I was very Happy with the whole experience with Footprints and especially Peter, my project manager for them. He was great from the sale to the completion of the installation and beyond! When I explained that I was in a jam to get the storm damage, repaired daddy home in Indian Rocks Beach, he and his crews met the challenge, They even worked The weekend to make it all happen!. I was very pleased with the whole process. Matt, came out we had a unique situation and he gave us some great suggestions and a great price on what we needed done. Melissa, the project manager for our project was on time looked over our project and verified all the items on the contract. Then returned later in the afternoon to make sure we were happy with the project and how it all turned out, which wife and I are very pleased. Antonio, the installer was great, on time as well, he kept us informed of what he was doing and very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I will for sure use Footprints Floors East Valley for any other future projects I have for my floors.

Footprints did a beautiful job on our hardwood floors! As it is in many construction projects, we had a hiccup at the beginning of our project where a board needed replaced and a subcontractor hurried through the fix, and we weren’t happy with the end result. Footprints completely made it right through wonderful customer service to fix the issue, and the end result was absolutely flawless. Jordan excelled in customer service in creating a solution that we were happy with, and Scott was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially when walking me through stain options, and was very knowledgeable on the process of how sanding and staining hardwood floors, including the right time to identify any flaws before adding finish. This is the 3rd project we’ve worked with Footprints on, and we have been happy every time!

Called Footprints Floors to get rubber flooring installed in my basement for a home gym. Grant came out and gave me a great quote. We had a great experience with Tom, Kyle, and the crew. They were extremely knowledgable and we very sensitive to our designs wants and our budget. In October, we had several teams of craftsmen replace almost all the flooring in our home. As with any construction project, it was chaotic at times, but thanks to Tom leading the project, it was a 5-star experience! I had visited multiple flooring stores, received several quotes, and still hadn’t found the right fit for my vision until I worked with Tom. I was looking for a traditional-width oak plank that would complement my 1960s home, along with someone who could handle both hardwood and tile. It was also crucial for me to have good communication between the craftsmen to ensure a seamless transition where the hardwood met the tile. As someone who works in sales, I expect the same level of customer service I provide to my own clients, and Tom truly exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, which had been a challenge for me with previous companies. The project scope also included replacing a vanity, extending a kitchen island, installing a new backsplash, and updating light fixtures. Tom coordinated everything and ensured that every detail was attended to. As a perfectionist, I needed a project manager with an eye for detail, and Tom delivered. I absolutely love my floors! The final result is exactly what I envisioned. Good communication and a skilled team made the investment well worth it. Our floors are built to last, and if we ever need them refinished, Tom will be our go-to. More pictures to come once the painting is complete!

Unfortunately, my engineered flooring surface is too thin to polish but Justin was able to walk me through other options. I had several companies quote the project only to “ghost” me because no one seems to like to install this on steps. We just finished a project with Justin and his crew. 1300+ sq. ft of hardwood floors, including stairs, plus a new Mable entry way and tile in the mudroom and new tile around the fire place. They did a great job with everything. Demo work was very fast and efficient, we were able to reuse my floorboards because they took them off right. After installation they made sure everything was to my satisfaction. During the project there was a snafu where a waterline to my refrigerator was installed incorrectly and ruined some of the new hardwood. Instead of adding the burden to me Justin and his team made everything right and the project finished perfectly. Justin made several personal visits to ensure all the work was up to his standards.

Adam, the General Manager, did a great job of explaining and organizing the project of redoing our staircase. He followed through constantly making sure we had all the necessary materials to fully complete the project. He came and counted everything to be sure it was all there. JULIO, the installer did a fantastic job and the staircase couldn't look better. Everyone was very nice and eager to please. We are very well satisfied with the result. Footprints and their crew did a great job on a fairly big flooring project. They replaced our main floor bedrooms, all stairs, and office with hardwoods (including doing herringbone!) and refinished the original hardwoods throughout our main floor to match the stain of the new hardwoods that went in. They worked with us on scheduling and timing as we had to plan the stairs in alignment with the baluster company, and around our family trips so that we wouldn’t be in the home while they refinished our floors. Overall, we are very pleased with the end results. There were a lot of challenges and some imperfections but our PMs and (James and Scott) and Sales rep (Grant) were very communicative and diligent in addressing every single concern we brought to them. They were also very budget friendly compared to other companies that quoted our project. I would definitely recommend.

I was referred to Bob from a friend and I must say I was very impressed. From day 1 he has been prompt and in constant communication with me. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into signing with him. He even ordered 10 carpet samples and delivered them to our house, when I couldn't decide which one I wanted and was unable to go to the showrooms due to scheduling conflicts. Install day was extremely smooth, his crew moved and replaced all my furniture on their own. They worked very efficiently and quickly. Initially I was told the work would take 2 days, max 3 ( replaced carpet in 1100sq ft ) however they completed it all in one day ! I've gone from having old and thoroughly worn out carpets with nails pinching me, to having beautiful plush carpets !
