Wow! I can’t believe this kind of customer service still exists today! Not only was Oliver attentive and intuitive to what I was looking for in my flooring needs, but the entire team checked with me to make sure I liked the install along the way! I have a house from 1860, so squaring corners and making things look good can be hard, but they did it! I’m SO happy I didn’t try this myself! The price is also VERY fair! Hired Brandon and his guys because he communicated, showed up on time, and told was thorough about all the positives (and most importantly, the negatives), about what the project would entail. There wasn’t any grey area and he did exactly what he said he would. I’m not going anywhere else to find a floor guy in the future, and I don’t think you should either.
