Footprint floors and Peter took great care of me on a recent renovation. I was under some time constraints to get a tenant back in a hurricane damaged house, and Peter jumped right in and got it done for us. His assistant Diego was also professional and efficient. Footprints Floors NE FL did an outstanding job from start to finish in refinishing the common area wood floors in our 65 yr old house. From the start, Josh did an excellent job of reviewing the job, finding things that he would correct (that I didn't think about), and providing process details. Communication and punctuality throughout were great (attributes that one is hard pressed to find these days). He set the bar high in terms of service to be expected. And then Jeff came and executed wonderfully to plan. Couldn't be happier with the result and we will definitely be using them when we redo the bedroom floors.

They did amazing work on my downstairs laminate flooring as well as staircase. Miguel was very communicative thru the process, professional and responsive. Carlos’ paid attention to detail and his work was nicely done.

The wife found Footprints on FB marketplace trying to locate a flooring company that could help us with a remodel. Right off the bat from the beginning everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and knowledgeable and listened to all of our needs for the project. We could not wait to get started. The project is all done and we could not be happier! The whole team, Matt, Melissa, Rueben and his teammate did a phenomenal job. They helped us with scope that we were not sure of how to handle and went above an beyond with every request! We are already discussing the next project and will be using Footprints again! The biggest issue we have is there isn't another project needed to be completed at this time :) if you need something done this is the company to choose!

I can't say enough about Steve and the crew he had for my floor refinishing. When I took my carpet up I thought I may not be able to refinish the original wood floors due to staining from pets. Steve felt confident his crew would be able to restore it to my satisfaction. He was aright...I love my floor now!!

Had hired another contractor awhile back and to say that they did a horrible job would be an understatement. Arranged for Footprints Floors to come in and redo my bathroom tub tile. They quickly removed the previously damaged tile and proceeded to make my shower look better than it has done in years. Highly recommend-Mack is an outstanding worker who does meticulous work. Would recommend with no reservations.

The workmanship was great. The team was pleasant to work with. It did take longer than I anticipated because their workdays started mid-day, so be prepared for your house to potentially be tore up longer than anticipated. There was also a large amount of dust all over the adjoining rooms because protective plastic was not used to seal off the work area.

Footprints Floors was an awesome company to work with! Everyone was very nice and communicated with us throughout the project. They did an amazing job replacing our stairs flooring, and they even fixed our squeaky steps. I highly recommend them!

I hired Footprints Flooring to install a tile floor in my newly renovated kitchen. Martin provided clear details during the estimate phase, and worked with me to understand what I wanted and how best to achieve it. The team arrived on a Tuesday with an expected 2.5 day turnaround. They worked diligently and professionally and let to the timeline. Communication throughout the project was timely and clear, and my floor looks amazing!

Long overdue review - Mick‘s team did a great job replacing carpet with new tiling floor over this summer. Rob was great and accommodating. He helped through the process and Dania did wonders as the floor was not easy one as it was uneven and she did the job all by herself. Highly recommend the team. Photos are before and after.
