I worked with them from the beginning. RI met the Manager as I was going into McDonald's for coffee and he was sitting in a Footprints truck. I knocked on window asked for his name and a few other questions. James was very polite and pleasant and he gave me his card, I called as soon as I got home and I set up the free estimate for getting my Hickory floors refinished. Grant the estimator came out within a few days, measured everything and sent me a proposal which was reasonable. He gave me a few things the other companies did not: a military discount, told me his guys would move the furniture and they would put plastic sheathing to contain the dust. I decided to hire them. I opted to leave the house for 4 days and I kenneled my 2 dogs. When I got back the floors were done and looked beautiful and there was no smell. There rep came out and walked through everything as a follow up and said to contact them if any questions came up. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again. Now all have to do is see how their work holds up.

We had our 2nd floor and stairs done in LVP to match the first floor. Todd was very helpful getting us in soonest and guiding us through the process. Scott (the project manager) did an outstanding job keeping us informed of how the project was going and even responded to follow up questions after it was completed. They finished a day early and were under budget compared to other companies! Our floors came out perfect! I would definitely recommend these guys!

Footprints Floors were absolutely amazing to work with. They are class act from sales to delivery. Specifically, I really appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain every step of the process and stay in contact throughout. They set dates and stay true to their schedule. They showed up on time every time. Their workmanship is next level, magazine ready. They pay attention to the details. They go the extra mile without having to be asked. The two photos below are only a sample. I would recommend them to anyone.
