I would like to thank Jesse Nicholas and Dusty for their exemplary attention to detail, friendly professionalism, and ability to mitigate problems and expeditiously find solutions. From the moment Jessie began managing our bathroom re-model, my wife and I realized we were dealing with someone who values their customers. Jessie is a good listener. Not many people listen, they just want to tell you what you should think. Not Jesse. A few unforeseen issues came up (we were out of town BTW for the project) during the re-model, but Jesse's transparency for some ideas gave my wife and I an opportunity to find the best and most cost effective solution. Now too Dusty. I have served in the military and have owned many homes throughout my life because of traveling around. I have remodeled entire homes...therefore dealing with many contractors and professionals. Dusty is an anomaly! He is a master craftsman. His attention to detail is exemplary. We received pictures of the work every day. He cleaned up as though he was never there. The fact that we weren't home and never would have known speaks volumes about his character and integrity as well. We had our wood floors re-finished by footprints and Jessie managed that project. There was an issue with the first crew and Jesse made it right. Brought in a different crew and fixed our floors. Because of that, we chose Footprints to re-model our bathroom. If would not hesitate to use or recommend HIGHLY your company because of Jesse! I also wish all of my contractors were as gifted as Dusty. If they were, I might have less grey hair. My experience with Footprints Floors was excellent. Detail-oriented and professional, Jesse ensured the installation of hardwood floors and tile was done on time and to a high standard. Wood installers Antonio and Juan used their expertise to match, near perfect, the precise color and wood grain patterning of older existing hardwood floors in the house. In addition, they had the talent to create a wood flooring "picture frame" around the fireplace and beautiful, rounded-edge wood riser on a large stair and curved step. Rimiro efficiently installed tile in the laundry room to precision. And to top it off, Footprints floors offered the most competitive quote from all bids requested!

Had a great experience with Footprints Flooring starting with Grant who came out to measure and give us a quote. He was on time and very polite. When it came time for the installation we had James Dowdy the on-site supervisor and Adrian the installer. These two gentlemen were fantastic. They were always on time and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. They called and texted keeping us informed every step of the way. We ran into a couple of issues with finding the correct transitions and finding asbestos in our old flooring. James did everything to help us. He went all over town looking for transitions until we found something that worked. He also saved us time and money by picking up a sample of our old floor and taking it to a lab himself so we would know for sure it was asbestos. Then he did everything to help us take care of the issue quickly. Our floors now look beautiful thanks to the skill and hard work of Adrian. He worked hard and fast and we are so pleased with the end result. I highly recommend Footprints Flooring and especially James and Adrian. We will be calling on them again when it comes time to do the rest of our floors.

Jordan Murphy, our salesperson, went above and beyond, the work crew showed up early and worked late to get the job done, the Foreman James Dowdy made sure we were happy and even offered to send up a warranty crew to buff out a large scuff we put down the hallway when putting our furniture back - very happy overall and would highly recommend Footprints Floors for hard wood floor refinishing!

When our houses flooded a few months back we were concerned about juggling the different tasks of the remodel, flooring, water mitigation, drywall, etc. when it came to flooring, from the initial walk through to the end James and his team (Ricardo and Adrian) provided a 5 star experience. Not only were they on time, responsive, and professional. The overall work that they provided was top notch. From dealing with difficult conditions in an older home, they were able to navigate through this while still leaving the place better than it originally looked. I would recommend this crew to anyone that is looking to have a hassle free, 5 star experience.

We had Footprints do 2 projects and each one was completed with high quality. The tile we picked for the 2nd project was warped so it had to be removed and reinstalled with new tile. Mario and Saul did excellent installation and Jesse made it happen with no extra charges. We highly recommend Footprints for flooring projects.

I had Footprints Flooring install laminate flooring in our entire home. Joelle and Alex did an outstanding job. They are very experienced in replacing hardwood and laminate floors. I would recommend them to everyone. They were always on time and took extra time looking over their work. Very polite. I would find it hard to use another company for tile and/or vinyl flooring installation. They did my backsplash and put in an entirely new floor. There were some boards that didn’t sit right and they replaced the entire section at their own expense. Backsplash couldn’t have been done better. The real value in this company is their responsiveness and dedication to quality. If you notice an issue after installation which is common regardless of who installs given the nature of the work they 100% will fix it at their expense. This is very rare in the industry and the principle reason I will use them again in the future.

This was my first time using Footprints and I was very impressed. As a family owned company, their customer service is top notch and everyone was very attentive. Jesse was very available and helped us with getting the vinyl plank flooring to transition to carpet. Joaquin was good when he was here. Wished he could’ve stayed and just worked on our project. He stayed late fixing a leak behind the fridge and made sure the job was finished before thanksgiving dinner.

Jesse and the crew from Footprints came for a beautiful floor installation. Not only was he and the crew prompt and detailed, but super friendly. Over time, one of the transitions developed a squeak. Jesse came right out and repaired it, no questions asked! We love our new floors and would give a 6th star for customer service if it were an option. Strongly recommend.

We are so glad we worked with Footprints Flooring to refinish our floors and install laminate in our kitchen. We gave them a truly difficult task and they exceeded our expectations. Fast, clean and impressive floor refinishing and repair of water damaged boards

Footprints was awesome. We originally started our kitchen tile project working with a home improvement store, and was quickly disappointed with their knowledge and customer service. I am a novice when it comes to tile work, and needed professional design and installation services. I then searched for another company who specializes in tile work and found Footprints Floors. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable and the workmanship was exceptional. I can't say enough about this company. If you want to make your tile work "pop" and want it done right the first time, I highly recommend Footprints Floors.

The carpet was replaced by LVP. Jesse and his crew are really good at flooring. No shortcuts. It turned out beautiful. He also modified my cupboard so my fridge would fit, and installed toe kicks and quarter round. I’m really impressed with Footprint flooring! It was the second project Jesse’s team did for me, and he is doing some tile next. Love them!

This is the second time we’ve used Footprints Floors for work in our home. We used them for tile prior, this time we used them for wood floor lacing where they refinished our original wood floors and laced in new wood to extend our wood floors to the entire main level. After a dishwasher leak damaged our hardwood flooring I called them, in a very timely manner I received a call from Hunter and came over gave me an estimate, very reasonable, I then scheduled the work. Hunter was very thoughtful and helpful throughout the project. Travis the superintendent insured that the work was completed in a high quality and professional manner. Every thing they said they would do, they did! The floors look wonderful and on every occasion that I contacted them they responded never leaving me wondering what was going on. I hope that I never need their services again but I would recommend them to anyone needing hardwood flooring done!!

I highly reccomend Footprint Floors! They worked on our shower remodel and did some tiling around our soaking tub. Junior was our installer. He poured a new shower pan, installed a new niche and tiled our shower to perfection! He took great care to make sure everything was done right! I really appreciated his kind, respectful personality! Very pleased. Footprints Floors installed two mosaic tile bathroom floors for us (in one they also installed underfloor heating -- kids + cats love it!) and the new floors are fabulous. Jordon Murphy from Footprints arranged to install wood floors in two rooms last year. They did an incredible job. They have the best workers so I arranged another install and Jess was the new supervisor. He had his men out promptly and the floors are amazing. I have never worked with such incredible people and they are also so kind and caring. I consider Jordan and Jess my family now. Jess was an amazing supervisor too. Footprints also was on the spot in the quotes while I had to wait for over a week and a half to get folks to inspect for quotes from other companies and then one company took weeks to send the quote. I highly recommend this company. They are blessed to have the workers that they have.

I needed to have the tile on my front steps replaced. Jordan came over, gave me a very reasonable bid and a shopping list. Being an exterior install we had to wait for the right weather conditions. The project was just completed and looks amazing. Alonso did the tile work and was meticulous. Cleaned up before he left each day and worked hard while he was here (no breaks, errands, distractions, etc.). Jordan was accessible when I had questions and stopped by to check on the progress. No cut corners. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

I can't speak highly enough of the team at footprints floors. We recently replaced all of our carpet in our condo with laminate flooring and they did a wonderful job. We first worked with Scott, who was lovely and responsive. He came over to measure and give us a quote. He also spent a lot of time answering questions my husband and I had (first time we had ever done a project like this before) and was super patient with us. The crew that did the actual work were extremely professional and I was amazed at how fast they got the work done (Diego, Matthew and another fellow that I did not catch his name). I felt totally comfortable with them being in our home. We also worked with Grant (managed the project) and he was wonderful as well. He was extremely responsive and even came over after we had paid the final bill to double check the flooring around the toilet.
