from the start to the finish of the project. They took care of my punch list immediately while they were on vacation in another country. Now, that's customer service to the 10th power. We had refinishing + hardwood floor installation done and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of work they provided. Outstanding experience. We had a fairly small job to replace some damaged wood floor and sand and re-stain the area. Marvelous work

The floors were installed and they looked absolutely stunning. Footprints did all the trim work, so it was nice to have everything completed at once and also done perfectly with both the top and bottom of the trim caulked. Last minute during the cabinet install we had a hole in the floor where we thought cabinets were supposed to go. Footprints came out the next day and did a repair for us on Saturday/Sunday to meet the cabinet install on Monday. All around a great experience. Ivan was our hands on installer and his work and his team was top notch. Thanks to Jordan and Marcus for their management support to meet schedule!

Footprints did a great job. We had an issue with the floor boards that they replaced and it took a little while to resolve, but once I was able to talk to the right people (there seemed to have been some turnover) they were able to fix the issue. Saul was great with communication and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the project was done correctly and even found a better color match for the floor. So, eventhough there was some frustration at first, they made it right and it looks better than it did the first time.

HIGHLY recommend Footprints Floors—Gene and his team went above and beyond for our large flooring project and the results are stunning. My husband and I purchased a home and wanted to remove nearly 2,200+ sqft of old carpet, engineered hardwood, and tile flooring and replace it with new LVP prior to us moving in. We coordinated everything while we still lived in California and Gene and his team were so generous to receive our materials, store them in the home, and complete the project within the timeframe we needed. We received a fair invoice, daily pictures of the project, and daily updates to the progress which was so comforting. I was so impressed with the results—even difficult spots like our bullnose corners, oddly angled kitchen, and small closets received great care. It was such a wonderful feeling to move in to the home knowing such a large project was already complete and it made our move and planned renovations significantly easier. I've used Footprint Floors of East Atlanta for two jobs and have been delighted with the service and the work both times. The first time, I was planning to use Home Depot or Lowe's installers for Luxury Vinyl Plank I purchased, but I read enough reviews that led me to seek out other options. I contacted Kevin at Footprint Floors, and he was responsive. His pricing for installation was competitive with the others for far superior service and follow through. I've also seen other installations of the same flooring I've used in other homes and the work is not nearly as solid as Kevin and his crew. It was so good that I used him on a much bigger second project within a few months. I rarely write reviews, but this experience made it worth it!

My client was super happy and the project turned out beautifully. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Brandon did a great job refinishing our 25 year old oak floor. It looks fabulous and will be a big plus when we sell our house in a few months. There was no dust and they did a great cleanup, finishing the job sooner than expected.
