Footprints Floors did an excellent job refinishing our kitchen floor. They estimated 2 days but they worked a little longer and had it completed in one long day and it looks great

From the very beginning he was professional, courteous, and listened to everything we wanted, and all of our concerns. The timing he promised was exactly on the mark. Overall a great experience working with Kyle & his team on the floor repairs in our kitchen area. The team of David & Jose was punctual, thorough, courteous & had all the necessary equipment to complete the job. They showed customer centric attitude & approach. Throughout the process, they updated us on the next steps. The additional work needed was done promptly without hassle. They used quality materials & strived hard to match the existing floor color. Pre & post job interaction with Kyle was professional.

Good job all around. Workforce was motivated and concerned about getting it right rather than just getting it done. We had a hiccup with the shower curb and JR and the team dove in and made it perfect to our satisfaction! Also, we were very comfortable with them in and around our home.

Our wood floors had deep gouges and scratches throughout. We called Tony Peterson at Footprints to refinish them and replace our baseboards. He took time to help us select the exact colors we wanted. They took meticulous care to mask off other areas of our house and made sure the dust was contained. Communication and service was excellent. We had complete trust in leaving our home under his supervision and the job turned out to be spectacular! We are 100% satisfied and recommend their service to anyone else.

Had carpet removed from two rooms and replaced with hardwood floors. Hardwood was weaved into existing hardwood. Tony and his crew were outstanding. The new hardwood blends seamlessly with the old after a total refinishing job. I can highly recommend Footprint Floors.

I didn’t want to paint the oak cabinets if I didn’t have to, so I had Footprints Floors install a backsplash instead—and the difference it made was amazing! Oliver, was extremely helpful. At first, he thought the project was too small and therefore the cost to do it would not be proportionate with the amount of area being refinished. However, he was able to fit in my job when workers were going to be in the area making this job much more reasonable. The job itself was done very well. Would definitely recommend Footprints Floors.

We chose Footprints for our project, converting carpeted stairs to hardwood. David from Footprints was honest and was extremely responsive to questions from the start. This was also true of his installation team led by Ricky who communicated the daily plans, explained their process, and cleaned up at the end of every day. Their team was very skilled and we couldn't be happier with the result.

I have had a excellent experience working with Footprints Floors. Joseph Kane was my first contact and he listened to my description of the work I wanted done and gave me a clear and detailed appraisal. He was always professional and courteous. Steve did the actual tile work and was personable and helpful just like Joseph. The job ran into some unexpected problems due to plumbing and they both helped solve them using resources and contacts they had and some creative ingenuity. It was a pleasure to work with them and I can recommend them without reservation.

They were very professional, they offered 2 options looking to keep it on budget, first one did not work, but the second tier service was everything I wanted, they are very professional , great communication.

This is a very professional company and it all started from the beginning. Drew did an amazing job telling us price points and giving us amazing options. Highly recommend! They came out to my studio space to look at the space in person to give me a quote; and educated me on my flooring options. I went with an LVP for my utility space, which they assisted me with ordering. The showed up on time and knocked out the floor install in half a day. The were amazing to work with!

They did a great job repairing and replacing the tile for a shower very quick and it came out looking professional appreciate the turn around as quick as they were to work on it. The shower looks like it got a brand new facelift. It looks very clean work. They were very nice and polite. I'm a local contractor, and while doing a job for one of our customers we damage a hardwood floor. Footprints came out after my normal guy said there was nothing he could do. They were very fast response, got out the same day, couple hours later the floor was fixed perfectly. My customers are happy and so am I. Thanks Footprints

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We had a repair and we did not have a lot of extra tile. They made it work. We had a floor from 1962, they tore it out and kept the old pink tile we wanted to save intact. I can’t tell you how many times they came by to check on things. And, their craftsmanship is fabulous. I will always get my flooring installed through them.

They showed on time and did a great job took the trash and was very considerate of asking questions about the floor that I had to answer id recommend them to my friends and the price was good

They were clean and aware of my terrible allergies and did some incredible dust mitigation for me, kept me house clean while they did tile removal, sanding and then tile installation. His team was on time, clean, quick and didn’t waste any time on the job. I describe myself as someone with high expectations when it comes to any construction work. I started my flooring project by getting estimates from three highly-rated contractors. Nate from Footprints Flooring stood out immediately — his write-up was the most detailed, and during the walkthrough, I got the strong sense that his team would not only do excellent work but also take care of my home in the process. Nate remained my main point of contact throughout the project. He was always responsive, helpful, and professional. The job itself involved installing new oak flooring in part of the house and matching it to the original 1957 wood flooring in the rest of the home — not an easy task! Slavic, the installer, did a masterful job. The transition is seamless; it now looks like one continuous floor throughout the house. I’m happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend Footprints Flooring for their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and great customer service.

Josh came to our home to assess the status of our floors. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest! These days it's hard to find someone who can provide honest feedback without trying to sell you a million things that you don't need. We could not be happier to have found Josh during a very stressful situation. We will DEFINITELY be calling him for any flooring needs!!

Our floors were in horrible shape; water damage, someone's really bad DIY job with mismatched dark stain and some type of epoxy that was peeling everywhere, gaps in between the wood, wear marks, it looked like livestock had trashed the floors. And then we had Justin come out and take a look and he was confident he could restore them. I thought he could make them look better but I was not prepared for how they turned out. They turned out AMAZING and SO much better than I ever thought possible. Matt was our technician and he made it look so easy but I also found out he had been doing this for 20 years so it was probably easy for him but I'm telling you he had mad skills. When all was done there was virtually no dust at all and the baseboards were never touched, It was like he was never there and the floors magically appeared. Great experience all the way around and I would absolutely recommend and use again.

Footprints Foors in Carmel did an amazing job replacing my carpet with LVP! We had them replace almost 1000 sq ft, so it was a large project. Tom and Kyle were on top of any issues that arise and made sure everything was good. The crew was so nice, very efficient and kept everything clean, even during such a big project. I couldn’t believe that they finished early. They even matched the pattern of my current floor making it look seamless (2nd picture). I’d 100% use them again!
