Lee Becker: Owner of Footprints Floors Southern CT
After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Lee spent 14 years in the alcohol beverage industry, focusing on sales and marketing. While he thrived in this field, Lee sought a career that would allow him to make a more meaningful impact on people’s lives and his community.
In January 2022, Lee followed this passion by opening a Footprints Floors location. Leveraging his experience in business management, sales, marketing, and customer service, he quickly established Footprints Floors as a trusted name in Southern Connecticut and expanded operations into northern Westchester County, NY.
A Leader Who Inspires Excellence
Lee Becker is a successful business owner, leader, and mentor within the Footprints Floors family. His expertise and guidance have strengthened our team and created a thriving community built on collaboration, teamwork, and excellence.
With multiple NWFA certifications, including Sales Advisor and Installation Professional, Lee Becker’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship shines through in every project. In just two years as a franchise owner, he has made a remarkable impact on Footprints Floors, driving success and exemplifying our core values.
Oliver Hellested: Owner of Footprints Floors Greater Rhode Island
Before opening his Footprints Floors location, Oliver Hellested spent 10 years in the property management and real estate industry. During that time, he had challenging personal experiences with home improvement contractors and saw an opportunity to build a business focused on clear communication and reliability.
In 2022, he launched Footprints Floors of Greater Rhode Island, taking on sales and project management. Since then, he has grown his business significantly, surpassing revenue goals and exceeding expectations while maintaining a focus on exceptional service and professionalism.
Giving Back to the Rhode Island Community
Oliver is deeply committed to putting customers first, ensuring every interaction reflects his dedication to quality and care. This commitment goes beyond his work and into his community, where he actively seeks opportunities to make a positive impact.
Oliver donates annually to Toys for Tots, helping bring joy to children in need. Recently, he contributed to a local book drive, collecting books to support literacy efforts for underserved children.

Jon Jarvis: Footprints Floors Director of Operations
Jon Jarvis, our Director of Operations, has been key to the nationwide growth and success of Footprints Floors. As the first point of contact for new franchisees, Jon has guided and trained over 100 individuals, ensuring each franchise owner has the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.
One of Jon’s most notable achievements is the development of Footprints University, a comprehensive training program created in collaboration with NWFA and NTCA. This program teaches every new franchisee, giving them hands-on training before launching their business.
Making a Difference Through First Fruits
Jon is the driving force behind First Fruits, the charitable organization of Footprints Floors. Through his leadership, we have coordinated volunteer efforts and established partnerships with impactful organizations like Hope’s Promise and Open Door Ministries. These programs are dedicated to meaningful causes, including adoption, foster care, and addressing poverty in the Denver community.
Jon embodies the values we hold dear at Footprints Floors. His dedication to growth, excellence, and community impact continues to shape our operations and inspires us to learn, innovate, and reach new heights as a team.
