We used Footprints for a tile install in our bathroom tile. They did an excellent job, looks fantastic. Everyone was very easy to work with they were happy to accommodate any small changes. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend Footprint Floors Northwest highly enough! Nate came to take a look at a small job at my house and walked me through all the options. Rather than trying to convince me to hire him he explained to me how I could do the job myself and save money rather than hire him for it (since it was a small job and it didn't really make sense). Despite not having any work for him, Nate spent a ton of time with me going over the project and even offered to share some materials with me. I have had a really tough time finding honest and reliable contractors to tackle various home projects and I know I will never look anywhere else for help with flooring installation/repair/refinishing.

I've tried to avoid writing my whole life story, but I need to give you context for what Footprints Floors helped us do... SORRY! TLDR Footprints Floors is awesome. You would be stupid to use any other flooring contractor. My wife and I adopted a whole litter of cats. So we have four. Yes, FOUR! We thought they would get along well with each other since they were siblings and grew up together since birth. Wow, were we wrong. Back in the dark ages of Covid19 circa 2019-2021my wife and I both fell into deep depression. During that time we stopped having people over to our house because of the pandemic, and we stopped caring for ourselves as well as we should have. Days turned into weeks turned into months turned into years. During that time our cats struggled a lot too. They grew anxious and started becoming territorial with each other. They started spraying / peeing outside their litter boxes. Fast forward to 2024 and our house WREAKS of cat urine. Yes, it's incredibly embarrassing. We tried to get rid of the smell but we couldn't We needed help to get out of the cycle we were stuck in.... and we then found Footprints Floors. Tom and his team helped us more than I can ever put into words. They removed all the NASTY carpet for us and helped us breathe fresh air for the first time in years. They replaced the carpet with engineered hardwood flooring and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. Their craftsmanship is leagues above "standard" construction companies. In my professional life, I have worked as a project manager in a field adjacent to construction management, and I have a lot of experience working with different trades and multiple areas of construction management. I have lead projects at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indiana University, Indiana State Senate Building, mega churches Northview Christian Church, Traders Point Christian Church, Grace Church, and more. All that to say, I have managed many high level / high cost projects for very large organizations. The level of professionalism and customer service with Footprints Floors is truly top tier! I cannot say enough how happy we are with the work they did removing and replacing our flooring. Approximately 1500 square feet of flooring was removed and replaced. Every area received special care. We are so grateful for the diligence and hard work of this team to bring our house back to a place where we are happy to live here. TLDR, life was bad, our carpets were old, and Footprints removed them. They installed new hardwood and they did a fantastic job.

He nailed our project with the 3 things I value the most when it comes to doing a floor project. 1. Time- he showed up on time, for the estimate and when the project kicked off. And our project was completed on time. 2. Cost- The estimate he gave was within pennies of the final bill. You can't argue with that, and they moved our refrigerator. The other businesses I spoke to said they won't move anything, they just go around it. 3. Quality of work- Our floors came out great. The floors look brand new again period! Absolutely the BEST! After a long time comparing flooring materials and choosing solid hardwood, it was time to find the right installer. Footprints Floors had so many 5-star reviews that we were actually suspicious - but they've earned those reviews. From the first measuring/estimate meeting, to the scheduling and preparation and acclimating, to removing all of the old carpet and wood and installing our new floors, Footprints was terrific. Dan and his team are great to work with, delivering on everything they promised, communicating and keeping us informed, and tending to every detail. The service was exceptional, with the old floors ripped out and new ones professionally installed in less than a week. Plus, they paid attention to detail, including replacing the trim work, moving all of our furniture and appliances with care, eliminating 100% of the annoying floor squeaks that we had been enduring for years, and cleaning up after they were done. We can honestly say that we wouldn't have changed a thing about this experience: The service was impeccable, the people are friendly, competent and professional, the price was very competitive, and our new floors look beautiful. We had a large kitchen remodel we were doing and when we ripped out the cabinets we realized it was some floorboards that were missing as well as a very large hole in the floor. This was our second time working with Kris and the great team at Footprints. We hired them to replace some damaged LVP in the main living area of our home. Kris provided clear information and set expectations well in our first meeting. The crew accommodated our timeline and did exceptional quality of work. Pricing was fair and the team stayed within the quoted amount. Our floors look and feel great and even though we haven't gotten around to painting the baseboards yet, the work is so neat and tidy that it looks finished. We hope we won't need to replace our floors any time soon, but if we do we know who to call!

We were so happy with Footprints Floors, from start to finish! They came out for an estimate within a few days of inquiring, and offered us options that worked for our needs. We wanted to retain the beautiful stain on the floors, but the floors were very scummy and dirty. Other companies tried to pressure us to refinish our floors, but Footprints told us they could clean, buff, and shine the floors without restaining. They scheduled us quickly and worked around our construction schedule. The finished product was beautiful, better than I expected! Our floors look brand new! Can’t recommend more.

These guys are your "to go to" guys for any flooring needs. The installer did an excellent job installing my LVP in less time than expected. I can't even see the seams. The owner took an active part and even came back the next day to move a piece of furniture back. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

Alan and his team worked with our existing materials, making sure before installing that we had all the correct pieces and an accurate amount. Our master closet redo looks great because of the awesome start they provided. Alan even went a step beyond when I asked about builder-installed flooring that seemed off. He gave me great advice to help push the builder to fix the poor installing job. Will go with Footprints Floors next time.

When making a choice to refinish our ash floors i requested estimates from three companies. I was very impressed with Grants prompt response in coming out to the house and his professionalism throughout the quoting process. The quote was fair and concise in what we wanted including seeing multiple samples of sealers in order to have the finish we wanted. The job was completed beautifullly and in a timely fashion by Juan, Angel & Ivan. James, our Project Manager was there to do the final walk through and fix any of the areas we had concerns with. We appreciated his efforts to complete the job to our satisfaction. We had high expectations and had been in remodel mode for over 3 months which made for a customer who had a bit of exhaustion with contractors. Josh and his team took incredible care of my historic home. Many other contractors told me my original wood floors couldn't be repaired, but Josh went above and beyond to repair and restore my beautiful floors. Not only was the work top notch, the customer service and care Josh provided was incredible. I've never had a contractor take the stress out of a stressful damage situation. If you live in the Riverside Avondale area and need floor work done, you have to call Josh at Footprints Floors.

I was preparing for my upcoming relocation from DC to Grand Rapids several months ago and started with getting my hardwood floors refinished in my new older home. I contacted three different flooring companies, Footprints being one of them and the other two will remain unnamed. Company #1 never returned my call. Company #2 eventually returned my call over a week later. Footprints answered my call with a live person. Off to a good start. Several hours later, Todd returned my call, and I gave him the particulars, and he came out the very next day. Called me back with an estimate for just doing the hallways and living room, and I immediately contracted with him. He started the process less than a week later. As it turns out, I ended up getting the entire first floor refinished based on pictures Todd showed me. He didn't have to say anything, the pictures told the story. Best decision ever. His crew did the work, finished on time, on budget and the floors looked great. He made many trips to the house and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I am still in DC so communication was critical to me. I can't tell you how many compliments I have received from visitors about how great the floors look. I think I used the term "pretty" at one point. From start to finish, communication, process and 1st class results were simply fantastic. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. We were refinishing existing hardwood floors and laying new hardwood in the living room. We called Jessie at Footprint Floors for an estimate. He did an outstanding job getting us a detailed estimate and answering all our questions. He scheduled our job and did a great job communicating with us on the project. The flooring install team worked hard and finished the flooring in three days. On the fourth day they did the final details. The floors look beautiful and all the rooms blended together. We had a project manager who checked in on our project every day. The project manager closed out with us and gave instructions on floor drying. During the project Jessie, Field Manager, checked in with us every day to make sure things were going well.
