Chris is originally from Kentucky and retired from the Air Force in 2010. He met his wife, Gloria, while serving at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, Texas, and together, they have 5 kids and 2 grandkids. Upon retirement from the Air Force, Chris completed a Master of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has served as a pastor at churches in Texas & Colorado. With the expanded franchise growth happening within Footprints Floors, Chris transitioned from being a highly successful Project Manager (Sales) within the Denver Territory to serve Franchise Owners as they begin to launch and grow their businesses.

Rachel spent her younger years moving around the country with her parents and brother. She decided to plant her roots in Denver in 2000, and later attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. Following graduation, she worked for a worldwide hotel organization for over 8 years. After gaining exceptional knowledge and experience in sales and operations, Rachel was offered the opportunity to join the team at Footprints Floors. Her husband and three children have supported her growth with Footprints Floors for over 6 years and they look forward to being apart of this team for life.

Rachel believes in doing her best every day, and staying committed to the end. Her desire for growth matches that of Footprints Floors and knows that growth cannot happen without support, teamwork and organization. Footprints Floors is ready to set the standard and she is proud to be there with the Footprints family.

Laura is a native of Colorado and has been married to her high school sweetheart, Ken since February of 1989. He is the pastor of Southside Bible Church in Centennial, CO. She has five grown children, 3 daughters in law, 1 son in law (two of which also work for Footprints Floors) and 3 grandchildren.

She started working for Footprints Floors in January of 2020 as a part-time worker, trained as a CSR, assisting the Denver territory with their call center. She was able to learn the grass roots of this company. In February of 2021, she moved to the role of Executive Assistant to our CEO/Founder, Bryan Park, assisting with varying projects, spreadsheet training, administrative support and planning and executing the Annual Convention. She serves on the Executive Board, supports our Corporate Staff, assists and trains Owners through Google Sheets, Google Drive, the Great Game and National Accounts.

Due to the commitment that Footprints Floors has regarding work/family/life balance, this job provides her the opportunity to work and earn, support a company that holds to her same values, fulfill her commitment to integrity and morality and serve and minister to those around her.

Joel and Kate own the Footprints Floors franchise from Boulder to Brighton and love living near the Northern Foothills. Joel served and wrestled in the Marine Corps and Kate has a background in education and a true passion for continual learning. With his discipline and her desire to connect with people, Joel and Kate make a great team! Together, they have been able to proficiently listen to customers and effectively execute their projects while guaranteeing customer service. Every customer matters to them, regardless of how big or small the project is. They are honored and excited to be a part of the Footprints Floors team. Bryan grew up in south Denver. He attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and served this country after graduation. Like most who serve, Bryan's military experience strengthened his belief in, and commitment to, integrity, duty and leadership.

When Bryan and wife Kelli settled in Littleton, Colorado they started a family...three rambunctious girls and two very big dogs. It was then, Bryan noticed that the flooring industry in Denver was highly inefficient and unscrupulous. It was nearly impossible to find providers who worked with a true sense of honesty and fairness. Changing this was not only an opportunity for Bryan, it was practically a calling.

"Putting the customer first and creating an impeccable reputation in this industry was Job #1," says Bryan, about his goals for his future flooring company in Denver. He named it Footprints Floors, and created a unique company structure that promoted the best in people, products and business practices. It worked! So much so, that Footprints Floors is one of the largest hardwood providers in Colorado and is growing rapidly.

Mark has been in the flooring industry for many years. He brings solid experience and knowledge with him to every project. Having owned and managed his own flooring business in Colorado Springs for more than 12 years, he understands the importance of a job well done and the value of customer satisfaction. He also understands the great city of Colorado Springs as a knowledgeable local.

Mark and his loving wife Wendy are kept busy with their two active boys, Kylin and Korbin. His family is high energy and enjoys sports, the outdoors, and the occasional crazy challenges such as the 12 mile "Tough Mudder" obstacle course race. Mark is an avid hockey player, so when not on the ice or working, he is usually at a rink watching one of his boys in a game!

Mark grew up all over the world in the military, but has called Colorado home for 25 years now. After high school he attended Pikes Peak Community College, and then studied Business Management at the University of Phoenix. Mark built his flooring knowledge working on residential remodels, custom homes, and commercial properties over the past decade.

Mark is proud to be a member of the Footprints Floors team. He values how Footprints Floors does business ethically, fair, and with the goal of providing an excellent service to our valuable customers.

Aaron grew up in upstate New York, with his four siblings. He attended Houghton College in Western, NY where he studied business administration and also met his sweet and lovely wife, Dana. ​Following graduation, Aaron and Dana packed up their Jeep and headed west to Colorado to pursue business opportunities, and to embrace the incredible quality of life that Colorado so generously offers. Shortly after moving to Colorado, Aaron and Dana started their family. Their son, Brek, is 9 years old, and their daughter, Ella, is six years old. Aaron and Dana's third "child" is their handsome hound dog, Charlie, who is 5 years old. Dana works for Footprints Floors in the main office and also helps support Aaron in the day-to-day with operations. When Aaron is not working, he enjoys family time, attending his kids sporting events, downhill skiing, cycling, hiking and traveling.

Aaron met the owner of Footprints Floors, Bryan, at church. The two of them immediately hit it off. Aaron is excited to be a part of the Footprints Floors family and brings years of sales, business management and customer service experience to the valued customers he serves in Northern Colorado. Aaron has over a decade of corporate sales and marketing experience in both the medical and construction industries. He prides himself on excellent customer service, meticulous project management, integrity, transparency and superior workmanship with results. Aaron maintains excellent relationships with his installation technicians, works closely with them and values their partnership to provide the best floors for his customers.

Aaron is high energy and truly loves his job. He considers it an honor to be apart of the Footprints Floors family and he looks forward to delivering beautiful floors to the people of Northern CO for years to come.

Dan owns the Footprints Floors Parker and Castle Rock franchise. Living in Sedalia, with his wife Joyce, Dan enjoys and values the unique beauty of the Parker and Castle Rock landscapes. Dan and Joyce raised their two sons in Sedalia and can't imagine living anywhere else.

While gathering estimates for a hardwood flooring project in his home, Dan met Bryan. His broad and solid business background provided good conversation for the two entrepreneurs. Over the following months, Dan and Bryan agreed that Dan would be a great fit for the Footprints Floors team.

Dan brings an incredible wealth of knowledge to Footprints Floors. He and his son, Conner, are continually refining their father and son partnership to provide the best option for hardwood floors in the Parker and Castle Rock areas. Each customer represents an opportunity to Dan and Conner to provide quality service and a quality product at a fair price. Dan enjoys this daily challenge and is excited about the future of Footprints Floors in beautiful Parker and Castle Rock.

Brandon is the proud owner of Footprints Floors operating in Charlotte, North Carolina. Originating from Pennsylvania, Brandon enjoys working with the beautiful old homes of the area, and the equally fine floors to be found there. Brandon became involved with Footprints following a visit from Bryan, his brother-in-law and founder of Footprints Floors. During Bryan's visit to the Lake Erie area, the two got to talking about the business opportunity and community service a company like Footprints could bring to the region. "I am both proud and happy to be working within the family business," says Brandon. "Each floor is as different as the people who own them and I enjoy working to create a unique beautiful finished product in every case."

Brandon joined the Footprints team after years of restaurant ownership. "From my time in the kitchen, I learned the value of customer service and a quality product. These two almost always create happy and successful relationships with customers. I believe the same is true for helping improve people's homes." Brandon prides himself on the calm and helpful relationships he strives for with each of his customers as well as his commitment to the finer details of home improvement.

With his free time, Brandon enjoys mountain biking in the Charlotte area or spending time on the family paddle boards on the lakes of the Carolina's. "No matter how your day is going, a few minutes spent by the lake make it better!"

Hayden was born in Littleton Colorado, but spent a significant portion of his childhood overseas in Papua New Guinea, where he learned the important values of honesty and hard work. After high school he attended Bethel University in St. Paul Minnesota, where he began to fall in love with the wintery state. He then returned to Colorado and began working for Footprints Floors as a project manager. It was during that time he met Anna; a Minnesota native.

After far too many months of long distance, Hayden moved back to Minneapolis to be closer to his now Fiancee, Anna and to start his own Footprints Franchise. He brought with him the experience and knowledge he obtained during his time as a project manager in Denver. Hayden prides himself on excellent customer service and superior results from years of experience in the field. Hayden and Anna tie the knot in September and when not working or wedding planning, they love to go on long walks around the many beautiful lakes of Minnesota.

Alan is the proud owner of Footprints Floors in North Dallas, servicing the areas of Allen, Frisco, Plano, McKinney and the surrounding area. Born and raised in England, Alan moved from his London home to Ohio in 2007 before relocating to Dallas with his wife, and 3 kids in 2013.

Alan joined the Footprints Floors team after 25 years working in financial services, where he was responsible for many critical customer facing services. This taught him the value of focusing on attention to detail, and responding quickly and thoughtfully when assisting customers.

In his dealing with construction contractors in Dallas, Alan saw a gap and a tremendous opportunity to bring his strong customer focus mentality, and project management skills to the local flooring installation industry.

Alan and his family are active at the local and district level of Scouting (BSA) community, where all 3 kids are cub and boy scouts actively working toward Eagle rank. The whole family enjoys nothing better than tent or trailer camping with their 2 big dogs.

Shawna is the proud owner of Footprints Floors operating in Raleigh, North Carolina. Shawna joined Footprints after gaining more than 20 years of experience in community building through a career in local government service. In various roles during that time, she developed expertise in analyzing and managing operational performance improvement, staff development and strategic planning. She joined the Footprints Floors family in 2019 shortly after relocating to Raleigh, NC with her family.

Shawna grew up in the Kansas City area, and still roots hard for her Chiefs and Royals. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the many beautiful parks and hiking opportunities in and around the greater Raleigh area. She also enjoys attending NC Courage games with her family whenever she can.

Kyle is the owner of Footprints Floors' Chicago based franchise. Kyle grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota, but made his way to Chicago to attend DePaul University and has been there ever since. He now lives in the Roscoe Village neighborhood with his beautiful wife, Nikki.

After college Kyle started a medical billing and consulting business and has recently sold his portion of the business in hopes of finding something new and exciting to excel in! He is now using his customer service skills and business acumen in approaching the world of flooring.

Kyle is proud to be the first Footprints Floors in Chicago and hopes to continue to build his book of business while providing quality floors to the Northside of Chicago.

Noel is the proud owner of the Footprints Floors Atlanta franchise. Born and raised in Mitchell, South Dakota (home of the world's only Corn Palace!), he and his wife Laura have resided in Sandy Springs since 2013. Since then they have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, ages five and three.

Noel attended the University of South Dakota where he majored in business administration and was a captain on the swim team. After school he moved to Denver and worked for Sherwin-Williams Paint Company for five years before transitioning into the bedding industry. For 22 years prior to Footprints Floors, Noel was employed by Serta Simmons Bedding Company in six different cities across the country. He served in a wide range of positions in both sales and finance, from account manager to Director of National Accounts and VP of sales. Noel is now excited to be part of the Footprints Floors family and bring his many previous years of business and customer service experience to the flooring business.

In his free time Noel enjoys spending time with his family, keeping up with the many kids' activities, travel, golf, and swimming.

Robert is the proud owner of Footprints Floors servicing the cities of North Carolina - Durham, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Charlotte, and all surrounding areas. Robert was born and raised in New York City where he met his lovely wife Sara. Robert and Sara have two amazing, energetic children, Amelia and Robert Jr.

At a young age, Robert learned the value of good work ethic working in his father's flooring business. At the age of 22, Robert began his 13+ year career with Con Edison. Robert started as a meter reader, worked his way up to the underground electric emergency operations department, and then became an operating supervisor for the overhead electric department. During this time, he led many hurricane restorations crews in Florida, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, and upstate New York. While working for Con Edison, Robert also studied project management at The University of Phoenix.

Robert and his wife Sara left NYC behind and settled in North Carolina seeking a better quality of life for their family. Robert enjoys spending his free time with his family and is looking forward to having a great work-life balance. Robert and Sara love exploring with their two kids and taking advantage of all that North Carolina has to offer. Robert is excited to bring his family values and leadership skills to the Footprints Floors family in North Carolina.

Michael Brown is the proud owner of Footprints Floors, based in Macon, GA, and serving all of Middle Georgia. Michael has spent almost two decades working in management and leadership, serving with Walmart Logistics, Tractor Supply Company, and Lineage Logistics, and brings with him 19 years of working with people, and managing projects of all sizes. Michael is married to his beautiful wife Shanna, and has three kids that mean the world to him, and shape the values that he brings to the flooring industry. Michael is a family man that places the utmost value on integrity, honesty, and treating people right no matter what. Nowhere will these qualities go further than in the construction industry, where Michael always aims to bring customers the best floor remodeling experience as possible. Michael treats every project, and every customer with respect and true professionalism, and is excited to help people in his community beautify their homes through great floors, leaving great and lasting impressions.

Kris Bohman is the proud owner of Footprints Floors servicing the areas of Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Highland Haven, Cottonwood Springs, Spicewood and Kingsland areas. Having lived most of his life in Anchorage, Alaska, Kris, his wife Katya and daughter Isabell sought a change for their family and are new to the Austin area. They are excited to bring their professionalism, family values, and experience to the flooring industry with Footprints Floors Austin.

Kris has extensive knowledge in both the construction and real estate industry and brings with him years of first hand experience in working with, and serving homeowners finding exactly what they are looking for, both in home purchases and in remodeling. Having had a successful real estate career, Kris decided to expand once more and to offer his excellent customer service skills, integrity, work ethic, and honest approach to the flooring industry.

Kris enjoys spending his free time with his family and is excited about the great quality of life that Austin offers to him and his family. Kris enjoys pursuing a healthy lifestyle through fitness training, sports and outdoor activities with his family.

Tom grew up in the northern Michigan area and now has called Indianapolis home for over 15 years. Tom has spent over 25 years in the service and sales industry with an extensive background in operations and marketing. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his son, Noah, checking out local music venues, listening to and collecting vinyls, and traveling.

Brian grew up in the Denver area, and has four siblings. He is married to his wife, Mishon, and together they have three beautiful children - Beau, Bentley, and Bella. Brian has spent 20+ years in the service industry and as a small business owner with an extensive background in both food service and residential real estate. After spending seven years in Indianapolis in the restaurant industry Brian and Mishon headed back west to Colorado to pursue other business opportunities, be closer to family, and to embrace the incredible quality of life that Colorado has to offer. When Brian is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, downhill skiing, golfing, and traveling.

Matt Therriault is the proud owner of the Footprints Floors Peachtree City and is no stranger to the home renovation industry. After moving to Atlanta from Chicago with his wife and two daughters about 7 years ago, Matt started a business called Peachtree City Home Rescue, and began working small remodeling jobs all over southern Georgia. Matt is a former firefighter, paramedic, and professional renovation expert. He uses his extensive knowledge of the flooring industry, as well as his skills in communicating with customers and individuals in the community to ensure that every customer not only has a great looking floor after the project, but that the experience as a whole is a memorable professional one. He has high standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism and brings these with him to every project and every customer he interacts with. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters and is excited to expand the Footprints Floors quality, experience, and service to the Southern Georgia area.

Ini grew up in Gastonia and is the owner of Footprints Floors servicing the cities of Hickory, Gastonia, and surrounding areas in North Carolina, and Greenville and surrounding areas in South Carolina.

Ini and his wife, Taleka, were high school sweethearts and both attended Western Carolina University. While at WCU, Ini studied finance and accounting for undergrad and later obtained an MBA from his alma mater. After college, Ini and Taleka settled in Asheville where Ini started his career as an Accountant for a local company in the hospitality industry. Over the course of nine years, Ini honed his skills in leadership, business management, process improvement, and customer service through his various roles including sales and marketing accountant and accounting manager.

In 2018, Ini, Taleka, and their daughter made their way back home by relocating to Gastonia where Taleka embarked on her second career as a nurse and the family welcomed their newest member in 2019.

Ini has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for solving problems and believes Footprints Floors offers him the opportunity to satisfy both.

Adnan is the proud owner of Footprints Floors servicing the Metro Detroit western and northwestern suburbs from West Bloomfield all the way west to Milford, south to Plymouth, and all cities in between. Adnan was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He attended Wayne State University where he met his lovely wife, Marwa, of nine years. Adnan and Marwa have two amazing children, a daughter of 5 years and a son of 2 years.

At a young age, Adnan learned the value of good work ethic while working in his father's IT business. He later took a job at a Michigan-based engineering consulting firm and gained over ten years of experience in business operations management.

In his free time, Adnan enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. From fishing and canoeing to camping, he likes to embark on new journeys. Adnan has been to eight states and thirteen different countries. He is also a foodie and enjoys coming up with new recipes.

Floyd is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Orlando servicing the Greater Orlando Area. Born and raised in New York City, he also spent much of his early childhood in Belize. Floyd is married to his lovely wife Renita. Together they have two children, ages nine and four. The family recently relocated from New York City to Florida for a better quality of life.

Floyd studied Physics at Binghamton University in upstate New York where he earned a Bachelor's degree. He brings with him over twenty years of operations leadership and management experience in the telecommunications industry from his time with Verizon. His roles were primarily focused on customer service, problem solving and process improvement. Floyd is excited to put his skills to work and continue to grow with Footprints Floors.

In his free time Floyd enjoys spending time with the family, golfing, and traveling.

Josh and Natalia Byrd have always wanted to open a business and are the proud owners of Footprints Floors Nashville.

Josh graduated from Louisiana Tech with an associate degree in Applied Science with a focus in Instrumentation. After school he became a field service engineer for General Electric for 9 years. The first 5 years out of school, he traveled the world working for General Electric and even had the pleasure of working in the London 2012 Olympic games.

Natalia is from Brazil. She came to the U.S. on a full ride tennis scholarship to Belmont University in Nashville. After completing her BBA and MBA, she worked in different business and finance roles for Nissan North America and Schneider Electric. Natalia is currently the Finance Manager and Associate Head tennis coach at Montgomery Bell Academy.

Mike is the proud owner of the Footprints Floors of Cincinnati. Calling Cincinnati home for over 25 years, he has a lot of love and knowledge for the many communities that make up the metro. He has a passion for home improvement and remodeling and a wealth of experience in flooring and hardwood refinishing. Mike has helped hundreds of clients realize their vision of bringing new life to old floors.

He attended Loveland High School and earned his BA from Miami University and an MBA at Xavier University. A career of 15 years in non-profit administration gave him a wealth of experience in project management, property and facility management, building and construction projects, and sound business practices.

Mike’s goal is to partner with each client to understand their project, provide the best options available, and deliver outstanding results at competitive prices.

Originally from Brownsville, Texas, Eduardo Reyes has been living in San Antonio for the past 7 years. A graduate of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a major in International Business, Eduardo spent several years in the finance industry as a financial advisor. With a desire to grow personally and to own his own business, Eduardo pursued and was awarded a franchise with Footprints Floors in Northern San Antonio, TX. As one of the youngest Franchise owners in Footprints Floors history, Eduardo has worked hard at providing his community with excellent customer service and has already raised the bar within the San Antonio flooring industry. Eduardo places a high value on integrity, communication, and ensuring that the entire process of remodeling floors is as pleasant and hassle free as possible for everyone involved. In his free time, Eduardo enjoys bow hunting, fishing, and going to Spurs games. Go Spurs Go!

Todd Spoelma is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Grand Rapids. Currently, Todd is primarily serving the Grand Rapids metro area, however his territory spans from Western Michigan, down to Kalamazoo, all the way to Lansing! With plans on expansion in the years to come, Todd is first and foremost pursuing excellence in his immediate community. With a varied background in sales, management and IT, Todd also has a great understanding of managing properties, remodeling homes, and general contracting with regards to residential applications. With this skill set, Todd is quickly making Footprints Floors Grand Rapids into an industry leader! Being in the roles of a business owner and operator, required the learning and understanding of industry standards for the trade. Todd brings that knowledge and expertise to his customers now with his business, Footprints Floors Grand Rapids. Todd’s primary goal is to provide each and every customer with knowledge, support, and excellent customer service. To him, satisfaction with the finished product is just as important as the experience of the process. Todd is dedicated to providing a top of the line finished product that every customer of his will be proud to have in their home.

Steve is excited to own the Footprints Floors franchise in Madison, WI. Steve was born and raised in Madison and enjoys everything the area has to offer. His career began in customer service, then transitioned into outside sales over three decades ago. He was mostly involved in the paper and printing industry, and also briefly owned a sports pub. He also occasionally helps his beautiful wife, April, with her gymnastics gym. Through the years of experience in Sales, Steve has worked with and built many long-term friendships with customers, and enjoys building relationships and striving to offer a low key approach to sales and customer service.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys exercising and using his certification as a personal trainer, hanging out with April and their two German shepherds, riding the bike trails around Madison, taking trips Up North and to Door County, and spending time with family. April and Steve are avid Packer, Badger and Brewer Fans and try not to miss a game televised or in person. Steve has two grown children, Alli and Joe, and 5 grandchildren who also live in the Madison area. He looks forward to building the Footprints Floors brand in Madison and the surrounding communities.

Martin Petty is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Little Rock serving all of Central Arkansas. Martin grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and served Active Duty in the Army where he developed his leadership and problem-solving skills. He transferred these skills to his civilian management role in the Oil and Gas Industry. Martin has over 25 years' experience as a project manager working with engineers to develop new technologies to help streamline the profitability of the industry. He developed branch offices in Arkansas, Pennsylvania and West Virginia to support customer operations. Martin operated two different service groups across three states with great return in customer satisfaction and growth.

In his spare time Martin enjoys spending time with family, cooking, scuba diving, travel and experiencing the great outdoors and cultures across the world.

Clint is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Columbus and is an Ohio native who grew up in one of Ohio's many wonderful rural communities, where he learned the small-town values of integrity and lasting friendships. He attended Ohio University at both regional campuses, as well as in Athens. After serving in the Army National Guard for 8 years, Clint had the opportunity to work in places like New York and Chicago but has always felt Ohio is his true home. When starting his own small business, Clint decided to put his varied list of experiences and attributes to work by placing an extremely high value on honesty and genuine connection with customers. From the initial estimate, to the final punch list walkthrough, Clint strives to ensure the best floor remodeling experience for his community, at the best value.

Living and working in Columbus for over 15 years now, Clint and wife Hiroko are happy to call Westerville home. When they are not working, they both love to try new foods, experimenting with new recipes at home, and enjoying local vendors’ offerings. They also love to travel and look forward to the time when that can again be part of their lives.

I was born and raised in Virginia to a large family of five boys. I met my wonderful wife Melissa at church and we were married 27 years ago. We were blessed with four children, Hannah, Caroline, Jonathan and Luke. The girls have graduated college and are blessed with good jobs; the boys are still in college.

My dad was a wonderful Christian man and a hard worker who taught us to treat others with the highest respect and ethical standards. Almost all of us boys have worked in the construction industry to work our ways through school and feed our families. Two of my brothers still work in the construction field and continue to maintain the high standard of excellence we learned from dad.

I have earned two master's degrees. The first in math education allowed me to teach high school mathematics in the Richmond area for 5 years, first at Powhatan High school and then at the Governor's School. The second degree was a Master's of Divinity. After graduation in 2002 I served for a short period in a South Carolina church as the church administrator and youth director. Then in 2004 our family moved to Albania where I served with a Christian leadership and church planting ministry. We lived full time in Albain for seven wonderful years. Po, flas shqip!

After returning from Europe, I was blessed to start a successful business that helps families find safe senior living options. I still own and manage this business because of the fabulous employees who put our families' interest first and always do the right thing by them. I am excited to bring my many years of experience in serving others to the flooring industry in Virginia.

Originally from Franktown, Colorado, Cory grew up on a farm, spending any free time he had with his dad at their family-owned business. He went to business school at CSU-Pueblo and spent some time working in supply chain management after college. After marrying his beautiful wife Sarah, he opened his first restaurant and eventually owned and operated five Firehouse Subs locations in the Denver Metro area of Colorado. During this time, Cory and Sarah started their family, and now have 2 energetic and lively children. Cory and his family love southern hospitality and Saturdays Down South. When Cory is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, watching college football, riding motocross, and working in the men's ministry at church.

Cory and Sarah were thrilled to have the opportunity to move to Sarah's hometown with Footprints Floors looking to establish a presence in Birmingham, AL. He has an extensive background in customer service and process improvement, and his broad business background (as well as coming from a long line of business owners) makes him a great fit for the Footprints Floors team. He strives to provide a high level of customer service with integrity, excellent communication, and a commitment to excellence. He is excited to partner with his customers and they accomplish their home improvement goals.

Alfonso is the proud owner of Footprints Floors servicing the cities located in the San Fernando, San Gabriel, and Santa Clarita Valleys in Los Angeles, California. Born and raised in Mexico, Alfonso and his wife Amelia , two daughters and one son, are very excited to be part of this new phase of their life in California.

Before joining Footprints Floors, Alfonso was a Senior Executive with over 20 years of experience in different roles, leading teams in executive positions in the areas of Operations, Innovation, Finance, and Real Estate for several global companies. Part of his responsibilities included leading the remodeling and maintenance program for more than 2,500 stores and coordinating transformational and operations projects for a top retail company.

Alfonso is a detail-oriented professional with high ethics reputation that will provide exceptional customer service with Footprints Floors in Los Angeles, using his skills and expertise in managing teams and projects.

Jeff Harris is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Memphis! Coming from a marketing and advertising background, leading teams and managing large scale marketing campaigns for agencies all over the country, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Jeff brings a tremendously wide array of skills and abilities to Footprints Floors. Jeff understands the importance of customer service, as well as the need for professionalism, expert knowledge, and integrity within the flooring industry. Operating a small, family-owned business has been a lifelong dream of Jeff’s, aspiring to eventually grow, and t the business and to bring his son into the business to truly help transform homes all over Memphis, and northern Mississippi.

Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife Cathy, his daughter who is a freshman at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and son who is a junior in high school. They enjoy traveling as a family, both regionally and internationally. He is also a fan of thoroughbred horse racing and enjoys attending the races at Churchill Downs (Louisville, KY), Fair Grounds (New Orleans), Keeneland (Lexington, KY) and Oaklawn (Hot Springs, AR).

Arnett Hudson is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Southeastern PA. After a 25-year career in the retail pharmacy industry in a managerial role, he was delighted at the opportunity to own his own business, and to apply his knowledge and skillset to an industry that is sorely in need of it. In his previous career, Arnett has consistently built teams as a manager, and he has been in leadership positions throughout his career. Arnett places a high priority on customer service, communication, and the customer having the best experience possible. Because of this, Footprints Floors of Southeastern PA stands head and shoulders above its competition. Personally, Arnett received his education at West Chester University with a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and enjoys listening to political podcast and watching sports on television. Arnett is motivated by his wife Theresa and their two children.

Tim Busbee is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Northern Atlanta serving the area from Marietta to Cumming and North Georgia. Born and raised in Savannah, GA, Tim graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BA in Marketing and then moved to Atlanta to pursue his professional career. While in Atlanta, Tim met his wife, Dani, who is an accomplished equestrian rider who competes, trains horses, and coaches students in a variety of English disciplines. Tim and Dani are now living in Woodstock GA with their two beautiful children Avery & Miles.

Prior to joining the Footprints Floors family, Tim spent the previous 10+ years of his professional career in Corporate America with Enterprise Holdings where he rose through the leadership ranks, ran multiple territories, mentored hundreds of employees, and received accolades for his teams' high level of customer service performance. Tim is excited to bring his many years of customer-centric service, professionalism, and integrity to the local flooring industry in Northern Atlanta.

In his free time, Tim is an avid Atlanta sports fanatic, loves being outdoors, doing anything competitive and he especially loves spending time with his family and making his kids laugh!

Ron Quinzon is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Roseville/Folsom. Ron went into business with his father at a young age as a Manufacturers Rep. This eventually grew to ownership and Ron ran the company for 17 years, specifically managing a team of sales around the country in the Underground Water Supply industry. Looking to do something different in 2019, Ron was determined to be a business owner once again, but this time in the residential remodeling industry, specifically that of floor coverings. Footprints Floors was a natural fit for Ron, an experienced business owner, in that it is a company that values honesty and integrity, just like Ron. With familiarity and understanding of the construction industry, Ron brings that knowledge and expertise to his customers now with his business, Footprints Floors Roseville/Folsom. Ron’s primary goal is to provide each and every customer with knowledge, support, and excellent customer service. To him, satisfaction with the finished product is just as important as the experience of the process. Ron is dedicated to providing a top of the line finished product that every customer of his will be proud to have in their home.

John H Gilbert is an accomplished leader, and has years of experience in project management, product development, and customer service in the pharmaceutical industry. A few years ago, John wanted to make a change for himself and his family, John is now the owner of two Footprints Floors franchise territories spanning the Lowcountry of costal Georgia and South Carolina. John is proud to interact daily with customers and his crews alike, while running the day-to-day operations of the business, and takes pride in being involved in every step of any flooring projects. From initial estimate to the final punch list, John ensures that every customer is treated equally, with respect, and will go the extra mile to see customers fall in love with their brand-new floor.

Embracing life as a small business owner, John is excited, through Footprints Floors, to bring his problem-solving skills, product knowledge, and professionalism to an industry that often lacks it. John and his wife Connie have been happily married for 30 years, and have been blessed with two grown children, Kelsey and Cade, and have welcomed their 1st grandchild into the Footprints Floors family. John enjoys spending time with his family, watching college basketball, playing golf and investing in others to develop their skills and talents.

Ralph is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Maine servicing the greater Portland Area and Southern, NH region. Born and raised in western Maine, he grew up on a small family farm where he learned that you have to work for what you want. He has two teenage boys, Hunter and Matthew, that keep him busy during his off time.

Ralph studied Business Administration at the University of Southern Maine. He brings with him over twenty years of operations leadership and management experience in the retail industry from his time with Calvin Klein. His role was primarily focused on customer service, problem solving, and process improvement. Ralph is excited to be a small business owner, and to put his skills to work with Footprints Floors by serving his local community with integrity, professionalism, and honesty, while providing the means for his customers to transform their homes with all forms of flooring projects.

In his free time Ralph enjoys spending time with the family in the great outdoors, gardening, and DIY projects.

Dan Hermansen is the proud owner of Footprints Floors serving Kansas City and the surrounding area. Dan was born in Iowa, but moved to Texas at a young age and did most of his growing up in the Lonestar State. He and his lovely wife Laura moved to Kansas City in 2011 with a five year plan. Ten years and three wonderful children later, they are here to stay. Dan enjoys spending his spare time working around the house, fixing broken toys, or just hanging out with Laura and the kids. The Hermansens are committed to providing high quality service centered around professionalism and respect for our clients.

Laura Hermansen is the proud owner of Footprints Floors serving Kansas City and the surrounding area. Laura is a Native Texan turned Midwesterner in 2011. She has worked as a certified Speech Language Pathologist for over 15 years and is looking forward to new adventures in the Flooring industry. Owning a business with her husband, Dan, has been a goal for many years and they look forward to teaching their children the tools of the trade. Jimmy Whitehead is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Central Oklahoma. Growing up in Oklahoma, Jimmy graduated from OU where he met Jennifer. They have been married for 26 years and have 4 children. Jimmy has been in oil and gas marketing for almost 20 years and understands the importance of providing excellence in all aspects of business. Commitment and follow through are absolutely necessary in the world of natural gas marketing and logistics where Jimmy excelled, working for small and large producers and marketers. These leadership and problem-solving skills are the perfect backbone for a flooring service business. Understanding that having someone working in your home can feel disruptive, Jimmy aims to utilize communication and follow-through to improve the experience for Oklahoma homeowners. He takes to heart the importance of helping Oklahoma homeowners add value to their homes and believes he can add value unmatched by your average flooring contractor. The Whiteheads are excited to be the first to bring Footprints Floors to Oklahoma.

Jimmy likes to spend his free time serving at church, spending time with his family and doing home improvement projects. The family loves to vacation together in new places especially if it involves hiking or snow skiing. If he’s not working, you will probably find Jimmy enjoying watching the kids play tennis, piano, clarinet, guitar, drums or flute.

I spent most of my professional career as an I.T. Professional Services Program Manager. I have worked for many great companies such as IBM, Cisco, The Home Depot, Synamedia and BetterCloud to name a few. After my wife was brave enough to make a career change from Corporate Accounting to an AMI Certified Montessori Teacher (and loves it!), I decided that it was time for me to make a change as well. I have always been an active DIY'r and HGTV junkie and felt that I missed my true calling for construction management. After searching for several years, I decided to make a career change and opened my Footprints Floors franchise in 2021. I really enjoy helping my customers complete their projects to improve on their most important asset; their home. I believe that all customers deserve an honest, reputable and fair contractor that will aspire to deliver 5 star results. Those are the principles that guide me daily.

I have a wonderful wife, 2 young adult children, 2 cats, a sassy Husky and have resided in the Atlanta Metro area for the past 18 years. I am an avid runner and also love to roller skate, hike, kayak and play in the dirt.

Ashton Dorsett is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Northeast Houston! Ashton’s career focus for many years was in the Oil and Gas industry as an engineer, most recently with Baker Hughes. With a high priority on his family, and wanting a career shift where he could achieve a better work/life balance, starting his own business provided a solution for that. Having a hobby in woodworking and building furniture exposed him to the wonderful qualities of wood, and its many application possibilities within the flooring and surfaces industry. Ashton has committed an incredible amount of time to learning and understanding the industry standards for the flooring trade. Along with that thirst for knowledge, Ashton brings that knowledge and expertise to his customers now with his business, Footprints Floors Northeast Houston. Ashton’s primary goal is to provide each and every customer with knowledge, support, and excellent customer service. To him, satisfaction with the finished product is just as important as the experience of the process. Don is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Southwest Florida serving the region of Sarasota/Bradenton south to Naples, FL. He was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. where he met his wife Michelle. Shortly after marrying they moved to Dallas, TX. where they resided for 14 years before moving to the west coast of Florida for their slice of paradise.

Don has almost 40 years of experience in multiple consulting and leadership roles. He prides himself on excellent customer service, meticulous project management, integrity, transparency and superior workmanship to provide exceptional results. These attributes coupled with his experience in working with technicians to ensure quality workmanship, along with excellent customer communication, delivers an outstanding customer experience.

Don and Michelle have two sons and six grandchildren. They adopted their dog Ruby shortly after moving to Florida who they enjoy taking on long walks. They also like to spend their time boating and basking in the sun at the beach.

Doug Engle is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Tri County, PA, an area that encompasses Harrisburg, Lancaster and Reading.

Doug is an experienced business owner, operating at both executive level leadership, and as an owner of a 13-unit Franchise Operation. With over 25 years of Franchise experience in the service industry, ranging from the Automotive industry to the Senior Care Industry, Doug knows what it takes to successfully manage a business, and provide excellent service. Though relatively new to the home renovation, Doug is no stranger to providing excellent customer service, managing crews, and completing projects. From the very first estimate, to the final punch list walkthrough, Doug is committed to ensuring the best possible quality, product, and experience, for anyone who choses Footprints Floors. David deBear, CTC

David is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of South Jersey. He is a Certified Tile Consultant and has a 25-year career in the ceramic tile industry with a prominent manufacturer. David has hands-on comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods, and he brings confidence to all his clients’ projects.

David has served architects, contractors, and specifiers as an educator and industry resource. He has represented the ceramic tile industry on the ANSI Accredited Standards Committee, ISO Technical Advisory Group, and the Tile Council of North America, among others.

While not on the job, David enjoys spending time with his family.

Matt grew up in Oregon and recently relocated to Chandler, Arizona with his wife Stephane and 2 boys Jaden (15), and Tegan (6). He has been self employed for the past 10 years owning and operating 2 Self Serve Frozen Yogurt shops as well as an epoxy countertop business. After starting his countertop business he realized his passion was in the home service industry and wanted to go all in helping clients transform their homes and bring their visions to life. The partnership with Footprints Floors was a perfect fit to compliment his high level of service and craftsmanship. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, traveling, cooking, watching his kids play sports, and anything outdoors.

Jeff is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Coastal Carolina based in Wilmington, NC and covering the coast from New Bern to Myrtle Beach. Jeff grew up in western North Carolina before moving to Wilmington to attend UNCW.

After 18 years in the pharmaceutical and chemical operations world, he moved into small business ownership before joining Footprints Floors. He gained important experience in attention to detail, quality and customer service over the years. He enjoys engaging daily with people interested in improving the look of their floors and homes.

When Jeff isn’t working, he can be found surfing, kayaking, fishing, or spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and two daughters.

Bob Brandon and his wife, Susan, are the proud owners of Footprints Floors of the Ozarks. Bob and Susan formerly ran a boarding school for troubled boys on their 30 acre farm for 12 years. Bob also spent several years in the construction trades and teaching/coaching in California and Missouri which gives him the technical skill to understand flooring and the motivational skill to keep your project running smoothly from start to finish.

Bob and Susan have eight children which they homeschooled and six (for now) grandchildren. Family is their number one priority and this love for family and home carries over into their attention to detail and care for your home. They would love the opportunity to work with your family to give you the best possible experience!

Alonso Gonzalez is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Northeast Dallas. Originally from Mexico, Alonso graduated with a degree as a Mechanical Engineer and spent several years in that field! Now, having called Dallas his home for the past 10 years, Alonso is excited for the opportunity to give back to his community by providing an excellent flooring service, paired with a professional approach that is often lacking in this industry. An honest approach to construction, and a high value on integrity in business, has set Footprints Floors of Northeast Dallas apart from its competitors. Alonso’s primary goal is to provide each and every customer with knowledge, support, and excellent customer service. Tim has lived in northern Virginia since childhood and takes pride in serving his community. After attending James Madison University, he worked as a teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools while also doing handyman work on the side. Tim was interested in working in the home service industry full time and made the decision to open Footprints Floors of Ashburn. Tim is focused on bringing top quality craftsmanship with excellent customer service to every project.

Tony Peterson is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Portland! Having a background in Industrial and commercial construction, Tony has a great understanding of what it means to engage in construction remodel projects of all sizes. He started out his career in Heavy Duty Demo, which then progressed into Concrete Applications such as coatings and sealants for commercial use. After doing some private consulting and coaching for other concrete companies, He felt the time was right to own his own business. Starting Footprints Floors Portland was an easy decision for Tony, because he knew he could bring the knowledge and experience of all those years in the construction industry to his customers in his community. Tony’s primary goal with each and every job is to provide his customers with knowledge, support, and excellent customer service. To him, satisfaction with the finished product is just as important as the experience of the process. Tony is dedicated to providing a top of the line finished product that every customer of his will be proud to have in their home.

Michael Goff is the owner of Footprints Floors of Northeast Ohio. At a young age, Michael began working at his grandfather’s local hardware store where he learned all facets of home improvements and remodeling, along with the importance of customer service. He enjoyed the ability to help customers with their home repair problems and seeing the satisfaction when they were able to successfully complete projects on their own. Operating Footprints Floors of Northeast Ohio allows Michael to get back to his roots, working as a small business owner with excellent customer service and making homeowners’ dreams come true.

Michael graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is a State of Ohio Professional Engineer. Prior to joining Footprints Floors, Michael worked in various roles within the architectural/engineering, transportation, and oil/gas industries.

Michael and his wife Vicky live in Norton with their two children, William and Alivia, and dog Frankie. The family enjoys traveling during the summer, attending sporting events, and outdoor activities.

Nathan Yarusso, CDR, USN (Ret.)

Raised in Portland, Oregon, Nate served in the United States Navy as a Naval Aviator from 1992-2012. He was commissioned an Ensign on June 13, 1992 at Oregon State University. He went on to flight training at NAS Pensacola, and NAS Whiting Field, receiving his wings of gold in February of 1995 as a helicopter pilot, and then later in 2000 as a tactical jet pilot. He flew off ships stationed on both coasts with six overseas deployments to the Mediterranean, Pacific, and North Arabian Gulf. He retired in 2012 in Anacortes, WA.

After retirement he flew with an overseas contract company in Afghanistan and Iraq. Wanting more time at home, and his own business, he purchased a Footprints Floors franchise centered in Everett, WA. Nate loves the work he does, his interactions with customers, and providing a service to many. He still resides in Anacortes with his wife of 30 years, Sarah. They have two children. A recently married daughter who lives in the Seattle area, and a son who is in his final year at California Maritime Academy. In his spare time he enjoys events with his family, growing dahlias, and restoring vintage Mercedes Benz.

Mick is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Miami and Broward, servicing the greater South Florida Area. He’s married to his lovely wife Kate, and they share a one-year-old boy named Miko. Originally, a native of Northeast, Ohio, Mick relocated to Florida over 20 years ago, in pursuit of a warmer climate.

Mick holds a Business Management Degree from the University of Miami and brings 17 years of experience in the United States Navy and Navy Reserves, where he still serves today. Included in his vast experience are successful career stays in Financial Advisory work, Healthcare Business Development, and notably Construction Project

Management while in the Navy. His past roles primarily focused on leading project management and business development teams, including global projects providing expeditionary base construction to forward-deployed U.S. forces. Mick is thrilled to bring his diverse background to the South Florida market and continue Footprints Floors expansion.

In his free time, Mick enjoys spending time with Kate and Miko and continuing his service in the United States Navy Reserves.

Ben is proud to be the owner of Footprints Floors Kentucky. He is the youngest of five children, was born and raised in Louisville, and learned the values of hard work, commitment, and integrity from his family and community. Ben grew up playing basketball through high school and college and learned the value of teamwork and loyalty from his coaches and teammates. After graduating high school, Ben left Kentucky to attend the University of Dallas to study accounting and continue playing the sport he loved. Ben lived in Texas for 5 years but always felt that Kentucky was where he belonged.

He returned to Louisville to work in accounting and real estate. However, as a homeowner, Ben saw the lack of workmanship and standards in the home renovation industry and decided to provide a solution. When starting Footprints Floors Kentucky, Ben committed to bring the same values that formed him back to his community. From initial estimate to final punch order, Ben strives to provide the best service for the best value by focusing on hard work, commitment, and integrity.

Living in Louisville for over 25 years, Ben is proud to call it home. When not working, you can find him visiting the breweries in Nulu, playing volleyball at J-Town Beach, biking in the Parklands, playing basketball at his church, and touring the Bourbon Trail.

Mandye and her husband Cam are native Texans relocating to the Melbourne/Palm Bay Florida area from Upstate New York. Mandye recently left the banking industry to pursue business ownership. She has a passion for quality craftsmanship and home beautification. After years of relocations and professional roles in various industries (including corporate tax, bio-tech and education), she’s extremely excited to serve the Space Coast Region in Central Florida for all of their flooring installation needs.

With extensive training and certifications through the Footprints organization, Mandye is a true professional with incredible attention to detail. Her strong desire to serve and help people makes for great client relationships. Communication, respect and quality are her commitments to every project.

Hobbies and interests include golf, travel and serving/volunteering in their community. Together they have 2 sons in Texas and a son/ daughter-in-law and grandson in North Carolina. Despite being empty nesters, they have no interest in slowing down and are eager to learn all they can about the surrounding communities and how to serve them best.

Lee is the proud co-owner of Footprints Floors of Southern CT, servicing from Greenwich to Fairfield. Moving from Montreal, Canada to Dallas, TX in middle school, Lee has lived in many cities around North America, but he has called the Tri-state area home for the better part of 10 years.

After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Lee spent 14 years working in the beverage industry with a focus on sales and marketing, consulting with clients of all sizes to build successful programs tailored to individual needs. Now, running a small business of his own, Lee has taken his passion for educating and customizing solutions and applied it to his work of helping transform homes throughout his community. With excellent communications skills, attention to detail, customer service and professionalism, Footprints Floors of Southern CT excels in making customers' dreams into reality.

When not focused on bringing people joy through transforming their homes, Lee is an insatiable skier, a mediocre recreational athlete, a connoisseur of craft beer and a lover of all things furry.

Hector is the proud owner of Footprints Floors South Texas servicing the Rio Grande Valley and beyond. Being born and raised in the valley allowed Hector to grow with strong family values while learning the importance of working hard. Hector attended the University of Texas Pan American where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. After a couple of years in the workforce, he went back to school to earn a Masters in Business Administration from UTRGV. Spending most of his career doing accounting for a construction company, Hector gained valuable experience on work ethic, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

During his free time, you can find Hector at the golf course or spending time with his family. He’s also an avid cook who’s always learning about new techniques and flavors to experiment with the family’s carne asada recipes.

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Josh did as so many other smart people have done, transplanted to Florida. He and his wife, Katie, left Charlotte, followed the Lord and moved to Jacksonville in 2008. He immediately sunk in his heels and began to lay roots in what he felt was the greatest place and opportunity to live. Coming from a wide array of professional backgrounds, ranging from Commercial HVAC to construction to Warehouse Procurement/Management, he has spent his last 10 years fleshing out his passion for serving the local church by holding a Senior Level Vice President role of a church management software company.

Charlotte will always be where he came from, but North Florida is home. In addition to knowing his way around home improvement, Josh has been actively involved in making North Florida a better place to live. He has served on many local civic boards, such as Athletic Associations, PTA President, School Advisory Boards, ran for local office, and served a number of local churches as an ordained Pastor. He believes that people come first and that he exists to make people’s lives better today than they were yesterday.

Hobbies and interests revolve around supporting his children’s many extracurricular passions: Dance, Gymnastics, Hockey, and Early College pursuits, just to name a few. When he finds time outside of that, he loves to travel and eat good food. Together, the Lord has blessed him and Katie with 4 children, ranging from elementary to high school, staying ever busy.

Gene is from Alabama; his father was in the Air Force and his mother worked in a government position. After leaving the Air Force and until he was in high school, his father was a small business owner. Gene observed and learned a lot about great customer service, integrity, dedication and doing quality work from both his parents. A church trip, led his parents in a totally different career path and they became house parents at a faith-based children’s home where Gene and his sister shared their parents with ten other children from all walks of life but all equally in need of a compassionate and a caring home. This experience would set Gene’s life compass in the right direction. Over the years, as Gene went to college, he started his own career and family using all he learned from his parent’s experiences raising hundreds of kids in a way that changed each of their lives in a positive way forever.

After high school, Gene worked with floors and at two national home improvement chains where he was the youngest manager in company history at the time. Gene continued his education earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree. His primary career was in law enforcement, having worked at the city, state, and federal levels. Gene’s work as a federal agent led him and his family from Columbus, GA, to the Caribbean, Washington, D.C., South America and finally to Central Florida. The last 15 years of Gene’s law enforcement career was as a supervisor, executive leader and diplomat in Washington D.C. and South America. After retirement, Gene was looking for his next adventure and found it at Footprints Floors.

During his travels, Gene was blessed to happen upon his beautiful wife Maribel in San Juan, Puerto Rico and they have five incredible children. Today, Gene and Maribel with their youngest son Kolton, who is still in school, enjoy beautiful Central Florida.

Gene is following in his father’s footsteps as a small business owner and both of his parent’s spirit to go where life takes you. In his spare time, Gene enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, the beach, and spending quality time with his family. Gene is excited to be able to bring the professionalism and quality of Footprints Floors to Central Florida.

Gary has had a hammer in his hand since he was 7 years old, a second generation finish carpenter who knows good trim work when he sees it. His passion is helping clients make an informed decision based on the latest industry standards. Gary, his mother and his mother-in-law operate the Twin Cities Footprints location and truly enjoy what they do. Gary is married with three children, and they love to camp and spend time together outdoors. Gary has led and managed teams for over 22 years and believes that great things come through mentoring others.

Brian graduated from Cal State University, Chico, with plans of coaching baseball and teaching. After coaching two years of High School varsity baseball, however, life took him in another direction. He had an opportunity to get into the flooring industry as a manufacturer rep for multiple lines of installation materials for the tile and stone trade. As a result, Brian has been a manufacturer rep in the Flooring Industry since 2003. He first worked with Laticrete, which manufactures products for the installation of Tile and Stone. Then for the last 10 years, Brian was with MAPEI, which manufactures setting materials for floor covering installations including tile and stone. While in these positions, Brian would present to architects, assist with their specifications, train and update distributor employees of proper materials to recommend to their customers, as well as deal with the largest and smallest of flooring contractors, helping them with installation solutions, product recommendations as well as helping identify failures or issues with finished installations. Being in these roles required the learning and understanding of industry standards for the trade. Brian brings that knowledge and expertise to his customers now with his business, Footprints Floors Boise. Brian’s primary goal is to provide each and every customer with knowledge, support, and excellent customer service. To him, satisfaction with the finished product is just as important as the experience of the process. Brian is dedicated to providing a top of the line finished product that every customer of his will be proud to have in their home.

Cynthee is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Western Nevada where she has lived for nearly four decades. Cynthee brings her servant spirit, leadership and customer service and professionalism to the flooring industry. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, beekeeping, vermiculture, sewing and preserving food and herbs.

Bobby Moorhead is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of the Midsouth in the West Tennessee and Eastern Arkansas areas. In Bobby’s previous career, he worked in the Food and Beverage industry with fortune 500 companies leading and selling to grocery retail accounts across the country. His success and customer relationships were built on superior customer service where honesty, integrity, follow up and knowing your business was of the essence. With a Sales Certification with the NWFA, Bobby is excited to bring his skill sets to the flooring industry. Owning his own business has been a goal of his for many years. Bobby is married to his high school sweetheart, Laurie. They have 4 children and 6 grandchildren and a pup that keep things lively in their home. Bobby enjoys spending time with his family, vacationing on the gulf coast and cruising, cooking (southern cooking, shrimp and crawfish boils) golfing, watching sports and coaching youth.

Anthony is a lifelong New Yorker and proud owner of Footprints Floors of Huntington. He resides in Long Island, New York, with his wife of twenty years, Rachel, and their son, Alex.

He then transitioned to law enforcement, spending nearly a decade with the New York City Department of Correction, where he served with integrity as a correction officer. Ever the entrepreneur, Anthony found his ideal business by becoming a member of the Footprints Floors family.

Oliver Hellested the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Greater Rhode Island. Oliver grew up in Rhode Island and currently resides there with his wife Rebekkah, son Harrison (10 months) and Yellow Lab Tuck! After a 10-year career in Property Management Oliver understands the importance of Customer Service and has a good basis for working with contractors. After personally having several bad experiences dealing with home improvement contractors Oliver understands the importance of communication to customers as well as looks forward to helping homeowners renovate/improve their homes!

Personally, Oliver received education at Champlain College in Burlington VT with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. In his free time, he loves to go on vacations with his family! When not working Oliver can be found spending time with family, attempting to golf and Snowboarding.

Sean Donohoe is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Central Mass. After a 25-year career in the telecommunications industry in a Channel Manager role, he was excited at the opportunity to own his own business, and to apply his knowledge and customer experience skill to an industry where it is in short supply. During his time in technology sales Sean continually bridged the gap between customers and third-party sales agents creating win-win scenarios for all parties. Sean is passionate about customer satisfaction, communication, and the customer’s experience. It is this passion for customer experience that makes Footprints Floors of Central Mass stand above the competition. Personally, Sean has a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In his free time, Sean enjoys going to the gym, running, and spending time with his two daughter’s Alicia and Colleen.

Carson Canedy is the proud owner of Footprints Floors in the Minneapolis Metro area. He didn’t travel too far for college when he attended Minnesota State University, Mankato. He has spent most of his career in sales - where he learned that customer experience and satisfaction is the priority in any service-based business. After noticing the lack of customer service in the home improvement space, he knew that the professionalism, and commitment to complete work according to Industry Standards that Footprints Floors excels at, would set him far apart from the competition. From the first estimate to final walkthrough, Carson is confident that his community will greatly benefit from his business by bringing an outstanding customer experience to each flooring project. As Carson likes to say, customer service, communication and honesty are a priority for the best customer experience. He has a true passion for the home improvement space - being able to bring someone’s vision to reality in their homes is one of Carson’s favorite feelings.

In his free time, Carson loves to spend time with his family and friends. He enjoys anything outdoors, from being out on the water, golf, to anything sports related. Renee is the proud owner of a Footprints Flooring franchise in sunny Florida! She grew up in Ohio and is one of 6 children and daughter of a master carpenter. She often thought she would grow up to be a carpenter too and Footprints is now the closest she has come to realize this dream of working hard to bless others with beautiful floors.

She has been married now for 36 years to her best friend, Peter. They were blessed with two precious sons, Morgan and Trevor. Renee had the honor of homeschooling her sons and leading the county homeschool association. She has worked at the local hospital and then branched out on her own- with much support and assistance from Peter- to run a successful homecare agency for over 10 years. She was blessed to serve the seniors in the community and help them to age in place in the comfort of their own homes. She also cared for her own mother in their home.

Footprints Floors Utah County is locally owned and operated by Joseph Kane. Joseph is supported by his wife and 3 kids. He loves spending time with them, playing sports, being outdoors, and learning new things.

Before starting his business he worked in service and customer-facing roles for 17 years. This has helped him develop great communication skills and he approaches all his conversations with a goal to understand exactly what is desired, to walk through the process of how you'll get there, and make the whole process as easy as possible. Edward Harris is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of South Bend, In and its surrounding areas. When settling into the Michiana area, Edward met his wife Blanca and together they have 5 beautiful children. When the Harris family are not at Penn Highschool rooting for Kingsmen, you can find them at Notre Dame chanting “Go Irish!”.

Edward instilled his personal core values early in his career. Edward successfully managed RV Manufacturing plants in the area for over a decade. Realizing his success and passion for leading and developing teams brought him to launching his own business. Since a young boy Edward loved the artistry in groundskeeping and construction. He ran his own business serving Northwest Central Indiana successfully for years. He is honored to bring his wealth of knowledge and background with the support of his family to Footprints Floors. Brian and his family are the proud owners of Footprints Floors Morristown New Jersey. He was born and raised in Northern NJ where he currently lives with his wife Ana and 3 children, ages 20, 18 and 14. Outside of a stint in the US Navy, Brian has spent the majority of his career in Executive Sales and Customer Success Leadership roles from large corporations to technology start-ups. In these roles he learned the importance of integrity, honesty and working toward customer satisfaction and trust.

Brian has been looking for opportunities to bring his professional experiences into running his own business and is excited to expand the Footprints Floors Franchise in Northern NJ.

During his down time, Brian works as a volunteer fireman and enjoys coaching youth hockey. He is also a big NJ Devils, NY Giants and Villanova Men's Basketball fan.

Chip Dunn is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Lawrenceville-Sugar Hill. After successful managerial roles with several major retailers as well as a sales and project management position with a national security integrator and even a few years as a Realtor, Chip elected to leverage his broad career exposures to open his own business. Many years of focusing on exceeding customer expectations while operating business units for others made the transition to Footprints Floors an easy decision for him. The opportunity to build a thriving business for his family while at the same time gaining work-life balance is a uniquely exciting proposition for Chip. His mission is to serve his community with integrity and a commitment to work enthusiastically alongside homeowners to realize solutions that make them smile for years to come. A native Atlantan, Chip and his wife Kim have two adult children, Andrew and Sara. Alex Afrifa, who immigrated to the US from Ghana, Africa over 20 years ago, is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Bridgeport, a local family owned flooring company aimed at providing the best quality service and product in residential remodeling projects! While originally from Ghana, Alex has called the northeast, specifically New York and Connecticut home, since moving here. Originally Alex trained as a teacher, then progressed to being a licensed registered nurse for 15 years, while at the same time pastoring a multicultural church in Bridgeport. The common theme throughout Alex’s entire career has been that of educating, caring, and training people on best practices and approaches to meeting goals.

Throughout his professional career, Alex has always placed a high value on ethics, honesty, integrity, and excelled at compassionately caring for the comfort, happiness and satisfaction of those he is serving. It is because of these strong motivations within him that led Alex to starting his own business in the flooring industry. Brandon Meister, originally from West Point, NE, is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Omaha. He grew up on his family's farm and feedlot, where he spent countless hours learning the value of hard work, integrity, and making sure things are done right the first time. A University of Nebraska graduate, and recently married to his wife Lexi, they are soon expecting their first baby! With all these life changes taking place, Brandon wanted to expand his professional horizon and maximize the opportunities for his young family, by branching out on his own and owning his own business. With his skill sets, and desire to educate homeowners on the right choices, Brandon is looking to serve his community by providing excellent flooring options and service through Footprints Floors Omaha. When not driving around doing estimates or carrying out jobs already underway, Brandon’s hobbies include golf, bowling, taking care of their sheep, and watching the Huskers lose.

Jared T. Hennings, II, is originally from Godrey, Illinois, a rural town in the St. Louis Metro area. In 2006 He graduated from the University Of Missouri-St Louis with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. He is a certified Project Management Professional with 17+ years of Health Information Technology experience providing management consulting support to federal agencies and private health insurers. Jared is appreciative of the many business lessons learned as a Project Manager in the corporate IT space and aims to leverage his knowledge, skills, and abilities to the benefit of his customers, partners, and loved ones. His leadership style has two key tenets: “Attitude is Everything” and “Next Play”— he is obsessively focused on the customer experience and actively looks to create win-win outcomes. Rebecca is the owner of Footprints Floor’s Waukesha Franchise. Rebecca grew up in the Waukesha Area. She went to college at St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI and moved back after school and has stayed in the Waukesha Area to build a career and raise her family.

Rebecca has over 15 years in Leadership and Account/ Process Management roles. She loves building Rapport with her customers and is looking forward to making sure all her clients receive the best customer service possible through her integrity and communication.

Rebecca is excited to own the first Footprints Floors location in the Greater Milwaukee Area. Her and her Husband keep busy with their 2 kids who are involved in youth sports. As a family we enjoy traveling, golfing, downhill skiing, and walking with our Yellow Lab Otto. We are also big sports fans and enjoy watching the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, and Wisconsin Badgers.

Since getting married 11 years ago, they have lived in 4 states and even moved overseas for several years. They’ve now settled in Naperville, IL with their 3 young children and dog. While Daniel will continue working in his corporate job, Alissa is ready to jump feet first into the new business.

As the owner of Footprints Floors North Central Florida, Thomas looks forward to bringing a consultive and relationship-based approach to his customers.
