The crew at Footprints Floors Carmel just finished installing new flooring on our entire first floor and were able to complete the job faster than initially expected and on budget! They left our home clear of any construction debris. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process from start to finish and with the transparent and clear work estimate and good communication throughout the job. Will be recommending to anyone looking to install flooring or tile and look forward to using them in the future to update our kitchen backsplash.

I needed new tile flooring and tile wall repair following a leak behind the tile wall. Footprints was selected because they responded first to my inquiry. A meeting was scheduled for an estimate. The estimator was on time and thorough. I had a written estimate in a few hours. The price was very reasonable. The work was scheduled on a time frame convenient to me. The workman was prompt, professional, and personable. The job took two days to allow for drying. When the work was completed, the job was cleaned and ready to go. They were able to get started on my bathroom floor a week after signing the contract and completed the work in a day and a half. Joel did an excellent job of laying the tile and David does a great job of keeping me informed.

Amazing results! Todd, Marcus, and Juan turned my worn down floors into a thing of beauty. They were even able to replace some individual boards that were severely damaged beyond repair and you can’t even tell which boards are new!

Had an oak floor that was scratched, dented and looking pretty sad. Footprints had some good reviews so decided to give them a try. So glad I did 👍 Bid was fair and they were able to work us in. Brandon is one of a diminishing breed that takes pride in his work. Did a fantastic job! They were fantastic about communicating throughout the process and were quick to respond to questions. Hope to not need to do this again soon but would certainly recommend them

Mark came out same day to evaluate the work area. He explained everything that needed to be done and answered all my questions. The price was the best around town. He then booked me for two days after our conversation. Pedro and Angel came on time and I was quoted 830am-4pm and they were done at 1130am. Their work was professional and super quick. They even saved me 4 boxes of material so I can get some money back. They cleaned up their work and were awesome. I would recommend Footprints 10/10 times.

After intensely searching for someone who could assist me with my current bathroom remodel, I was directed to Keith Warren of “Footprints Floors” and ladies and gentlemen…WHAT IS IN A NAME? Keith and his team of expert installers Blake and Hope “carried me” across the finish line of my project. During our initial consultation Keith asked me what did I want my bathroom to look like? vs telling me this is what your bathroom will look like. I was in total control of “my design” vs having only a few designs to choose from (cookie cutter). Keith and his team took my vision and brought it to life. Unfortunately, I initially chose another company that offered me a cheaper refinish proposal and they ended up destroying my apartment. I would give more if I was able. This company does what it says, and says what it does. Ben was great at communication, he told us a price upfront and it never changed, even though he had to purchase some extra thin-set. His guys were on time every day and where very respectful, clean, efficient and put quality into to there work. We were very impressed with all aspects and will definitely be using them again. If you have any flooring, tile, backsplash’s or just about anything they seemed to be very well rounded in all aspects of residential construction give them a call.

I used Footprint Floors to install laminate on my first floor and had them downstairs caps on the steps leading upstairs. I had them come back over 3 years later and put same laminate in my 2nd floor rooms. I was worried about how they were going to work with my large heavy furniture in the two rooms but they made it work without having to disassemble my beds! I valued their work so much from my first install that I didn’t even consider or call another company for my 2nd install. I have confidently referred several of my friends to them without worry. Both jobs were fast, efficient and clean and I was thrilled with the final product. They give very thorough quotes which meant a lot to me . Would highly recommend.

I’m an interior designer in RI, CT and MA. I can not tell you how much I respect Oliver and his team. In my field things, change constantly and as such additional “needs” become important to stay on track. Oliver’s team came in to strip and refinish all the floors and was fantastic with whatever new obstacles presented itself: A hearth in a 100 year old home needed to be removed, replaced with 100 year old “fur” to match the remaining floor - His team did not hesitate; under a carpet in a closet on the third floor - flooring was removed,replace by new wood and recovered with the carpeting and the 100 year old matching fur was then placed in the dining room, blending seamlessly. Again on the same job - the kitchen island was moved an additional 4 ft from original layout, and once again Footprints matched the space seemlessly! Last 2 photos show the old red finish on the floors throughout, the hearth that was removed and the closet they were able to take wood from to match the dining room. Such fantastic work.

Justin and his team did a wonderful job on our floor. Refinishing a 50 year old floor that had been covered in carpet for 40 years was not an easy job and they made it look beautiful. We are especially grateful for the care the installer took to make a small transition piece for the area between two of the rooms. They were prompt, kind and answered all the questions we had.

We selected Footprints based on the published reviews. We were not disappointed. Chuck Williams, the businesses owner, was very responsive and very knowledgeable. He made the necessary trips to inspect the project space and advise us on the proper layout of our hardwood floor given the peculiarities of our home's subfloor construction. As an engineer, I found I could trust his judgment and experience. He was also accommodating of our schedule - we did two rooms but couldn't do them at the same time. Unlike other contractors he did not charge a premium for sending his crew out a second time. The proposal and quote were very detailed with everything spelled out, no surprises. The installer did an excellent job and was very professional, cleaned up everything very well. A real plus for us was the inclusion in the quote of pick up and delivery of the flooring from the supplier. They removed all of the existing carpeting, padding, etc, eliminated all the squeaks, and thoroughly dealt with the cat urine/odor that had permeated part of one room. Was it perfect? Almost. We found (only) one spot where a wall was dinged during installation. They do not promise that there will be no such occurrences, but since we were planning to paint the walls after the installation, we did not mention this one small hiccup. We will use Footprints Floors again without hesitation. Chuck was a pleasure to work with.

Becca and her team did an awesome job on my remodel. We took out the carpet and extended the wood floors into the living room and hallway. The wood looks great, and you can’t even tell it was only in one room! I was nervous about picking a color and they made that easy as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when looking for a flooring company!

Joseph's Footprints Floors team did an awesome job putting in the heated flooring tiles in our master bathroom. We chose the old beige tiles to be taken out and the new gray tiles to be put in. I hired Tim and his team to replace all of my laminate flooring due to a leak. From beginning to end, Tim exhibited excellent customer service. He knew I would be working with my insurance and ensured I had the appropriate documentation to send back to them. He also was quick to set up an estimate and turned around with the quote pretty quickly! The work took a bit longer than he initially estimated, but again, he and his team did great. They took about two days to complete all the work (replacing about 700sqft of laminate flooring with LVP and refacing my tiled fireplace with limestone). He paid very close attention to detail asking me my preference on things as small as grout color and spacing. He also made it very clear which items I would need to ask for/order from the supplier in order for them to complete the work. Even afterward, I had Tim come back for a few QA checks as I got settled into my space again and he made sure to tie up any loose ends and ensure our floors and fireplace were pristine and upheld to his standard of work. I am super appreciative of Tim and though I hope to not have to replace any more flooring in the future, he will definitely be the first on my list to call if I do! Thanks, Tim and team!

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Footprints Floors installation of LVP flooring for the entire upstairs and steps. They were very professional and informative, in preparation for the process and choosing quality flooring that we love. Installation was very painless for us because they prepped our floors and installed them with meticulous care AND cleaned up areas and always made sure we had a bed to sleep in so our house didn't feel like a disaster as they were installing. He was extremely professional and even offered me great tips and strategies to cheaply and easily complete the repair myself at no cost. I have never met such an honest business owner who did not try to pressure a purchase, but rather told me easier and cheaper options to for me to use. Such an honorable business.
